Lovely condo in good location.

We were very pleased with the interior of the condo. It was furnished nicely, well kept and was a good location with restaurants and grocery nearby.

Clean and comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our long term stay at Sandra’s and Anna’s McCormick Ranch property. It was sparkling clean, convenient to restaurants and stores and the deck overlooking the pool can’t be beat. Thank you both for your flawless communication, it was appreciated.

Brand new and completely immaculate as advertised

My wife and I both truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The residential location was close to good dining and local attractions. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi which is very convenient. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed watching the winter Olympics and Netflix on the large smart flat screen TV. We highly recommend this condo to other travelers.

Everything was perfect - very clean and well organized. Only concern was rot on the deck that was a safety hazard. We sent an email to owners regarding this issue and were a little disappointed we did not get a response.

Comfortable relaxing stay

We had a lot going on back home and needed to get away for a couple of weeks. This stay at the condo was exactly what we needed and the property was everything we hoped for. It was clean, quiet, in a convenient location and the management couldn't have been better to deal with. Any questions we had we answered immediately by Sandra. Definitely worth a trip back in the future.

Nicely decorated condo in prime location.

This condo was clean, provided ample towels, had comfortable beds, and included a pool and hot tub. However, the curtains did not cover the windows, the pillows on the bedroom deck needed cleaning, and the air conditioning was very loud. The vacuum provided was ineffective and the main deck floor was unsafe in one area. My foot nearly went through on multiple occasions. Sandra M.

Pretty good place

Fabulous location. Accommodating property manager. Furnishings good. Heating/ AC system just OK. Noisy start up and hard to get controls straight. Basically quiet place in a safe neighborhood.

Excellent Getaway in Scottsdale

Nicely decorated and very clean. McCormick Ranch green belt is close and always great for walking. Pool has good length for laps. Patio door drapes could be heavier to block out light (sun in front, parking lot lights in back). Sun on balcony is intense in late afternoon. Could use an awning.

Comfortable Arizona getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very comfortable, clean, freshly renovated, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the pools, the 2 balconies, and the close driving distance to golf, trails, and shopping.

Wonderful location

This property was exactly what was stated. It was clean and very well stocked. The beds were super comfy and we loved the bed linens. There was no remote in the bedroom so they immediately replaced the tv. They are great owners. The only things I would mentioned are the bedroom windows could use darker curtains. It was very bright early in the morning. Once we conquered the front door lock all was good. All in all a wonderful spot.

This unit is beautiful and the location is close to great dining and walking trails. The pool and hot tubs are heated and never crowded. Had a really great stay and beds were super comfy!! We’ll stay again.

Family vacation

Nice, clean property. Beds super comfortable, extra towels etc. Nice location in Scottsdale, easy to get to Old Town and multiple golf courses. Pool, hot tub were nice. Enjoyed playing tennis. And a short distance to a walk/run/bike trail.

Our favorite condo

This is the best condo we’ve found in our 7 years of coming to Spring Training. It is a beautiful, comfortable place. We loved it and would like to stay again. The location was convenient to shopping, ball fields, and great restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the pool. Sadly, because Spring Training was cancelled, we didn’t get to stay but a few days. The owners were easy to contact.

Very Nice Condo

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It is as advertised in the photos. The rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. The beds are big and comfortable. Both bathrooms are very nice and shampoo and conditioner were provided which was very nice. Both bathrooms could use a hook for hanging a bathrobe. The towels provided were nice quality. The door look could be tricky to open at times, but it was nice not having to keep track of a key! The kitchen had almost everything you could need to prepare meals. We could have used a pitcher to use for drink mixes. The smart TV was nice as we could watch our shows from Netflix, however it was difficult to hear. A sound bar would be helpful. The poolside deck was nice once the morning chill was gone, nice patio furniture. Condo is great location very close to grocery stores, shopping and casinos. The pool is nice for a swim or for lounging. Other people in the condo were friendly and nice. Overall, would highly recommend this condo.

Spotless, Quiet, Beautifully Updated, Short Walk to Greenbelt

This 2nd floor condo is the perfect place to stay for any/all of the following types of renters: -anyone who wants to make the most of the Hayden Greenway bike path (it's only a short, roughly 2 block walk away); -anyone looking for easy access to the Honor Health Scottsdale Shea Medical Center; -anyone who wants easy access to a well-maintained, heated pool (several of them, actually...one right off the back deck); -anyone looking for easy access to a number of well-maintained tennis courts (many of which were used for pickle ball during our stay too); -those seeking a place within walking distance to a grocery store (Fry's); -those seeking close proximity to a variety of food options. The condo is recently renovated, has ample pool and bathroom towels, has a fully-equipped kitchen, and has 2 very comfortable king-sized beds. It was a terrific place for our spring getaway, and we highly recommend it.
