Acogedor estudio amueblado a pasos de Hollywood Beach y Broad walk. La hermosa piscina climatizada es muy acogedora. Lavadora y secadora están en la propiedad. Mire el hermoso amanecer o la salida de la luna, disfrute de las muchas comodidades que la playa tiene para ofrecer: ciclismo, correr, nadar, muchos lugares para comer y comprar. Música y diversión a poca distancia del "Margaritaville Hotel" más nuevo. Muy cerca del FT. Aeropuerto de Lauderdale, centro de Ft. Lauderdale y cerca de Miami y South Beach! ¡Un buen lugar para relajarse!

Very cute with everything you might need for a beach getaway!...also the Murphy bed was very comfort

Everyone on property was very nice and helpful...relaxed vibe...pool was perfect!

Pleasant Beach Stay

Very nice little beach apartment with everything you need for the week. Very close to Hollywood Beach and within many shops and restaurants. My only concern was that the pool was undergoing renovations when we were there. Kim was fantastic and was very helpful.

Location Location Location

The condo met our expectations. Definitely a small place but doable for 2 people. Location is perfect to pool, beach and broad walk;no need for a car. Her condo has ALMOST everything for the perfect stay. Suggestions: a bottle opener and maybe a welcome basket with a few kuerig cups and a couple of bottles of water would be helpful.

Great Vacation Spot for 2

This is our 4th time at these condos and this unit is by far the best we’ve stayed in especially for the price! A little cluttered and tight but easily works for 2 people! Overall highly recommend!

Nice studio unit. Has everything you need for the beach. Perfect for 2. Parking is not a challenge, it’s non existent. If you are staying during the weekend, and have a vehicle, better budget some funds for parking. It’s 4 per hour with no other options. Also, the hot water did not seem to work during the morning hours but later in the day it worked fine.

Perfect Location

This property was cozy and perfect for a couple. Property is as shown. Small but everything you may need is present. Location is what made this stay fantastic! Literally steps away from broadwalk and beach. Bonus Charnow Park also steps away with picnic tables, live entertainment and handball courts. Residents also very friendly. I highly recommend this spot.

Tiny but great for 2 by the ocean

If the tiny table was removed and a comfortable chair put in its place it would be five stars. We liked to relax with some tv during the hottest part of the day but the seating wasn’t comfortable. Location is perfect, so many good places to eat along the broadwalk and also along the street a block off the ocean. The pool was super relaxing and clean!! Having the washer/dryer available made it easy to pack light. We would definitely go back.

Small But Cute - Best for a couple or a single person.

This was definitely a small unit and two friends staying in this unit was a bit trying. First of all, this is a studio unit and if one person wants to go to bed earlier than the other, with a Murphy Bed, the other person who may want to stay up a bit later has no choice but to also go to bed. One TV makes it difficult to not go to bed early because the other may not to be able to sleep while the TV is on. Other than that, it was clean, cute, close to everything with a lovely pool on the property. Plus maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach. We had a bit of a problem with the keypad but the owner came and put in a new battery. Neighbours were lovely and the area was very quite.

Nous avons apprécié l'établissement, il est très bien situé près de la plage et la piscine chauffée était parfaite. Il manque un peu de rangement, mais nous avons réussi à nous organiser et ce fut une très belle semaine de vacances!

CLEAN, COZY and GREAT LOCATION

This rental although small had everything we needed for a couples getaway. Addressing the bed situation first. It's a day bed with a lift up trundle. Again a first for us. How to sleep together when the beds want to separate? We used zipties which we purchased on our shopping run to secure the two beds together. In the closet on the top shelf is a box with a foam insert to be used to fill the crevasse. Since the daybed doubled as a couch we just left the bed set up like that for the duration of the stay. It was nice propped up on all the pillows to watch TV at night. The bathroom was surprisingly a nice size and very clean with everything from iron/board to hairdryer. PLENTY of new towels/linens. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and refrigerated bags for your quick walk to the beach. The location was great. Just around the corner to the Broadwalk and beach. PERFECT. This is a great little place for 1 or 2 people. It reminded me of "Tiny Houses". Since we spent everyday outside we didn't feel tight.....just a cozy place to cook your meals and get a good nights rest and prepare for the next day of fun. If you book here.....bring quarters for the washer/dryer. If you have a car get the City Non-Resident parking pass. You can park pretty much anywhere with this. And of course zip ties!

Location, location!!

Unit was exactly as portrayed on website. Anything you could possibly need was there- right to the six pack of Corona beer in the fridge!! Boardwalk is literally block away. Just be aware- you have to get a city parking permit (21.40/wk) - parking ramp is right there.

Hollywood is our favorite Florida beach destination . . .

We travel to Hollywood at least twice a year. This unit is small, but it is a great location to beach and activities. Owner was great to work with. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need for a week at the beach. The downside was that the unit is cluttered with a lot of stuff, which was a bit overwhelming and it was difficult to find places to store any food, luggage, or personal items.

Hollywood Beach is full of entertainment, very good restaurants, and a nice beach. Great locsation!

This unit is very well equipped and the owner, Kim, is totally accessible and responsive and helpful. The heated pool and courtyard tables were very much appreciated! The grounds are well kept, so we spent little time indoors. Our only suggestion would be another comfortable chair, as there is only one now and a twin size daybed is hard to use for seating (but the beds were very comfortable for sleeping), but the trundle needs to be taken out and put away every day. We only rented a car for one week of the three we were here - you can walk or take the trolley to almost everything.

The great thing about this unit is it’s proximity to the Broadwalk and beach.

The unit itself is very small. One person has to sleep on a mattress on the floor (trundle). But u are not in the room much as most people are outdoors. This unit has no Wifi which was a problem
