Wonderful week stay!

We were there the last week of June and thoroughly enjoyed the property and its amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. The rental agents were always quick to respond and very willing to please. We would gladly pick this place to stay again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation and the memories we made.

Perfect Spot

This property is in a lovely gated community and is in a perfect spot for visiting Key West. The condo has everything you need for a great stay. Lovely pool.

Love that place!

We have family members that used to stay at the Shipyard condos every year. So we were already familiar with the property. There’s really nowhere else in Key West that we would want to stay!

Stayed here for our beach wedding. Best location!! Close to everything but secure neighborhood feels like a different world when you go to bed. Jody the prop mngr was great!

Great condo, location and service

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, and beach. Condo was newly remodeled and it had all the conveniences of home. Very clean and comfortable! Jodi and Lee did a great job taking care of us during our stay. They were available and attentive to any needs. I would highly recomend this condo and management service.

Happy New Year!!

We came down from 12/27-1/4. We had a great, relaxing time. The condo had all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Welcoming and available management. We have and will stay in the Shipyard again. Love the area. Close to everything for walking if needed.

The condo is in a great location and the condo complex is very nice. This is our 4th year staying in this complex. The condo needs a little updating. If you are going to do any cooking, bring hot pads and plastic bowls for leftovers, there were none of either in the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was superb, within a 2 block walk to Duval, restaurants, CVS, shops…very walkable locat

The internet was spotty AND WOULD FAIL late in a major FB game OR news broadcast, Updates/sprucing is needed Besides location, the 2nd floor porch overlooking Ft Zachary Taylor was great for morning java or evening wine. The daily playing of Reveille in the am reminded me of my fondness military and presence in KW We liked our 7 nights and would enjoy returning…moved the car 2x to attend Mass at the Basilica of St Mary’s

Perfect locations in a quiet complex

First, the condo was very clean and comfortable with Two decks! Quiet location with a very nice pool. I went for a swim early and had the pool all to myself. The location was perfect being two streets from Duval with a couple of of really fun bars/restaurants even closer in the neighborhood. Communication was quick and easy with the owners and rental agent. Our questions were answered right away and the check in/check out process was flawless! Would highly recommend this condo to everyone, (just don’t take our week! 😊

Excellent location

Five minute walk to Green Parrot. The whole rental process was easy. The only complaint ( it’s a tiny one) is the internet cable was unplugged so we didn’t have tv or cable for two days. We didn’t realize the box is in the one bedroom without a television easy fix once found. It’s a beautiful rental in a beaut Place.

Shipyard

The condo was clean and was as described. The problems we experienced were no cookie sheets or any casserole dishes. Our television and internet were out about three days. This was very inconvenient. Overall it was a great location.

Good value, Good location

We stayed a week and had a great time. Everything was as described. Great communication with the property management. Only critique would have to be the unit needs some maintenance. A fresh coat of paint would really help the place. We actually tightened up the ceiling fan blades they were so loose we thought they would come off of the fan while in use. So we bought a screwdriver just for that. We would stay again for the price we paid.

Key West great, location good, TV and Internet Terrible

Key West fun place and the location close to major area. However, internet and tv spotty when arrived and after tech guy worked on it went dead.. The result is we left a day early which if TV and internet worked we would have stayed. The agent gave an allowance of $211 which I feel is adequate The lose of 1 day should be worth closer to $330 and the lack of tv and internet should be worth worth another100 to $200. Feel that would be somewhat fair

Stayed 27 days

My wife and I stayed 27 days. Leasing agent was prompt when we had an issue. Unit has recently had some remodeling. Nice looking doesn’t always mean it functions. There is very little storage available. One closet with all shelves full of linens. No drawer storage. I had to put my underwear in a corner. Nice TV, but none in bedroom even though listing photo show one there. Living room love seats like sitting on concrete. We took pillows from 2nd bdrm to sit on. Nice front porch, but nothing to sit on. Short walk to the beach, BUT no beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, or non glass drinkware. Nice dishwasher, BUT run it when you are going to be gone from unit. No garbage disposal. Nice frig. No storage in kitchen for groceries. Unit backs up to a large park with lots of chicken. Roosters start crowing continuously 3 hours before daylight. Navy plays National Anthem everyday at 8:00am and that is nice. That is your alarm to head to the pool if you intend to get a chair Kitchen and living area has 17 pictures on the walls…BUT only clock in unit is the microwave

Very clean, safe, and lovely.

Dan was absolutely the best!!! He was always very quick to reaping when we texted him with a question. The condo was very nice and only a couple of blocks off Duvall. I think most of the people there were actual residents of the condos and I was not so sure they liked vacationers being there. The pool was very close and there was plenty of seating with a bathroom. The only complaint was that we were not allowed to charge our golf cart that we had rented for the week. We had an assigned parking spot. We had to park our small golf cart in front of the condo door so we could plug it in for a couple of hours. One of the condo owners called security and complained, security came over and threatened to have it towed. It was a thing ....ugghhhh. We didn’t know that would be a problem obviously. There were lots of rules. This was a lovely place to spend with children or if you are 70 plus years old. Again... loved working with Dan. He is the best.

Location and convenience

Location of unit is convenient to many attractions and Duval. Unit is dated and could use some TLC. However it is clean and affordable.
