La belleza atemporal de esta encantadora casa frente al mar captura lo mejor del estilo de vida caribeño. La atención al detalle es evidente en esta residencia bien equipada que cuenta con una cocina abierta, sala de estar y área de comedor que son perfectas para reuniones familiares y entretenimiento. La sala de estar se abre a una gran terraza con una hermosa glorieta con mosquitero para comer al aire libre. El dormitorio principal con baño privado se encuentra en un ala con dos dormitorios de invitados adicionales ubicados en la otra. Disfruta de nadar desde la terraza de esta encantadora propiedad junto al mar o da un corto paseo hasta la cercana playa junto al mar. Muelle nocturno está disponible en el muelle público del extremo norte.

Perfect House for 4 kids!

It’s right on the water and shallow and was always very calm so I didn’t worry about the kids snorkeling and swimming every morning when they woke up! The decks are great and my son fished off of the deck every day and always caught something. We rented a boat from Island Marine and we loved that you could tie up at the north end dock which was a quick golf cart ride away. Island Marine is on Parrot Cay which is visible from the north end and it took them 3 minutes to deliver our boat. We never had any issue finding a spot to park and it was always so calm and easy to tow up the boat. We loved being on the North end as we had never stayed down there before. This was our 7th time to Elbow Cay and this was by far our favorite spot! The only thing I’d tell you is that if you stay down here and rent a golf cart (you need a golf cart) make sure you get a pass from town hall so you can ride to the other parts of the island for dinner etc. No one told us we needed a pass and we got stuck at the gate. I do think the rental company should put that in the description of this house so that you know that up front. We rented our golf carts from Wilma and I texted her when we got stuck and she was very helpful and advised me on what to do! I highly recommend renting from her! The house has tons of towels and all the beds were very comfortable! We will definitely rent this place again next year! We also lost power several time during th week but the generator always kicked right on so that was a plus !

Heaven on earth! Spectacular Sunsets! Private & quiet North End.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So much to enjoy at this house! Expansive decks overlook the Sea of Abaco. Steps to the water for paddle boarding, walking at low tide or taking a dip in a swimming hole. Amazing sunsets, star filled skies. Great layout- MB on one side general living space/kitchen in middle 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the other side. Twin bedroom has bathroom within, queen bedroom bath is in hallway. Kitchen well stocked, 2 fridges are handy, A/C worked well! Highly recommend this house along with: Boat rental from Island Marine, Golf Carts from Lighthouse Cart Rentals, Paddleboards from Jack at Abaco Inn, DJ night at On Da Beach, breakfast at Abaco Inn, Sunset and dinner at Firefly, Hopetown Inn & Marina for dinner & cornhole. We hope to come back again soon!

Sea breeze dec stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initially, I thought the property was on swimmable water but only about 2 feet deep, not great for swimming. The house is nice property could’ve been a little neater. However, the house is at the far north end, and it took quite some time to ride to any place get food, considering our short stay, we ate out all our meals except for the one night at Captain Jack’s for Big O. We had a ride at least 25 minutes to get to a restaurant.

Seabreeze is a slice of heaven on earth!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’d like to be remote and private, Seabreeze is the perfect set up! I love how I can walk down from the back patio right into the sea! We continuously, seeing wonderful sea creatures! We’ve seen some of the most spectacular sunsets, and a short walk away for beautiful sunrises! The sky on a clear night is full of stars, and we often see shooting and falling stars! The house set up is fabulous for entertaining and also house guests. I plant myself there for over a month! Elbow Cay has a ton to offer, including some wonderful restaurants like Abaco Inn, Hopetown Inn & Marina, Lubbers and Firefly! With the exception of Lubbers, everything is a golf cart away! Not everybody rents golf carts for the north end, but Wilma from Elbow Cay Cart Rentals would be happy to accommodate! Everyone at Elbow Cay Properties is so helpful and makes the experience even more enjoyable! Not all ferries go to the north dock by Seabreeze but Darin with The Ferry is always happy to accommodate my guests and me! Seabreeze and the people of Hopetown have touched my heart, and next year will be the fourth year that I rent Seabreeze! I absolutely love it there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seabreeze is in a great location. Private yet with easy, golf-cart access to the North public boat dock and a short ride to town. One of the most well-equipped homes we have rented. Great sunset views, private dock, and the screened gazebo was perfect for dinner and conversation. We would definitely rent this property again in the future!
