Great group property

Great family getaway

We had a fabulous time! The property was wonderful, we enjoyed the location, the house and the staff was outstanding! The staff was so personable yet professional. The process prior to arriving was excellent. Our airport transportation and excursions were booked, our menu decided and groceries were arranged. Such a relaxing fun time!

My friends and I (8) stayed here and couldn't have had a better time. We felt very taken care of with all the included amenities including the house manager, chef, and house cleaner. It was literally the most cushy luxurious vacation I've ever been on, all for a reasonable price tag.

Awesome Staff, Great Villa in a Great Location!

Had a wonderful time made even better by the great staff - Augustin - the Butler, Amorilis - House Keeper, Bianca - Villa Manager, and Julio our chef who provided terrific service throughout our entire 10 day stay. Was like staying in a luxury resort that we had all to ourselves. Villa is located on the 8th hole of Punta Espada - a beautiful seaside golf course. Very large home with nicely appointed rooms. Would strongly recommend it for a vacation with family and friends or even a guys golf trip.

Paradise but too much

This villa is lovely - and Augustine the butler is a real star - but it is on the edge of the golf course and just out of view of the sea (so you do feel slightly disadvantaged compared with some neighbouring villas). A big irritation was the building works going on all around and from the look of the complex (which is apparently the side of Manhattan) as a whole this will be continuing for years. On the very first morning at 8am a bulldozer and digger started up opposite the end of our pool terrace and continued for hours. We alerted the property manager to this and were told that the works were scheduled for each of the days we would be staying. An emphasised complaint was effective and after that we were disturbed on only about 3 more occasions, but when the machinery started up it really spoiled the ambience around the pool. The villa is a very long distance from the nearest grocery store. I particularly like to cook (i.e. set cater) - it is a hobby of mine. It was therefore very inconvenient not to be able to just pop out to a local outlet. There are probably more US visitors than most and they would be used to the heavy tipping culture. We from the UK aren't. this villa, whilst not top tier in price, is still very expensive and we found it grating that the recommendation for the villa staff is to tip at 10% of the villa rental. It is shocking that despite the high rental prices the owning companies aren't paying their staff properly (if this is the case?!) In my view the "recommended tip" should be made clear in the pricing of the villas so that guests can choose their accommodation more specifically according to their budget. Finally, although this villa could actually sleep 14 adults (we were only 6) there are just 4 sunbeds supplied by the pool. There should be one per potential guest. It would be a nice touch too if they would include drinkable water for all guests (it isn't safe even to clean your teeth with the tap water and as mentioned above there is no convenient nearby store + if you use the staff services to shop they apply a 15% charge ++!).

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your thoughtful review. The view from the upstairs lounge room has a lovely ocean view. I am sorry you did not get a chance to enjoy it. I'm surprised you were so disturbed by construction noise, as other guests since your stay have not made any mention of it. Regardless, I'm glad that your local concierge was able to subdue the noise for you once they were notified. With respect to the grocery store, the nearest once shouldn't be more than 15 minutes from the Villa. Your concierge could also have arranged for your groceries to be delivered right to the home! Regardless, water should be provided to all of our guests and this issue has been addressed with our staff and corrected. Our team will definitely use your suggestions to improve the on-site operations, as it is our expectation that our staff provides a luxurious & relaxing experience for our guests. Mantenimiento

Tuvimos problemas con varias cosas por falta de mantenimiento, por ejemplo tuvimos 6 días sin sombrilla en la piscina. No había mesa de comedor en el comedor que está en la piscina. Las puertas corredizas de 2 dormitorios no cerraban. Las cortinas de los dormiría en muy mal estado. Creo que por el costo diario de la casa todo debería de estar en muy bien estado.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful vacation here. The villa location is excellent with nice views of the golf course and the ocean. The staff was terrific, they were friendly and warm and welcoming. We loved the use of the Eden Roc beach club and the golf cart was fun. Our only complaint is that some of the furniture could use a good cleaning but overall it was a great experience!

Amazing location and staff

We stayed at Casa Crystal on a family/extended family vacation. The house is gorgeous and the staff (Augustin, Amarilis, Alix and Julio) Is amazing! They were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We had 13 people in our party and fit comfortably. Having a golf cart to travel around was not only fun but convenient. (We were told taxis were available and the rates were very fair but we never used them.) The community is gated and we always felt safe. We loved having access to the beach club. The infinity pools there are large with great views and the beach is amazing. We booked through Equity Residences and Taylor was very responsive and helpful in any questions we had.

Perfect family vacation

The team was just over the top incredible. We didn’t lift a finger the whole time. Augustine, the butler, made sure we had a fresh drink at all times and made dozens of pina coladas for our four children throughout our stay. We enjoyed riding the golf cart in the evenings and the meals made by Julio were so delicious! We made many beautiful lifetime memories on this trip. Thank you so much!

We loved this house!

This house is incredible! We could not have booked a better home for our family vacation. The location, the view, the modern layout of the home. There was plenty of space for all of us (although we were mostly outside in the sun!) and the staff onsite was fantastic. We had our meals cooked for us each night and the food is something to write home about! I would highly recommend this property for your vacation and Taylor does such a great job at setting it all up for you!

Incredible house! indoor / outdoor living throughout. Easy 15 min ride to and from airport arranged for us by local concierge. 3 person staff (including the private chef that was arranged for us at an unbelievable value) were like part of the family by the time we left 5 days later. 5 Star house and Staff

This is a stunning home in Cap Cana, the premier resort of Punta Canta. The staff was glorious, taking care of meals, transportation, and recreation. If you need a large house, with lots of sleeping quarters, this works great. If you need something a bit smaller, this home is still intimate. A great room overlooks the pool and serves as the center of fun and relaxation. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

The never lift a finger vacation

This property was amazing. The butler and maid made us feel like we were famous. I have never returned home from a trip with all my clothes clean before. Augustine was so awesome and drove us everywhere and took care of us. His English was better than my Spanish but what we couldn't communicate we made up with using google translator. We also used the chef for a few meals and my only advice would be to use him for ALL the meals. His cooking was way better than anything we got at the restaurants. However the breakfast by Augustine was amazing the other days when we didn't want to go out early. If you want to know what your kids lives are like, and have someone cook, clean, and pick up after you, this is the place to stay.

First class in Punta Cana

The property is quite beautiful, nicely decorated, modern and clean. The beds were super comfortable and all furnishings attractive. The housekeeper and butler were outstanding. They were always helpful and added a lot of extra touches -- fresh flowers, beautiful centerpieces and table decorations, cocktail-time snacks without being asked. They kept the house clean and tidy at every moment. (They speak almost no English. Not an issue for our group, but non-Spanish speakers might like to know ahead of time so they can be prepared to use a translation software or app.) The house is accurately reflected in the pictures and does not disappoint. The Cap Cana area was not at its best in June; many restaurants and the golf course were closed seasonally. Still, can't beat the luxurious setting, weather, and good times with friends! Will return sometime when golf course is open--we walked it and it looks fabulous.

Great Staff, Great Time, Great Villa

From the moment we arrived at the airport until the time we were dropped back off the accommodations, service, etc. was amazing. We stayed for 6-Days in the villa and opted for the additional chef services which is highly recommended as Junior was phenomenal. The onsite Butler Augustine "SuperHombre" as we called him was amazing and took care of your every need as well did Bionca the villa manager which setup all our excursions, dinners we had outside of the villa, and was a delight to work with. The onsite housekeeping was also done very well as Amfirsi kept everything in order behind the scenes. We had 2 adults and 9 kids from 11-16 so the above wasn't an easy task. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and staffed!

The house is amazing and comes with a staff! The butler and housekeeper make the experience. the house has indoor and outdoor living, with a private pool, directly on the finest golf course on the island. A 2 minute drive to the golf course, to the beach or the tennis courts! Also, close to Blue Mall (very high end mall) and restaurants. highly recommended for families or golfers looking for a property directly on the course.
