We were pleasantly surprised!! The host was timely with responses. The resort was EXTREMELY clean, professional, welcoming, SO PEACEFUL!!! We took a walk and it was such a relaxing environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

So when I booked this location, I wasn’t sure what I would get because the photos appear to present something different than the narrative that’s in the listing. We got with the photos presented, and we could’ve been more happy at this rental, which was located in a resort in Kissimmee.

Great accommodation

The resort was very nice and very very close to the Disney attractions, anything you may need is in walking distance and there is a Walmart across the street. There are about 9 pools including a water park. We stayed in the most basic room and thought it was nice. We even stayed an extra day by booking through the hotel. Steve's communication was great and he was always available.

super clean and convienient

Loved staying here ! Room was immaculate, was central to everything, and was so relaxing. Had a walmart across from the resort so we were able to cook healthier meals at our villa, saved us a lot of $$. Would highly recommend and cant wait to come back!

Beautiful property

Lots of things to eat and do on the property. Very clean and beautiful while appointed room with a washer and dryer. Host was very easy to chat with. Check in with a little bit long probably took 20 minutes to check in. When we came in at 8 o’clock at night, there was a lineup to get in so it took us close to 10 minutes to get in to the property but other than that everything was excellent clean and pretty.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in the resort, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning views and the well-maintained facilities. The condo was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our days filled with fun activities.The resort amenities were fantastic! We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, which were both well-kept and inviting. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.The hosts were very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a seamless experience. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this condo is an excellent choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit

Amazing!!!!

Staying here was so nice and relaxing! Plenty to do on property, you honestly don't even have to leave the resort. The check in time was long took us about an hour to check in but we also got to check in 2 hours early so definitely not complaining lol All staff was so nice and very attentive! Will definitely be booking again soon.

Fun time

The room we stayed in was great! Especially loved the fluffy pillows and the "rain" shower, great water pressure. It was very nice to have a kitchen. The pools were lovely and we especially enjoyed the steal drum musician and island drinks at the pool bar. The Italian Chophouse restaurant was outstanding! My only complaint is that we didn't realize that a lot of the fun activities at the hotel we needed to pay for. We had assumed that the water park, swan boats, and miniature golf was part of the hotel stay fee. I would make that known in the hotel description. Also, the train ride was under repair and that was disappointing. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

Great stay, close to Disney

The resort was very nice, and the amenities were great. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The sliding glass door was the only thing that needed some exterior cleaning, but the interior was spotless. It is a timeshare resort so there were a lot of families and a big turnover. But it was quiet at night, and everyone was very friendly. I was there for an extended stay of two weeks, and the management moved me to another unit about a week in, due to scheduled maintenance on the building I was in. They upgraded me to a very large, very nice unit at no extra charge. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

Great Experience

My family and I had a nice stay at this location. It was wintertime so we did not get to participate in the water features available or any other amenities. We only were staying for the use of the room. The room was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The staff tried to get me to do the 2 hr tour, but I simply told them that I rented off of VRBO and was not required to view their promotions, then they checked me in and the rest of the trip went great. I would return.

Nice place to stay

We only stayed for 2 nights and did not use any of the amenities/activities, but they looked amazing. The room was very nice for the price. We would probably stay at this resort again and would recommend it to others. Check in took longer than we thought it should-not enough staff to check folks in. The young lady checking us in seemed like she was new and had to have the person next to her helped through the entire process (the other person was also busy checking people). Our person probably should have had more training before working independently. She could not answer our questions.

The room itself was nice and as described, however the Wi-Fi on the property had to be purchased and was horrible and didn't work. I ended up getting a refund on the Wi-Fi. Also you cannot bring your own streaming devices such as fire stick, or a Roku as it is not permitted on the property.
