We were pleased with our stay in the Little Rock area. The host was great when we had a problem with the AC, it was handled quickly. The guest house was very clean and comfortable! We would stay again.

Perfect little Cottage!

The stay here was perfect and the owner was very communicative! They have the most adorable little sheep and chickens on the property as well. I will definitely be staying here again soon :)

We were lost and found the owner in the main home. The very nice gentleman) was right there to assist. Guest house was clean and had plenty of supplies like dishes, TV with internet, washer & dyer, coffee, etc. Dollar store located on corner. My family was happy about our stay for the two nights and we would book again with Cynthia in the future. Convenient location. The farm animals were nice and gave the stay a country feeling. I would recommend this place to family and friends!

Awesome!!

This is the perfect place if you need one. Much better than any hotel. They offer covered parking. Most of all, the property manager was super accommodating. I needed an extended stay for a whole month, I also had to extend that another week and they were able accommodate my request. I would suggest this, it is by far the best I have ever stayed in. Vern

Was nice

So theres a couple reasons I'm giving 3 stars. I'll start with the house was very clean and nice, they have things there that were helpful like coffee, creamer and and ice tray in the freezer. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because the listing was a little bit misleading. This house is a mother in law suite connected the the main house by the roof/ car port. The owner lives in the main house and its on a homestead. There is chickens who roam including roosters. They didn't bother us hoever if someone didnt like hearing roosters in the morning I could see how this house would be bother some. I think these things should be included in the listing because it really through us off and was completely different than we thought it would be. Another reason I only gave 3 stars is because from what I could see this house doesnt fit 4 people. Theres 1 bed and two love seats. The listing was just a little misleading, other than that the house was nice and what we needed.

Nice little guest house/mother-in-law suite

We really enjoyed this cozy guest house. Close to downtown Little Rock and outlet mall for shopping. The owner was very pleasant and accomodating as we extended our stay while there. We'd definitely stay again and may in the future!

Nice stay

Comfortable rental unit that provided all you need for a few nights stay. We slept well. Loved the washer and dryer. Power went out from a heavy storm a few hours after our arrival. Lucky, I had seen the lighter on the counter and candle on the table. Gave a 4 because of the surrounding property grounds being a bit unkept.

Perfect for 2

What you see in the listing is what you get and for my husband and I it was perfect. It was just out of the way enough to feel like you were in the country but close enough to the interstate to go where you wanted. The host and hostess were very nice and easy to communicate with. If we ever come back to this area we would definitely stay there again if available. The only thing that I would recommend is a rail to go up and down the steps. As you get older it’s very helpful. Gets an A+ from us.

Cozy and comfortable apartment!

Perfect for our weekend in Little Rock! Very nice, clean and comfortable bed. Host was very attentive and even left us a huge watermelon in the fridge! Will book again.

Fabulous Accommodations and Hosts

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, quiet and private from the main house. The attention to detail was evident throughout with little extras to make our stay comfortable. Communication was great, Cynthia was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!!

Family trip

The house was nice n quite. Beds are sooo comfortable even the kids said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. Nice neighborhood easy to get to. Great communication with the owners. When we first drove up it was a little awkward because we were coming into someones dive way but drove round behind the house and there was our little place to stay had the carport all for us. Definitely recommend staying at this place!

Charming apartment with central location (and adorable chickens!)

Absolutely loved staying here! Very clean and well appointed mother-in-law suite that is very private from main house. Will definitely stay here again while visiting family in the area. Plenty of room for a family of four and very comfortable. Communication was great! We loved seeing the chickens and other animals on the property and enjoyed the private entrance and car port. We’ve been using VRBO for 10+ years and this is one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Perfect for us!

The property was immaculately clean and quiet with little extras to make our stay comfortable…coffee, popcorn, travel size toiletries, iron, and hairdryer just to name a few. The space was as described and Cynthia was responsive & pleasant to deal with. We’ll be back on our next trip to Arkansas, highly recommended.
