El Lupin Lodge está ubicado en el hermoso vecindario de Montgomery Estates en South Lake Tahoe. Este es un vecindario residencial tranquilo escondido en la colina, pero todavía a poca distancia en automóvil de Heavenly, The Village, tiendas, restaurantes y opciones de recreación de Tahoe. Para los entusiastas del senderismo y la exploración, el sendero High Meadow Trail se encuentra en la misma calle.

La cocina está totalmente equipada, todo lo que necesita traer es su comida y bebida.

La sala de estar tiene muebles muy cómodos, un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared, reproductor de DVD y ventanas para disfrutar de las vistas a la montaña.
Además, arriba está la suite principal con una cama king size y amplio baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separadas.
Junto al comedor hay un baño completo y una sala de lavandería.

El nivel inferior tiene una sala familiar con sofás construidos para relajarse frente al televisor y un control deslizante para acceder al patio trasero. Además hay dos dormitorios y un baño completo.
El patio trasero está cercado, ideal para dejar que los niños jueguen y cuenta con una nueva bañera de hidromasaje (otoño de 2017).

Great location, easily accessible to Sierra (20 min) and Heavenly (10 min). Whole place was clean, had everything you needed and beds were all very comfortable.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay and our family enjoyed every second! The house is perfectly located just outside of South Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is calm and the neighbors are friendly. The rooms are a good size for our family of 7. My kids loved it and they can’t wait to go back again.

Pleasant Escape from Touristy Areas

This neighborhood of cabins is in the perfect location off Pioneer Trail. Minutes from the action at Stateline, but far enough to feel like a real retreat. Property is well kept and expectations were exceeded. Comfortable for two families. Three would be intimate. Thanks for everything!

Cozy and Clean

Very nice stay at this property. Comfortable beds and probably the most equipped kitchen ever! A bonus was the nice fireplace and washer and dryer. The main reason for booking this place was the private hot tub. The only downside was it smelled and kind of had a foggy color to it for a few days... so it was not very pleasant to use.

Our hot tubs are checked before each guest arrival, wish you had called us while you were here we would have sent our Tech over right away. Glad you enjoyed the rest of the home.

Perfect property

This home was amazing for our much needed getaway! We were a group of 2 couples, one with an 8 and 2 year old and one with a 2 year old, and we had more than enough space. We had plenty of room to hang out upstairs as a group in the kitchen, dining area and living room, and having the extra living room downstairs gave us extra space when we needed. The home was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and other kitchen staples. We did not utilize the hot tub or use the bbq, but the yard is big and would definitely be used if the weather permitted! We felt super safe in the quiet neighborhood that was just a short distance from everything! We would definitely recommend this property and would rebook, no doubt!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had a lot of great things to offer, but it did have some issues. Firstly, for some reason, the sprinkler system was left on in the middle of winter. When we arrived, the entire driveway was just a sheet of ice due to the constant water being poured onto it. This made things incredibly dangerous. A few of us fell and almost got very hurt. Additionally, the sprinklers also sprayed the staircase, so that was dangerous as well. Not to mention that the railing wasn't actually attached to anything, making it useless when someone fell - which also happened. Besides the sprinkler issue, there wasn't much else that was a problem. Location was great, place was great, beds were great. Worth noting how scared we all were of our neighbors calling the police due to noise - property owners did a great job drilling in that this is likely to happen if we're loud after 10:00pm. Overall happy with the experience. Wouldn't recommend to a group planning on enjoying their night past 10:00pm at the house.

We are so sorry about the icy conditions, as soon as you called we did come out and shut off the sprinklers and spread ice melt. It was a malfunction of the sprinkler system, the sprinklers had been turned off in the fall. I had been at the house the day before and the sprinklers were off. The railing mount broke that day, and has now been repaired. the house had been inspected not long ago by a licensed inspector. 10:00pm quiet rules are part of the El Dorado County vacation rental ordinances, nothing we as a management company can do about that, we are trying to keep vacation rentals as an option for Tahoe visitors and that is one of the rules we need to live with.

Charming South Lake Tahoe Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with my family over Christmas. Everything went smoothly for the "check-in". The fireplace wasn't working the first night, we contacted management and they sent a repairman the next morning to fix it. A new thermostat was needed. There is a master bedroom with huge walk in closet on the top floor, along with a large open kitchen/living room/dining room. The kitchen has a lot of pots and pans and dishes. We were able to cook a great Christmas dinner without having to purchase any additional pans etc. It would be nice if more than one roll of paper towels were provided. For the cost of the rental, I don't think this is an unreasonable request! We also ran out of dishwasher detergent, and the printed materials provided in the rental suggested that we would need to purchase more if we needed more. Once again, providing some more dishwasher detergent would be nice! The downstairs has 2 bedrooms and a small den. One bedroom has one bunk bed, the other has 2 bunk beds. There are no televisions in the downstairs bedrooms. We felt that there was a shortage of towels, and that more should be provided. There is a jacuzzi which was nice and hot! But using the same towels for bathing and the jacuzzi, we used the clean towels pretty fast and were constantly washing them. All in all, a good stay though!Note to families with babies/kids, there is a staircase that can not be blocked off. We had a toddler with us who took a tumble down the stairs. He is fine, but it would be good if a baby gate was provided, or bring your own if you can. There is actually a baby gate in the garage, but it's not wide enough to use on the staircase. There is NEW CARPET (as of December 2023) which is very nice!

Great sleeping spot!

Nice large home in a quiet neighborhood. A few minutes drive to beaches and activities. Beds were very comfortable. Not much to do at the house, but it was a good place to sleep!

Summer Weekend

Overall good stay at this cabin. The carpets and furniture is somewhat dated and dirty. The cabin layout very good for large group. I have stayed many places in Lake Tahoe , this place is great location for all activities. I just wish it had felt a little cleaner. I would give a 3.5 Stars out of 5.

Great place, will definitely stay again!

The place has a ton of kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and bedding which is normally pretty rare. The check-in process was super simple and location was easy to get to. My friend also lost his wallet and Michelle from the property management company found it after we checked out and sent it back to us. What great service!

Great for a small group

We came here for my husband’s Birthday. The house was stocked with all the items you need to cook, including a bbq. Nice big fenced backyard for the kids to play. Very clean cozy home.

Very nice get away.

Everything was very nice the kitchen had all the amenities the properly was centrally located around grocery stores a few restaurants. The only thing that I had a problem with was the bed wasn't too comfortable. I don't have allergies but I think because of the dog hairs on the blankets and pillows my nose was stuffed up the whole time otherwise that we had a pleasant experience.

Feels like home

First I have to say that the property management was amazing. They provided updates on the area prior to us coming to stay. ( road closures, advisory’s and burn bans ) The home has a very at home feel to it, was clean and has everything that you need available for your use. The only negative thing I could say is that they could use some new sheets on the beds. The master bedroom had a few small holes in the sheets. I think they prior visitors had a party and trashed the house so kuddos to the cleaning crew. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for opening up your home for others to enjoy.
