El salón se abre a un gran patio privado con barbacoa. Elementos básicos para el baño, la cocina, el entretenimiento en el hogar y la diversión en la playa. Te encantará nuestro lugar no solo por la ubicación, sino también por las comodidades y el tan deseado estacionamiento en el lugar. Excellent host with quick response for last minute questions! She was friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked for all of our needs and more. We slept comfortably, waking up refreshed and ready to walk to so many different destinations….beach, bay, restaurants, coffee shops, Belmont Park….It was everything we hoped it to be! Would definitely pick this spot again, it’s a gem.
The condo has a fabulous “beach vibe”. Feels like a vacation the moment you step inside!

We loved the location and the beach themed decor. The patio was a lovely place to hang out. Very comfortable for 4 adults celebrating an 80th birthdayOur only complaint was that the WIFI connection was a little spotty due to the router being located in a closet behind closed doors!

Our Favorite Vacation Location!

This property has it all! Location is perfectly situated between bay and beach. Walking or biking distance to everything that Mission and Pacific beaches have to offer. They keep it clean and extremely well stocked with basic necessities. We really appreciate that they also have bikes, boogie boards, and other toys as well. Love the private patio with outdoor furniture and grill. Owner is very helpful, friendly, and responsive when we have had any questions or minor issues. Everything is always addressed and resolved right away. We've rented two weeks at a time for two years in a row and can't wait to return again!

It’s a great location that is within walking distance from Belmont Park and Mission Beach. It’s right next to Starbucks and restaurants which made grabbing a snack or dinner super easy. The parking area is pretty tight so if you have a large car or SUV, it won’t fit. But luckily there is public parking at the nearby resort for larger cars.Overall the location and place was perfect for our family and will definitely be on the list when we decide to visit again!

Walk to the beach!

We loved the proximity to the beach and bay. Nice accommodations in a cozy place. A few repairs would make it even better, but it worked for our stay. Lots of beach toys, chairs, etc. so no need to bring all your stuff! Easy check in and very reasonable checkout.

Lovely by the beach

The apt. Was super close to mission beach. And it came with everything anyone could want. the Kitchen was ready to cook in with spices and pans, beds were comfortable and there was even shampoo stocked in case you did not bring your own. I would highly recommend!

The condo was just the right size for the weekly stay. Other than difficulty with the front door lock and lack of forks, it was comfortable.

Good location, needs a few upgrades

Pros:- Convenient location, walking distance to everything in Mission Beach- Comfortable indoor furniture, cute beach themed decor- Easy check in & communication with property manager- Bikes are a nice amenityCons:- The unit is dated-lots of cracks, scuffs, rust, scratches in paint, baseboards, tile, bathrooms- Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced - cushions are mildewed/ripped and rattan is falling apart- The washer/dryer isn't actually in the unit - I didn't read the fine print & didn't realize you have to pay with quarters or download an app/set up an accountIt's a nice, safe place to stay if you're willing to overlook these things.

Spring break

Location was perfect. We brought everything we needed but the home was stocked. We walked miles up and down from Mission bay to Pacific Beach. The parking wasntight but made it work.

Great little home, great location for kids

House was very clean and nice, small but was good because our kids like to get in to everything so was perfect that there wasnt much for them to get in to. Fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Just a couple minute walk to the bay one direction, the beach another direction, an awesome playground, AND Belmont Park. Also walking distance to several restraunt options, including our favorite, The Mission. Patio was lovely to have outside space. We got our small SUV in to parking spot fine, but anything larger would not work, so plan ahead as parking is near impossible in this neighborhood. Thanks for the great stay!

Disappointed

Couldn't find the email with the door code, tried calling property manager- no answer. Finally found it in my email. When we got inside it didn't appear it had been cleaned. There was food left in the refrigerator and on the counter. And it smelled in there. Have stayed here once before and it was great. This time it was disappoinTh

At the beach and only 25 minutes from anything else.

The location is 10 minutes from the airport and situated between the Pacific shore and a lovely bay. Coffee shops, souvenirs, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Mizu Sushi is steps away. We ate there three times and it was always a treat. The unit greets you with a challenging parking job. The listing tells you it's tight and that is no lie. We had a Toyota Rav4 and it was snug (best to back in). The master bed was incredibly comfortable. The two twins were too small for my tall son, though we were always wiped out from hiking all over. The unit has a bunch of serving utensils, but only 5 forks. There are a couple of woks, but no easy frying pan. We left garlic powder and cayenne, but there was little else beyond salt and pepper in the pantry. Still, it was well supplied with paper products, towels, and equipment. We loved it.

SHOPPING & DINING
Limitless shops line the streets with souvenirs, clothing, beachwear, anything and everything you could possibly need or want. Part of the beach living charm is experiencing all the different vendors selling their unique and rare goods on the boardwalk. If you want more unique shopping you can find numerous eclectic shops up and down Garnet Ave, about 2 miles North. There are convenient stores for your basic needs and a major grocery store less than 2 miles north on Mission Blvd (near Garnett).
For dining you have a ton of options such as Sandbar Sports Bar & Grill, Coaster Saloon, Beach House, Luigi's Pizza, Mizu Sushi, Subway, Taco shops, Starbucks, Gelato, and multiple ice cream shops all within walking distance.
If you like lobster you can NOT beat the lobster tacos at World Famous. You will come back to San Diego just for these tacos!
The Mission Cafe is well known for their breakfast and if you are looking for vegan eats check out NoW Cafe (directly behind our condo, next to Subway), NoW Sushi, and Soulshine Vegan Market Deli & Cafe.
Although, there are all types of cuisine available for you to enjoy you can not leave San Diego without trying the food we are best known for… Mexican food. YUM! If you want to check out the best place to experience authentic Mexican food and culture you must take a short car ride to OLD TOWN, best Mexican eats around!

WATER ACTIVITIES
Get tired of watching the dolphins play in the surf and want more than just surfing and boogie boarding… There are numerous places to rent stand up paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats, power boats, sailboats, jet skis and you can even set up a time to go parasailing through San Diego Parasail Adventures less than 2 miles away! Another fun activity within walking distance for the kids is to go to The Plunge. The Plunge has the best pool inflatable obstacle in San Diego, so much fun!

LAND ACTIVITIES
Mission Beach has one of the top 10 beach boardwalks in the USA. The boardwalk spreads out all along the length of mission beach and is about 2 miles long. The boardwalk is known for its scenic views and a great place to go for a walk, run, ride bikes, scooters, skateboards and rollerblading. Located at the South end of the boardwalk near the jetty are basketball courts and beach volleyball nets, just bring the basketball and/or volleyball!
