¡Cómoda y tranquila, espaciosa casa en una calle arbolada en el encantador South Pasadena! Unidad segura, separada, privada de dos pisos con vecinos tranquilos. Incluye baño completo con ducha, cocina completamente amueblada con nevera pequeña, microondas, horno tostador y cafetera. Amplio dormitorio privado con alfombras de felpa. Duerme hasta 6 (con cargo adicional para cualquier persona mayor de 4 personas). Arriba, incluye una cama queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica y dos camas individuales arriba, y una cama futón de tamaño completo abajo. Guest house tiene WIFI y Smart TV con suscripción a Hulu, Amazon Prime y Netflix disponibles para su uso. También . . . ¡muchos juguetes para los más pequeños!

We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. Walking through Garfield Park to get to restaurants was nice, even after the sun went down because it was still full of families with small kids and people walking their dogs. And no worries about our car as we were able to park behind a locked wooden gate.

Just right

We needed to stay close to family in South Pas and this perfectly fit the bill. Clean and totally functional for our group of three. Steps upstairs were a little steep but very large sleeping space and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

PERFECT COZY, SAFE PROPERTY

Our stay at this lovely, simple Vrbo property was clean, safe, comfortable, quiet, and convenient for travel. We adored the beautiful neighborhood with parks, shops, and restaurants nearby. Cara promptly responded to our questions and offered great recommendations for food, sights, and a local masseuse! In January, there was adequate heating for the upper and lower areas. We highly recommend this quaint Vrbo to all travelers to the Pasadena area!

Great place to stay in quiet neighborhood

The place was bigger than we expected. It had everything as advertised and more. Our kids loved playing with the legos. We enjoyed the use of their smart TV. WiFi acces was great. We really liked the small kitchen. It was perfect for our needs (it could use a broom). Parking in their driveway was great. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. We would stay again!

Great South Pasadena guest house for family

I have three children aged 16, 13, and 2 and it was so nice to have a place for them to be comfortable, each have their own sleeping space, and a wide open area upstairs to play. The kitchen was convenient and helpful, and the location was amazing. The home is walking distance to an amazing park and the main road Fair Oaks Ave where you can find oodles of places to eat. The host also did an amazing job of communicating. We will be back!

Clean, Nice and Centralized in LA County not far from major attractions

Cara was great with accommodating my family and friends. She was quick at responding my questions. The 1 large bedroom upstairs was more than accommodating. There were toys for our girls and comfortable beds. We were able to visit Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, the Science Center and even made a trip to Legoland in Carlsbad, look up "Go Card LA" for awesome deals. The home had it's own gated parking and away from the big city hassle. Thank you, Cara, for letting us stay at your place for an exciting 4 days.

Private pool house in a great location

We stayed for 2 nights in order to be close to our daughter, who lives in South Pasadena, about 3 blocks away. We did not meet Cara, but access to the pool house was simple and we did not have any issues. We had a simple breakfast there (required just a microwave), but I think someone could make a simple meal with some creative use of available tools! The house is definitely on the cool side, but space heaters are available. Taller folks need to watch the sloped ceilings in the bedroom area, but the bed (queen) is comfortable. The bathroom is downstairs but ample lighting for night-time use is in place. We would certainly stay here again, and have recommended it to our daughter & son-in-law should they have friends visit them. Thanks Cara!

Super convenient stay

My son, daughter in law,, and beautiful granddaughter enjoyed their stay in the back house of this home in South Pasadena. The proximity to us and the beautiful neighborhood it sits in made for an effortless thanksgiving.

Sweet small space

This is a simple basic setting with two large rooms. It has wonderful special features for childre like small furniture and toys. There are nice touches like coffee beans and grinder, plenty of dishes and utensils. The kitchenette is not adequate for real cooking, but excellnt for serving prepared or order-in food. It is in a charming neithborhood on one of the prettiest streets in South Pasadena.

Affordable and Great!

Our stay was for 10 days to visit with family and friends. The rental was clean, the beds were comfy and it was in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We typically didn’t get home until late, but on the nights we were back early, we were able to watch movies upstairs which was very nice. This place is definitely cozy and I would stay here again when I visit L.A. I’m so happy I was able to find something affordable to accommodate my family.

It was perfect for what we were looking for- a place to sleep in a clean, comfortable place that was very suitable for our kids. The upstairs had tons of toys for our kids to play with while we were there. It was in a very safe neighborhood. Cara was super awesome and helpful!

We had an excellent stay here! It was perfect for 2 kiddos ages 6 and 3, they had a blast with all the toys and books! We felt really safe and were glad to be near Garfield Park and Bristols grocery store. Thank you!

Quite, nice neighborhood

The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The place was clean and conveniently located for our purposes - we were visiting friends in Temple City. There's no oven or stove (I must have missed that in the listing).

My wife and I enjoy staying in local neighborhoods and visiting local sites. This one in Pasadena was fun and close to things we wanted to do in SoCal, particularly in Hollywood and Pasadena. We would stay here again.

Loved the space!!

The rental was perfect for what we needed and every inch was a usable space. There were 4 of us all together and we had plenty of room to relax and stretch. There were so many activities, games, and toys to entertain inside the rental. We utilized the ping pong table and my 6 yr old had a blast with the variety of toys. The neighborhood was beautiful and at a perfect location for what we needed. The beds were comfy as well. I highly recommend this rental.

Short Trip

We came into Pasadena for a couple days and found this little gem on the VRBO site. It was perfect for our needs, very clean and able to sleep 5-6 easily. We would look to stay here again if we come back to Pasadena. Thanks!

Comfortable

The guest house was very comfortable. The portable air conditioners were very adequate. We slept well, in a dark cool bedroom with comfortable beds. The bathroom is downstairs so it is a little inconvenient if you are a person who needs to get up in the middle of the night, but we knew that ahead of time. The neighborhood was really, really nice and close to lovely Garfield Park and about 15 minute walk to coffee shops.

S. Pasadena hideaway

We really enjoyed this rental in a quiet neighborhood . While there were just the two of us, it would be a great place to stay for families with children because of all the toys and games provided. And, owner Cara is quick to respond to any question.
