¡Disfruta de tus vacaciones en East Vail en este hermoso condominio en Timber Falls! Súper limpio, completamente amueblado y muy bien equipado para sus vacaciones. Excelente ubicación en East Vail, a solo unos pasos de la ciudad libre del autobús Vail. A un corto paseo de Bighorn Park y rutas de senderismo.

Un montón de sol en este amplio 2 dormitorios, 2 baños (para 6 personas). La cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar son un plano abierto, un diseño perfecto para disfrutar de su compañía. Relájese y disfrute de la chimenea a leña mientras ve una película en el nuevo televisor Smart 4K de 55 "en la sala de estar. Acceso a Internet de alta velocidad para trabajar, transmitir o jugar. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitarás para preparar las comidas si decides quedarte. Gran terraza soleada, con parrilla de gas, con vista al espacio abierto para disfrutar de la observación de la vida silvestre, justo al lado de la sala de estar. The stay was great. The apartment was excellent and everything was functional and enjoyable. The only downside for us, since we were all adults, was the bunk beds on the second bedroom, but we managed and were able to sleep comfortably.

East Vail Gem

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo in Vail. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our adult son. The owner did a perfect job with the updating of this unit. New baths were lovely. Kitchen was perfect and functional. I loved that it had lots of windows that captured the sun most of the day. The condo is located very close to the free Vail shuttle, which was a huge plus. Our host was very accommodating and responsive to us. We could not have been happier with our stay and the overall experience.

Great Stay for Family of 4!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The hosts were very responsive and the check in/ out was very easy. It was very clean and comfortable with a very equipped kitchen. We took the East Vail bus to the slopes to ski during our stay and it was very convenient. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay in East Vail

This is one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in. Conveniently located on the bus line, we walked to the stop in our boots and rode about 15 minutes to the transportation station. Then a short walk to Gondola 1. The beds were really comfortable and there were tons of throws and blankets. Kitchen was well equipped to make food. We drove to the Safeway in West Vail, but it was only 15 minutes away. We had a little trouble finding the correct unit but we called the manager and she guided us in. Overall, this was a great find and we would stay there again.

Small but clean and comfy

Liked the very quiet area. Nice pool! At check in the touch pad did not work, and was not fixed in the 8 days we were there, so we had to use a lock box. Problems with logging into our Netflix etc (included free in previous rentals, along with regular TV). This did not bother me. I was out hiking every day, but my husband was at the condo a lot. Unit is much smaller than it looks, especially the kitchen. The price was very high for what it offered, compared to a penthouse I rented last summer. In the end, very clean, quiet and close to many things we had planned.

Nice Spot

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely appointed with most everything you need and plenty of parking. The place was pretty clean, but had noticeable pet hair on the lower bunk bed and carpet; we thought this was a pet free place per the listing. Sleeping with the windows open was tricky as there was early morning construction at a neighboring building, but we considered that our sign to start the day. Had a glitch with a 5 am smoke alarm alert for new batteries, but Laureen helped solve that. We also had two visits to drop supplies and neither knew the right storage code; seemed strange, but not really bothersome. Not sure we’d stay again as it is farther from the village areas than we’d like to be, but we’re pleased with this stay!

Very functional condo

I stayed with my two children and we appreciated how comfortable the place is. Unfortunately one of the showers was inoperable but at least there was another shower we could use.

Comfortable condo with easy access to skiing and village

Condo was very comfortable and spacious, with a convenient location. We took the bus for skiing and into the village for ice skating. We walked to the restaurant at the racquet club which was great. The property manager was responsive to questions and small issues that popped up.

Fall Getaway

This condo is very sweet, well decorated, sunny and bright. The condo overlooks a meadow full of pines and birch trees. We came to see fall colors and take day hikes, we absolutely loved our location. We were a short drive to the town of Vail which was great. We appreciated coming back to the condo at the end of the day to relax and enjoy the peaceful view. Laureen, the owner was wonderful!!

Cozy family getaway with nature for a yard!

Great place for a family to stay in the summer or winter. Easy access to the Vail bus system, unobstructed views of nature out the living room windows, wood burning fire place and updated amenities. Highly recommend!

Great Vail location; good for a family

This was a great place to stay for our 4 person family. The location was very close to Vail (~7 min drive to Lionshead parking lot) and there's an awesome little market just down the street that has everything you might need in terms of groceries/booze, etc. There were a few issues with cleanliness when we arrived, but the property manager was very prompt in responding and helped reconcile the issues effectively.

Quiet Cozy Stay

Place had a great view. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Not too much to do around the area as it is a 10 minute drive from Vail Village but if you are looking for a quite getaway this is your spot. The beds were a bit too soft and hard to get out of. Great space for family with kids!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great time in Vail and loved staying in this Timber Falls Condo. We really like the East Vail. it’s super easy to get around with the shuttle bus and love walking, biking and hiking around the neighborhood. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed!

Great rental

Beautiful, Comfortable, Serene and Tidy Condo in East Vail

My sister and I chose to celebrate another birthday in East Vail, for 1 week in July. Plenty of hiking, biking, and walking the beautiful neighborhood of East Vail without driving. Bus service is free into Vail just steps from the Timber Falls condos. Simms Market at the Pitkin in East Vail for all food needs and anything you might have forgotten from home, without going to the City Market in Vail. This condo was a stand-out in my thorough search on VRBO for many reasons. My sister and I are very particular concerning the cleanliness of the condos we lease. A++ in this category, along with the abundance of supplies offered, nice soft thick towels and quality bed linens. The kitchen looks and feels new, all the amenities of home. Water pressure high and hot water was ample in the showers. A serene, quiet view from the balcony with the aspens swaying, to enjoy tea in the morning, and wine and cheese in the evening. This condo feels cozy and nicely appointed. A smart TV in the living room for amazon prime, Hulu etc viewing was a plus. The two Laureen's - property managers were more than attentive. They addressed all my concerns during the decision process of leasing the condo, and were available at any time by text for any concerns during our stay, which we had none. The evening we arrived as well as on the night before our departure, Laureen texted to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this condo for all the reasons mentioned. Everything was spot on, just wish we could have stayed all summer.

Home Away From Home

My family and I stayed here in July 2019. This property is one I would definitely stay at again. The scenery and wildlife was breathtaking. We would have breakfast on the porch each morning and grilled every night. The building has a private hot tub which is really nice. The kitchen is the perfect size and equipped with all the accessories. We will be back.
