Its a nice little condo, and kept very clean and modern. The amenities are good. Only issue was the elevator broke the day before checkout and was still down when we had to checkout from the second floor.

Fun and relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and nice. My two kids liked sleeping in the bunk beds. The view of the beach was pretty good. We enjoyed mornings having coffee on the balcony listening to the waves and birds. The condo is conveniently located and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay again the next time we go to Galveston.

Dream Vacation

Literally nothing negative to say! We LOVED every single thing about our stay in 1104 at SeaScape. The whole property is wonderful and every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Our condo was super comfy and well stocked. We were planning our next visit while we were still there. This was a favorite family vacation ever!!

The only compliant was there was no laundry in the condo. Everything else was fine. The laundry facilities on second floor worked fine.

Great location for walks on the beach

We loved our morning walks in the beach, early afternoons by the pool and trips into town for evening fun. The property was well maintained and very safe. Perfect size for two. Only complaint was the uncomfortable couch in the living room. It may be time to replace. Glad the weather was great and we didn’t spend much time in the living room.

I didn’t realize I was booking a privately owned condo run by a management company. I messaged the owner when I booked and never got a reply. I eventually called and got some information. The ladies running it are polite and courteous. You must go to the office during office hours to get the key and wristbands or arrange an after hours check in. The office has many stairs so be prepared for that. We picked up a wagon full of supplies and had to finagle our way down stairs with that. The elevator is old and slow, stopped working one time during two night stay. Our unit was tiny (as listed) but clean. The door knob to the patio was totally janky and hardly works. It needs to be replaced. No, I did not tell the owner because I did not want a handyman up in our business during our stay. The view was partial gulf view, mostly RVs. I would stay again but having 4 kids with us this was too tight for everyone. Being on the beach was worth it.

This was a great place to stay. It was everything we needed and at a great price point. My only complaint is the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but other than that it was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again!

Best location

We come to Seascape for a Long Beach weekend every summer. The condo is great and ABSea property management is always smooth. This particular condo is fine - on the quiet side away from the pool and with a great view of the ocean. It was very clean and has updated appliances and finishes. The beds were comfortable. On the downside, I feel like this unit’s kitchen is not very well equipped for a family that cooks. The knives were dull, stove burners very crooked and hard to cook on, oven and dishwasher bump the cabinet doors when open. It should also be noted that this unit has no wifi. The property management was very helpful in finding a network I could work from, but it was pretty inconvenient. Lastly, this specific unit seems to have some electrical issues - the lights and lamps flickered frequently, which was annoying when we were trying to read or cook in the evenings.

Check_In was a disaster.

First thing, never saw any information in the property description, saying that trailers were not permitted therefore, I called the day before arrival and told the lady on the phone that I had a 12 ft. trailer and she said no problem, check with Guard at Gate, when we arrived he would not let us on the property, the guard was very friendly and helpful, my wife called property manager and he helped us with finding a place to store the trailer, this took about an hour. Came back to property checked in got to the condo and none of the three gate codes that were provided would work, we contacted the guard and he came up and tried the codes himself none would work. The guard called property manager and told him of the situation, He came back to the property and gave the guard some keys for us to use, this process took approximately 1.5 hours. We tried the door codes several times throughout the weekend and none ever worked. With that all said and done, it took us about 2.5 hours to check-in.

Spring break get away

It was right on the beach so that made it easy to enjoy. Our daughter had a wonderful time on the beach plus she really enjoyed the pool. The furniture needs updated and maybe a good mattress on the queen bed. We enjoyed our time at cottage 1104.

Not a great stay

We were sent multiple instructions to call if we would be checking in late but after calling 3 times and waiting on hold for over 20 minutes each time we gave up and just hoped we would be able to get in when we got there. It was a holiday so I understand there might not have been anyone in the office, but instructions should have been amended if that were the case. The gate guard (Kevin) actually checked us in and he was great! Every bed in the unit was horribly uncomfortable so we did not sleep well the entire stay. The setting was great and beach access beautiful but the unit we stayed in (1104) was not very welcoming. Beds uncomfortable and a sagging couch.
