I was originally going to give this house a great review, it's spacious and very pretty, rooms are larger than they appear in the pictures. Management was initially very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We even requested to stay another day. However the houses are extremely close together. On our last day we went out to universal theme parks, when we got back we discovered we had been robbed. The back sliding glass door lock did not work and was in a locked position but was opened, and the outside patio doors do not lock and you can't close curtains on the sliding glass doors, so it's like being in a fish bowl. Also unknown to us was that the downstairs windows were not locked. We called management to let them know an me they immediately let me know that was an external problem and not their problem and I should just call the police, which I did. Getting late into the night, the house was not secure and our safety was compromised. Management texted we could start at another property for the night. When we drove there we couldn't get through the gate. We turned around and couldn't get back in the gate we came from, our reservation was not in the system since it was after midnight. It took multiple calls to management to get problem resolved. Stayed at original property and barricaded the door with furniture so no one could get in. No follow up from management at all. Will never stay there again. Not safe and no cameras no alarm.
