Siéntete como un verdadero nativo de Savannah cuando llegas a esta casa de tablillas. El vestíbulo con la escalera principal te saluda mientras paseas por el primer piso. Un primer dormitorio de invitados con cama King está a su izquierda, perfecto como una suegra o suite para adolescentes. Disfrute de una copa de vino antes de salir a cenar a la sala de estar, abierta al comedor con capacidad para seis personas.

La cocina es ideal para el entretenimiento, ya que está totalmente equipada con todas las necesidades culinarias y está abierta tanto a la sala como al comedor. Levanta los pies y mira el juego en la sala de estar, lleno de abundante luz natural desde el exterior. Una puerta al patio privado está a la derecha y es el lugar perfecto para hacer barbacoas y disfrutar de los sonidos de la ciudad.

En la planta superior encontrará los dos dormitorios restantes, uno como el principal y el otro una habitación para invitados con baño en suite. El maestro tiene una cama king size, dos armarios completos y acceso al balcón fuera del baño. Disfrute de sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje después de un largo día explorando la ciudad. Un televisor de pantalla plana se puede encontrar en el armario.

La habitación de huéspedes se encuentra frente a la suite principal y también tiene una cama king size y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha y hermosas vistas del centro histórico.

Great location! Convenient to all the historic parts of Savannah. Spacious rooms and home. Had some issues with the tv. Pillows on all the beds were quite small for king sized beds and very hard. Would have been nice to know that there was a parade on Saturday and the street was used for staging floats & cars for the parade, made it a little difficult getting out on Saturday morning. Overall, we would stay here again as the location was great!

The place was great however there weren't enough towels. There were six adults and we had to wash towels and washcloth for a 4 night stay. The place was clean overall but could use a deep clean on baseboards, stove etc. overall we would def stay again

Lovely, comfortable house. We enjoyed being able to cook breakfast in the nice kitchen before heading out for the day. Easy walkable location to downtown Savannah and an easy drive to Tybee Island.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Charming Charlton in Savannah. The home is older, but it has a lot of character and charm. All the beds were king-sized and comfortable, which was a big plus. The location was great, close drive to restaurants and River Street, making it easy to explore the city (however parking is hard to find/pricey). The management company, Lucky Savannah, was fantastic! Very responsive and easy to work with. We'd definitely stay here again and look forward to our next visit.

Comfortable

The house known as Charming Charlton was comfortable for our stay with plenty of space for the four adults on this weekend trip to Savannah.The microwave wasn’t working, the couch cushions are torn and the condition of the home was well-worn (needs new paint throughout and a deep cleaning - chairs, floors, showers). The house was well suited for our needs, though, and we enjoyed all Savannah had to offer from this central location.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good and the location was very good, the house is within walking distance to everything. When we arrived the WiFi wasn’t working and the office was quick to respond and resolve. We did all feel that the house was not quite what was represented in the pictures. The shower on the first floor was not an en-suite, it is public and the shower - in the closet- lacked hot water all of the time. The back patio was also a bit disappointing, bricks are upheaved making it a bit dangerous and the water feature wasn’t working so it was more a large hole to look at making it an uncozy place to relax or spend time. I would rent from the agency again but unfortunately, not likely the same home.

Disappointing rental

Location of property was great- easy walk to Riverside. Communication was great with the property manager. They were very responsive and helped me with any questions I had. We liked that the house had 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds. The house had enough plates, cups, and utensils. Some things were very disappointing that seem so easy to make better. Quality of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and trash bag were terrible. Only supplied us with 1 trash bag and 1 paper towel. We were a group of 6 that stayed for 3 nights. Pillows were so hard and ice machine did not produce ice. There was a clump of hair in 1 shower and a clogged drain in another. The ponds in the backyard did not work and made it smell bad so it was not a spot you could hang out. Overall it was pretty disappointing for the price point.

Weekend in Savannah

The house was beautiful and spotless and the location is wonderful. However, it would have been 5 star if there had been even one tea bag in the kitchen. There was enough ground coffee for 2 small pots of coffee and NOTHING else - no sugar, creamers, condiments, tea bags etc. Also, the TV in the living room was not connected to the internet and there was a flickering bulb in the first floor bedroom.

Birthday Getaway

We loved the location. It was on the edge of the historic district and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go on foot. We liked that there were 3 king beds and three bathrooms for our party of 3 couples (though one of the bedrooms does not have a bathroom directly attached to it downstairs). The check in and check out process was really easy. The community areas (living room and tv room) were pretty small and the furniture did not accommodate 6 adults at a time, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sit and visit or watch tv all together. The walls could use some cleaning and the fridge ice dispenser and the backyard pond are still not working. Parking was a little tricky with the street sweeper and one side being paid parking, so be aware of the signs on the street. We had a great time and this was a nice place to come home to at night.

Great location-Run down property

Home was in a great location. Property was very run down, dirty, cob webs, backyard was not usable, deck was dangerous with broken rails, 3rd bath was not attached to 3rd bedroom, basic cable was slim to none, no cleaning supplies or paper products available, & some furniture pieces were broken. The home needs updates.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving we realized that the door code was not provided in the rental "Guide" we were provided. I had to call three different times to get one. The first representative said he would text me the code and never did. The second representative gave us a code that did not work, after we were locked out, prompting the third call.We checked in on a Saturday and the garbage can outside was already overflowing with trash. When I called the office, I was told the trash pickup would be on Thursday; really. I asked what we were to do with our trash for the next four days. After a brief hold, I was told that maintenance would be by later that day to pick up the trash. That took another two days! When it was finally picked up, all I got was excuses as to why the can was full. This should have been addressed when the previous renters checked out!There were no dish towels in the kitchen, there are no storage racks in the freezer section of the refrigerator, the ice maker leaked, and the ice dispenser did not work. While the description of the property indicated pet friendly there was no place in the back yard for the dog to go; it was all paved in with pavers. There is a man-made fishpond in the back yard that was not working and it was full of yard trash and bugs. The outside patio furniture, in the back yard, was dirty and the outdoor area was over ankle deep in leaves!The location is a great location close to the historic district, we were very disappointed with out stay!

Lovely home

This is a lovely refurbished home. However we were all in our 70s and maybe a clear description of stairwell might be good. It was a little steep and narrow. Also in numerous reviews the past several years guests mentioned broken ice maker in fridge. We wrongly assumed it would “surely” be repaired. A fridge ice maker is certainly a necessity in Savannah and we had to drag in 4 bags of ice over the week.

Very nice home

This property was a very nice, clean house, true to the pictures. It is located in the historical district which was very convenient to all sights. We enjoyed City Market, Prohibition Museum, Ghost Tour and just walking around. Food was excellent in the restaurants we went to... Thank you again for your lovely home...

Wonderful visit to Savannah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in beautiful Savannah. This house is a perfect location to all tourists attractions. We were able to walk everywhere. House has plenty of space. We did a lot of cooking in the home. The only items to be knowledgeable about is that there were lots of wasp nests on the exterior & the small water feature outside is full of stagnant water. Mosquitos didn’t seem to be a huge problem. Home is in good condition. It is in the historical district which means it is an older home. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you “Lucky Savannah” for managing our stay and for excellent communication. We LOVED our visit to Savannah❤️

Short vacation

House was very clean and true to description. If you like very firm mattresses and pillows then this house is perfect for you. Each night we could easily find parking by house. It was a ~8 min walk to nearby cafes and shopping. Liked having three rooms king size beds and with their own bathrooms.
