1st stay

Unfortunately the water park was down the whole time we were here. This was not communicated until after arrival. The wayer park was the main reason we chose this resort. Check in was a hassle and the staff at front didnt know anything when asked they had to ask someone else. Alot of other people got vouchers for the arcade at check in and we did not.

The only complaint I have is that it was a time share and there were several issues with booking my tour which led to wasting a large portion of my day Saturday. I realize i was not obligated to take the tour but was offered $200 and a free stay to do it.

Disney stay

Looking for a place to stay near Disney this is it! We were shocked how close it was! Nice to have stores and food within area. Only complaints were we called 2 times about cold water in shower and soaker tub. Told it was a “high use time” and to wait…never been told this at ANY other property and we travel a lot! Also we’re not told we would have to pay separately to use the water park for the kids. Heafty fee for half the slides closed.

10 out of 10 would book again!

This resort was amazing. I am in a wheelchair and they gave us a ADA unit, I was able to cook in the full kitchen, the shower was ACTUALLY accessible with the nobs in front of the seat. The pools were great, the property was clean and the staff went out of their way for every need I had. Just to note, the water park does not come with your stay and is an additional cost, as is the Wifi- we had no data signal the entire stay unless we paid for it. Outside of that it was a great experience and would book through VrBo again.

Great place to stay!

Very convenient to all amusement parks. Walmart is a few blocks away and 7-Eleven is right down the street. International Drive is just across the freeway and there are tons of places to eat and more entertainment available. I ended up buying into the property and am very happy I did!

Great getaway!

The property and room were great for our family. There were a lot of amenities for our kids, they loved the mini golf and pools! The poolside restaurants and bars were unfortunately closed during our stay, but I think it was just because around the holiday. Overall, a fun place to visit!

Wonderful place

We were super pleased overall. Even though the weather was rough, we still ventured out on property to some of the restaurants. Location was close to Disney parks and the accommodations were clean and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

About 20 minutes from Universal, a bit more with traffic. Lots of in-unit amenities and space. Not as polished as some other places perhaps, but a good deal for the price, comfort, and shops and restaurants around. Oh--you have to pay for Wifi, just a heads up!

Loved the location, so many great amenities ; water slide , pool and cabana ,food and restaurant onsite. The room was perfect size for my family ample space to run around and a balcony to relax on at night.

Fairly nice room, good amenities, but older room and could have been cleaner

The lister was responsive, and the check in was easy. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom deluxe, I guess they overbooked, which would have been fine, but the room was older, and outdated and fan switches didn't function as they should. Things were just old and it wasn't super clean. But overall it was fine and my wife was happy. The resort property is nice and the location is very convenient.

Nightmare ruined father son trip

On vrbo they show you a listing for westchase vacation villa. That's what I booked. Well low and behold they oversold at that location instead of them telling me they overbooked they instead book me and my 12yr old son at another location assuming that I wouldn't notice and would stay since I already drove hour and a half from tampa. I had to call them to cancel my reservation and refund my money after the place is a dump. Old furniture and bedroom outdated. Smells humid and mold. Never ever ever ever going to book with this place.

Nice option to the resorts

Overall property was in excellent condition with lots of amenities. Restaurant and pub on site was good as well. Lots of pools that were nice and clean for the kids to play in and the grounds were very well manicured This sweet itself was quite comfortable, a little bit dated but maintenance and condition was kept up. The beds were comfortable the kitchen had everything that was needed, To make for a great stay.

Great Stay!

Great stay at this very convenient property! Our first visit here, so not sure what to bring from home to stock the kitchen. Next time, would definitely bring baking sheet, tinfoil, pizza cutter, and some other essentials. Comfortable bed and pillows!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everyday was an ADVENTURE!

Pros: -daily activities messaged to your room -Starbucks, restaurants, bars, game room - mini waterpark w/ food and bar, lazy river - updated rooms and calls to check on you - golf cart pick ups -location is by stores and restaurants Cons: - extra money for waterpark - no room cleaning - NO SPA ( being talked about for 6-7 yrs and even in title!!!)
