Dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas individuales o podrían convertirse en una cama king. Amplios vestidores en ambos
dormitorios Dos baños con azulejos de cerámica. Lavandería en la unidad. Lanai con acceso al dormitorio principal y sala de estar. Cocina pullman totalmente equipada con estufa nueva y microondas. El complejo cuenta con casa club y piscina, además de centro de negocios y sala de ejercicios.

Barnes plantation

Patty’ s condo was well equipped ,spacious for three of us and in a great location. We had no issues checking in or out and enjoyed having the keyless code entry.

St Simons get away

Had another great time on St Simons. The condo was all it could be. The hostess was FABULOUS .The unit itself was well furnished with plenty of towels and kitchen ware. The location was convenient to everything,the pool was niece,and the neighborhood was quiet. The screened in porch was an added bonus.

Central location

Great screened porch! We had rain most of our stay but could sit out and still enjoy the time we had here. Very quiet, and nice neighbors. Recommend this condo, the owner is very kind and checked with me to be sure we had all we needed. Super clean and comfy.

Annual girls trip

Great condo!

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo and we love it! Such an awesome location - facing the woods, first floor - couldn' t be better. There was even laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for us to use. We hope to be back soon!

Very Nice, Great Location

Condo was very nice. We will definitely stay again. This is our second year staying for a week. Booking, check-in and check out were all very easy. Condo was clean and well stocked. Layout is great for privacy with the bedrooms being at opposite ends. We cooked about half of our meals at the condo which was easy since the kitchen had cookware and dishes. Condo was in quiet location and screen porch was very nice.

Great stay on SSI

We had a wonderful week on SSI celebrating my birthday with friends. The condo was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and decorated beautifully. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the few meals we ate in. Condo is located near restaurants and we met friends all week to continue celebrating my birthday. Close to Jekyll Island and we went to see the Christmas lights which were just beautiful. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Exceeded expectations!

A large group of us stayed at the condo together and we all fit very comfortably! The condo had a relaxed, welcoming feel and was extremely well stocked with all of the essentials. The condo itself is located in a quiet, somewhat isolated area of the complex which created a feeling of privacy and intimacy. The amenities at the complex (pool, gym, etc) were great! The condo is well located within St Simons offering easy access to restaurants, stores, and entrance/egress on the island. Patty was very easy to get in contact with and was extremely accommodating to our various needs. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely plan to stay here again in the future!

Great 1st floor condo, with screened in patio

The condo fit our needs perfectly. Even though it was just my husband and myself, it was perfect having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Suite bed was very comfortable. The Master Suite had numerous dressers for clothing. Both bedrooms had walk-in closets. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and glassware. We were here three weeks, so it was great having a fully functioning kitchen to cook meals, which saved tremendously on our food budget by not having to go out to eat everyday. The location is perfect on Saint Simons, central to everything. The owner was very responsive to our needs and responded quickly. Loved the fact that it had it's spacious screened in patio & that the condo is on the main floor, so no stairs. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Saint Simons Island.
