Asheville "Stay in style" NUEVA casa, vecindario tranquilo, a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad.

La casa está ubicada en un vecindario bien establecido al final de un callejón sin salida. Es una zona muy tranquila convenientemente ubicada en Asheville. La casa está rodeada de bosques y es posible que observes una bandada de pavos que despegan para posarse en los árboles. Aprecie el entorno tranquilo, disfrute de una comida tranquila en el porche con mosquitero y relájese en la bañera de hidromasaje.

Nuestra casa recién terminada tiene muebles nuevos y un área de estar de espacio abierto con grandes ventanales para contemplar la puesta de sol y disfrutar de las vistas de las montañas. Sientes que estás viviendo en una casa en el árbol. Un porche con mosquitero y una terraza descubierta con barbacoa te invitan a una completa relajación.

La ubicación es extremadamente conveniente, a 10 minutos de un tramo recto del centro de Asheville, a 4 minutos de Blue Ridge Parkway ya 10 minutos de Biltmore House. Un supermercado y restaurantes locales están a pocos minutos.

Estamos orgullosos de la cocina bien equipada que fue diseñada por Barbara (el otro dueño de casa, un ex chef internacional). El diseño práctico permite cocinar con familiares y amigos y nos aseguramos de que la cristalería y los platos sean abundantes. Los elementos básicos están disponibles e incluso ofrecemos café, té y fruta fresca.

Las tres habitaciones están en el segundo piso con dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene una sala de estar para leer tranquilamente, mirar televisión o relajarse. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen maravillosas vistas a la montaña. El loft tiene un sofá y un área de escritorio. El sofá se puede convertir en una cama para que una séptima persona pueda dormir cómodamente. Todas las habitaciones tienen un diseño contemporáneo. Una buena iluminación y comodidad son lo que es importante para nosotros y así es como diseñamos la casa.
Además, podemos ofrecer un garaje para mantener su automóvil fresco en el verano y cálido en el invierno. El estacionamiento también está disponible en el camino de entrada.

Construimos esta casa para proporcionar una estancia agradable en las montañas Blue Ridge. Nuestra casa está justo al otro lado de la calle y haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para brindarle nuestra hospitalidad respetando su privacidad.

Our stay was excellent. Jim and Barbra were the most kind amazing host. They went above and beyond to help us out of a situation we encountered. The house was spotless. Very organized and everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and the views were great. We would highly recommend their home.

The host had though about everything a visitor could possibly need. The kitchen was eell-equioped with utensils, spices, and condiments. Even food storage sheds. Kids loved the hot tub and the bathrooms with Biden. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized. We will certainly stay here again when we visit Asheville

The home is extremely clean, has everything you could possibly need (seriously everything you could possibly think of!), and is very close to all Asheville attractions. The homeowners are very kind and offered great advice regarding restaurants, hikes, attractions, etc. The best part of the home is the Mountain View. The screened porch is where we spent our down time. The views are amazing! I look forward to returning!

I have been using vacation rentals for at least 23 yrs. This house has set the bar very high for any future rentals. The communication was superb from instruction on check in, answering any questions and inside the house there was instruction for every detail. The beds were comfortable along with every feature of the house. We enjoyed the visit of a black bear outside on our 1st morning. Excellent!

Amazing Asheville StayWe loved our stay at this beautiful property! The home had everything we needed and so much more - It is by far the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. The surrounding property is just gorgeous, and we loved getting to watch the birds every morning. Location was perfect, house was clean, the owners thought of everything we might need and communication was great.We will definitely return

Super clean beautiful house with all the amenities and good vibes you could ask for. Easy QR code on the walls for WiFi. Nightlights on the floor at night. Backpacks to borrow for hikes. Just 12 minutes to downtown Asheville and 10 minutes to the Biltmore Estate. Amazing hikes all around. Plus a truly great highlight was seeing momma and cub bear mid-morning walking beneath the deck. Love the EV charger for car and hot tub after hiking. Would love to come back in October when the leaves turn color. Jim and Barbara were lovely to work with. They even have an app for the house you can download that provides everything you need to know from access codes to recommended hikes. They've thought of everything.
Lovely way to welcome your guests with bananas on the counter and mix of beer in the fridge.
Awesome swing chairs to chill in beneath the deck next to the hot tub.
Lush beautiful view off the deck.
Momma bear walks beneath the deck while you safely say hello from above.

The house was absolutely stunning and perfect for our bachelorette party! The hosts went above and beyond to create the perfect mountain get away and provide everything you could possibly need! The property was well maintained and very clean. It is obvious that the owners care about their guests and have taken the time to provide little extras to make everyone's stay great. We enjoyed sitting outside in the screened in area and loved watching all the birds at the bird feeders. The home is convenient to many attractions in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Asheville Hideaway! Jim and Barbara are excellent hosts; they literally thought of every detail. The house is well stocked and very, very clean. We enjoyed the handmade games (Giant Jenga was a favorite), watching the birds and squirrels at the feeders, and sitting in the shade of the completely screened in porch. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!

We stopped in Asheville for 2 nights on our way to South Carolina and this house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, very clean and lots of amenities. The kids loved the hot tub! Highly recommend staying here!

Great house but owner's next door and quite attentive

The house was new and set up very nicely. The owner had clearly put a lot of effort into little details that made for a nice stay (plenty of charger ports by beds, night lights, towel hooks, walking sticks and even news papers for protecting your car from the mud from hikes, nice bird feeders outside the windows, and lots of little amenities that were a nice touch). The beds were comfortable and there was lots of comfortable seating. But the owner's house is next door. This was not mentioned in the listing and had a big impact on our stay - hence the three star rating for what would have been five. My wife was in the hot tub by herself for a bit then came upstairs. Forty-five minutes later she got a text message from the owner that we had left the cover off the hut tub. I get that the owner wants to keep the cover on, but this made the rest of the stay feel pretty awkward because we felt like we were being watched. She didn't want to get back in the hot tub or even use the back deck that faces their house. A lot of the appeal of a cabin is the feeling of seclusion and that illusion was broken knowing someone next door was watching the house.

Awesome VRBO and top notch hosts!

Hurricane Helene had other plans for what was supposed to be a relaxing retirement trip in Asheville.  However, we still have nothing but great things to say about the VRBO, and ESPECIALLY about Jim and Barbara.  The house is immaculate and they have truly thought of everything you could ever need for a stay. Although we lost power and cell service due to the storm, we were well equipped for a day at the house including flashlights, board games, decks of cards, and a beautiful view from the screened in porch to pass the time.  We had several feathered visitors during our stay from tiny hummingbirds to one of the neighborhood turkeys…they kept us well entertained.  Jim and Barbara were excellent about communicating from the time of booking.  They kept us well informed about the weather before we arrived, throughout the storm, and even once we left.  They were so kind and gracious even while facing such a troubling time for both their homes and their beloved city of Asheville.  Jim and Barbara even boiled water on their grill so that my aunt could enjoy her morning coffee.  When I say that the hospitality was unmatched, it was truly the best VRBO experience I have ever had…even with a hurricane! We have already discussed a return trip to Asheville once the city is able to get back on its feet, and we will without a doubt be staying with Jim and Barbara again. We can’t wait to see Asheville, and the Hillside Hideaway, in its entirety!

Asheville Birthday Hideway

We had a wonderful time at the Asheville Hillside Hideaway! The owners were super helpful with the everything including the check-in instructions. Everything was very easy when we arrived at the house. It was immaculate and the owners had anticipated whatever we might need in our home away from home! The home is beautiful, a wonderful place to stay with the deck to enjoy the wonderful weather and the soothing view. We also enjoyed all the birds supported by many feeders. The home is very conveniently located to downtown Asheville and many excellent restaurants. My daughter and her friend joined us for 3 days while we were there. They loved the house and location! This is an exceptional place to stay in the Asheville area.

The family loved it

I want to first acknowledge the host Jim for his amazing Hospitality and quick response for any and all of my questions. The home looks better in person and had everything a family of 5 needed. my wife really enjoyed the screened patio and the kids loved the hot tub. I personal loved how the house felt secluded despite being in a housing neighborhood and being close downtown Asheville.

Highly recommend this fabulous rental!

Fabulous VRBO rental in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. Best stocked rental ever-two robes in every room with great towels, amazing kitchen with everything you need to cook an amazing meal, and so much more. Very comfortable beds, great porches with views, bird feeders attracting colorful goldfinches and hummingbirds, great gas grill for cooking out, and very friendly helpful hosts. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone and will be sure to return ourselves.
