Increíble casa de nueva construcción en el distrito histórico de Savannah. Tres habitaciones arriba. Master tiene un baño gigante con cabina de ducha.

Una cama de día doble con nido agrega un cuarto lugar para dormir ubicado en el rellano de arriba, entre los 3 dormitorios.

Gran sala de estar familiar más un comedor y una segunda sala de estar abierta a la cocina gourmet en la planta baja. En general, este es el plano de planta perfecto para permitir el espacio suficiente para extenderse y disfrutar de la compañía de los demás. La característica de esta casa que podría ser tu favorita es el porche gigante con magníficos muebles de jardín.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The house is very comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect. On a quiet street and close enough to walk to everything. Parking in Savannah is tough so it was nice to be able to walk and not have to figure out parking. We really enjoyed getting to see more of the city that way too.

This property was perfect for 4 senior ladies, 60-70 yr. olds, celebrating birthdays. The elegance and decor of home blended perfectly with the historic vibe of city. Never interacted with property managers, everything was smooth with entire visit. Hoping to come back soon!

Huge, beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. About one mile from downtown. The couch was very old, uncomfortable, and falling apart. Made it difficult to relax together and watch tv. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything needed except the knives were all dull which made it difficult to cut things and we cooked often. Overall, a nice place and I would stay again if they replaced the couch.

This house is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and within walking distance of many squares and historic buildings. There was one odd thing - and I feel weird even typing this in a review for fear of sounding crazy - but we thought there was possibly a ghost upstairs. Seriously - several strange, unexplained happenings - like a bed shaking on its own, a lock swinging on its own, etc. If you are in Savannah for its haunted lore and enjoy experiences like this, then this house is perfect. We were a little spooked by it, but other than that, it is a lovely home.

Great house. Good location

The house was great and very spacious. While only 4 beds, there are three couches that are wide enough for sleeping. 5 of us slept comfortably. It’s within walking distance of all the spots most people go to when visiting Savannah but right on the edge so we used uber half the time. 15-25 min walk or 5 min uber to downtown. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are nice. Living room and kitchen area are open and good space to hangout.The house is on very quiet street and walking to downtown wasn’t sketchy at all including in the middle of the night. Highly recommend staying here. We sure will next time we come back to Savannah.

Exquisite stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this very homey home! Rooms are so spacious, beds comfy, and within walking distance to so many wonderful sights. Mary is very responsive and a fantastic host. We especially loved the gracious porches, which are a very peaceful place to chat at the end of the day. Never had a problem with street parking; very easy to find a spot. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Stay

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay while we visited Savannah. Not a bad walk to get to your favorite hot spots. Parking was easy and never an issue. The house was gorgeous and the service was excellent! We will definitely stay here again!

My mom and sisters and I came for a girls’ trip. Your lovely home was perfect! It was very spacious and allowed us to each have our own bed and enough bathrooms. The home is beautiful - just wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. Note - the iron needs to be cleaned cause it had gunk on it but otherwise it was perfect. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nice family meeting location

The property was well maintained and very cute. Plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor wrap around porch was the best as the weather was just beautiful for early morning coffee or evening cocktails. The evenings were a little cooler sleeping and one of the guest rooms could have used a heavier blanket as it was a little chilly sleeping. The only thing missing that we would have really liked were some games available to play as a group. We could have gone out to get some but then we would have had to travel back with them and did not have room. Overall a great stay and location, i would highly recommend this location.

The house was beautiful and the location perfect! It felt like we were staying with family in this home. The home is so spacious and the wrap around porch was a great place to relax after a day of sight seeing. We will definitely book this home again!
