Casa antigua remodelada en Larned, KS, que ahora se utiliza como pabellón de caza. Lodge disponible para alquiler en temporada baja. Casa de dos pisos con tres habitaciones. Cocina completamente equipada. House tiene todo lo que necesitas. La ubicación es excelente si estás en la ciudad por negocios o por placer. Cerca de todo. La casa está limpia y puede dormir un grupo grande. 4th of July

We had a good time. Good location. Could do some work on bathroom water problem, water leak under kitchen sink-moldy, blinds need cleaned off, oven needs to be cleaned - it smoked when we used it. Beds were good. Quiet neighborhood.

Some of the carpet has been replaced with nice flooring, but the replacement of the remaining carpet needs to be completed. The property manager communication is excellent!!!!

Comfortable house close to all our needs in Larned

Love this house! Lots of room for our family, clean, comfortable and close to our other family members and all our needs. We have stayed here 3 times and never disappoints.

We had stayed at this property before. Same group. The place was dirty throughout. Bathrooms weren't as bad. Kitchen was very dirty. Bedrooms were not clean. Carpet was very soiled and not clean. Called the owner. Left message with emplyee. Never heard back. It was disappointing. Dishs,silverware, glasses all dirty.

Family Reunion

We like the spaciousness. We really enjoyed being able to cook instead of eating out all the time. Beds were very comfortable. Overall great place, will definitely plan on staying there again.

Nice house

Bathrooms need repair. Carpet needs replacing. Otherwise the furniture was comfortable and suited the lodge label. Washer and dryer were handy. It would be nice to have access to back door through garage for unloading luggage. Bath soap and hand soap would be a nice addition.

Quaint neighborhood/ok house

I'm wondering if this house is still being upgraded....perhaps a work in progress? It was very spacious and well stocked, however, there were a few items that will need addressing for impression sake. In the entry area there were several spider webs/bugs, the house was dusty and the carpet was quite dirty, there was a soft spot in the dining area, no hot water in the upstairs shower, missing handle (eventually found) on the downstairs shower, TV didn't work for two days until we discovered that the connections were not hooked up, there is a broken piece in the freezer of the refrigerator that does not allow it to close easily, peeling paint in the downstairs bath ceiling. This house is on its way to being fabulous (really nicely decorated!) but it's just not there yet.

Very Nice Stay in Larned

My husband and I plus another couple traveled to Larned to do some research at the old Fort Larned site and also the Santa Fe Trail History Museum. This VRBO property was easy to get to and was convenient to both these historic attractions. The kitchen is well-equipped—full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pantry with plenty of paper products and cleaning products—-and the bathrooms were spacious. The lower level has central air but the upstairs, where the bedrooms are located, only has window units and it is hot although once we got the window units temperatures down low enough, we were all comfortable. Parking is to the side/back of the house so you do not have to park on a street which is always good. The neighborhood is very quiet which is another plus. Very comfortable and we would certainly stay here again!

Larned VRBO

We were in town for a birthday and Easter. Plenty of living space and beds in rooms. Kitchen is big with a nice island and well stocked. Plenty of essentials-toilet paper, paper towels and paper plates ect. We have a large family and have stayed here before and it is a perfect place. Will definitely stay here again!

VRBO needs to inspect this property-slum lord!!

Worst house I ever vacationed at. This property truly needs to be inspected for safety violations and pulled from all vacation sites. Claimed its remodeled, (few years ago). Truly looks beautiful with furniture and decor.. The flooring is one on of the issues. The kitchen tiles and countertop have no grout under neath them. When you step on them you feel the tiles moves. Several tiles were already cracked with sharp edges waiting to cut folks feet. Where the furnace duct is located, both upper and especially the main floor-sink spots. Pretty much either there is rotten boards or no boards at all, beneath the carpet. You step on this areas-your foot is ready to be sunk, or twisted ankle. It claims has two bathrooms, yet only the main floor is working. There is no bathtub spout, no drain plug. The shower knobs were off. The toilet was also shut off. The main floor bathroom-shower knob was off, and you could see on the ceiling looks like water pipes ready to fall. Both fire alarms were sitting inside a kitchen shelf, not working, and no fire extrinsher. Saving the worst for last. The garage was covered with butchered bird feathers. Bird blood was splattered within garage and also there was blood inside the main floor shower. Communication with the slum lord was very little. My biggest issue was how sneaky she added an extra day. Originally, I requested Dec 28 -29..I saw Dec 27 was available, the request was approved, but after she billing was complete-she added also Dec 30th. Before we even arrived to Larned. We did stay til the 30 of Dec afternoon-for there was no refunds.

We use this property as a hunting lodge in the off season, it is a great place to use it in Larned when we don't have hunters.
