I’m a perennial traveler myself and I do my best to make sure the accommodations have the amenities that I expect when I travel. I’ve tried to provide the things one would not think to bring while running out the door to catch a flight.
I live in Los Angeles and, even with the traffic, I love everything that the city has to offer. There are a few things that I really enjoy in the city, concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, the museums scattered across town, and the wonderful diversity of the ethnic restaurants. If you’re a “foody” you can find almost everything here - Moroccan, Persian, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Armenian, etc. Los Angeles is a true “melting pot” of cultures and cuisine. I hope you will love this city as much as I do.

This property is centrally located and is close to multiple freeways and major streets. It is 15 minutes from LAX, DTLA, and Beverly Hills. There are 180 degree views of Los Angeles from downtown to Santa Monica. Plenty of free parking available right outside of the condo. 5 minutes to supermarket, pharmacy, and gas station. Costco and Target are within minutes drive.
The property is very central in the city of Los Angeles yet the location on the hills is peaceful, quiet and optimal for work from home. You'll find everything you need for remote work for professionals, distant learning for college students or simply for taking a break and getting away from it all. The property is equipped with high speed WiFi internet with enough bandwidth to accommodate multiple Zoom sessions, online classes, and gamers at the same time. The space is prepared with three computer desks with table lamps (one per bedroom), additional table downstairs, comfortable desk chairs, cable TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. There is a private entrance to this two level townhouse without anyone above or below you. Double pane windows block all the outside noise. You don't even have neighbors across the street – just some trees and a grassy hillside in the back of the townhouse and the city of Los Angeles skyline in front of you. Nice cozy outdoor patio offers a private space for a much needed quick break.

There is a park closely adjacent to the condo that has a putting green, several tennis courts, basketball courts, a walking path with brand new bright and colorful circuit exercise equipment and lots of children's play equipment. There is a much larger park with hiking trails, fishing, and vast grassy areas less than 10 minutes away.
