Bañera de hidromasaje, piscina, hermosa, bien equipada, casa histórica de 100 años completamente remodelada, llena de color y fantasía. A solo unas cuadras del centro de Kerrville. Cerca de restaurantes, cafés, bares, teatros, senderos fluviales, cervecerías y más. Puedes caminar desde la casa hasta la mayoría de estas cosas. Muchas bodegas en la zona.
Me esfuerzo por tener algo más que lo básico ... Las cargas de iPhone están al lado de la cama, la jarra de agua / vaso al lado de la cama, el teléfono antiguo que realmente funciona. Una cocina muy bien equipada, fabulosa vajilla, excelentes libros sobre mixología, hermosos mantas, mantas junto a la hoguera, portaequipajes en ambas habitaciones, aceites esenciales y defusor, papel y artículos de plástico.

Mantuvimos los detalles históricos de esta casa del "catálogo Sears" de 1925, además de las comodidades modernas necesarias y un toque de color y fantasía. El plan abierto y la luz natural que llena el hogar, junto con las cómodas camas y los cómodos muebles, crean el entorno perfecto para su estadía.

Ideal para escapadas románticas, viajes con amigos, excursiones de vino y dejar a los niños en el campamento.

Encienda las luces para iluminar el patio trasero (enciéndalo con el interruptor adentro). COCINA BIEN NOMBRADA. Proyectado en el porche, amplio patio trasero con PISCINA absolutamente IMPRESIONANTE y un TUBO CALIENTE para cuatro personas. Área de pozo de fuego. Parrilla de la barbacoa. WIFI. Cable de espectro. Sonos de sonido. Cargador de iPhone en cada habitación.

Si tiene niños pequeños, tenga en cuenta la piscina y el jacuzzi antes de reservar. La seguridad es una gran preocupación para todos nuestros pequeños. Todo uso de la piscina y el jacuzzi son bajo su propio riesgo. No tenemos socorristas de guardia. El azulejo alrededor del borde de la piscina puede resbalar cuando está mojado.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Yard

My family stayed here while in town for a wedding. The location was so convenient and the house is decorated so adorably! The back yard is so beautiful and well-kept! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Tons of little touches and well stocked kitchen. We will return!!

Quiet and Pleasant

5 star for sure. Secure backyard for pups , pool, hot tub, updated, everything works. We stay at a lot of VRBO places in the Texas Hill Country, in fact, we are living in one while we build a new house north of Fredericksburg, and needed a getaway wknd for our anniversary - so we chose this place. Soooooo glad we did. We will return for more getaways!

Beautiful and cozy home. It was perfect!

This was the perfect weekend getaway. The house is stunning and is in a great location. The backyard is a paradise and we enjoyed the pool all weekend. Will definitely plan to return.

Fantastic Getaway

Perfect Getaway

From the booking to checkout, this house and host are TOP notch! The house is adorable and exactly as described...maybe even better. Absolutely love that my 11 year old golden retriever was allowed to swim in the pool. He doesn't swim long but he loves it! The hot tub was perfect temperature upon arrival, as was the house. This host communicates with you quickly if you have any questions, even stupid ones, lol. Best VRBO we have stayed at so far!

What a Gem

It’s not often you find a fabulous house in the city that also has a great outdoor space with a pool AND is dog friendly. If that’s your vibe, you’ll love this little gem! The decor is simply adorable, the house very comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. And the backyard…even in 100+ degrees…fabulous! It’s totally worth it!

Charming House

The house was perfect for what we needed. The only thing I was disappointed with was the fireplace. It was full of ash and soot, which gave the house a smoky smell throughout. Given the nightly rate, this was surprising. Otherwise, it had all the amenities we needed and the process was easy.

We loved our stay here. my husband and I were looking for a nice home with a pool. well this place went well above my expectations. the kitchen was stocked with whatever you might need. the bed super comfty!! the backyard is like your own little oasis. they have a privacy fence and a pool that was so fun in this texas heat. Kim the owner was absolutely amazing, if we needed anything she answered my texts right away! we didnt have any problems at all. The AC worked great in this texas heat. We will definitely be coming back

Charming oasis in downtown Kerrville.

I am from Colorado and needed a place to stay very last minute as my sister suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. The property host, Kim, was amazing to work and very kind and helpful. She was available by text message or by phone any time I needed her. She was always responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful. She offered to bring my family and I dinner one evening in light of the events. I needed to extend my stay by a night. I messaged Kim and she took care of it immediately. The home is absolutely beautiful and charming. I fell in love with the decor! Very clean and spacious. The property is well-maintained and is stocked with everything you need (cooking, sleeping, showering, doing laundry, games, riding bikes etc). We also went in an evening bike ride with the bikes there at the property. We swam and enjoyed the hot tub. Also worth mentioning is the outdoor shower near the hot tub and before entering the master bathroom-fully equipped with hot water! There is a separate “ carriage” house that serves as an office and small library. I actually found an amazing book that I started reading while I was there. The location is right downtown and very close to grocery/liquor stores, sit down and fast food restaurants, and much more. I would 100% stay here in the future and highly recommend it to all.

My husband and I have five adult daughters. We love to travel as well as host friends and family in our home. We are "foodies" and love craft cocktails. Greg is an attorney here in the area and I have been a stay at home mom, run several nonprofits and most recently work as a general contractor. We love to serve and give to others, believing that each of us is uniquely designed by God.
We are beach lovers. We enjoy different cultures, their food, traditions, etc.

I fell in love with the charm of the house as a child. It was built in 1925 by the first owners then sold to the next family in the early 50's. It was enjoyed and loved by their family (5 generations) for almost 75 years and now we are blessed to call it our own. We have lovingly restored the home doing our best to keep the character and charm and adding in the modern amminities and a bit of whimsy.

We are CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN, you can walk to several restaurants, breweries, coffee shop, wine bars. Pour a glass of wine or make a cocktail and walk around town or purchase one from one of the local establishments downtown, street consumption is legal (be responsible of course).
We have an 8 ft fence around the back yard, so it is very private. We have a large Beautiful deck with an awesome OUTDOOR RAIN SHOWER. Large patio for dining and entertaining. Sting lights to light the backyard (on a switch in the houses easy to use). Small screened in porch of the kitchen. Very well appointed kitchen.
