Impresionante ático con vistas al London Eye - 2BR, 2BR

Este es un maravilloso piso, lleno de luz natural con ventanas de piso a techo en cada habitación.

Ubicado en el último piso de este pequeño desarrollo, se beneficia de las vistas del ojo de Londres desde la cocina y la sala de estar y las vistas del Fragmento desde las habitaciones. Todas las habitaciones están alejadas de la calle, por lo que son tranquilas.

Hay 2 baños completos y 2 dormitorios, uno con una cama super king y un baño principal con mucho espacio para el equipaje y un segundo dormitorio con cama doble, escritorio y armario.

Hay un baño familiar que está fuera del pasillo al lado del segundo dormitorio. Ambos baños tienen bañera y ducha de pie, así como lavabo e inodoro. Se puede acomodar a una quinta persona en una cama hinchable en el dormitorio principal o en el sofá en forma de L (tenga en cuenta que no es un sofá cama sino lo suficientemente grande para un hombre adulto).

La cocina está bien equipada para huéspedes a largo plazo con asientos para hasta 10 personas y todas las comodidades de la cocina, como cafetera, lavavajillas, nevera-congelador grande, placa de gas y barra de desayuno.

Hay un piano de cola eléctrico para bebés, así como una sala de televisión separada con un gran sofá en forma de L para relajarse por la noche.

Además, el apartamento cuenta con WiFi, lavadora / secadora y aire acondicionado para los meses de verano.

Tenga en cuenta que hay un hotel en construcción en la parte trasera del edificio. El trabajo ha comenzado y continuará hasta finales de 2021. Esto no afecta la vista del London Eye.

The description and pictures in the ad were accurate Very well stocked kitchen if you want to cook (I didn't). Great location. Five minute walk to the tube station and a great selection of restaurants within a five minute walk. Hannah and Ewa were helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Comfortable stay in a super convenient neighborhood

This penthouse apartment was nicely decorated , with a very well equipped kitchen and truly spectacular view over Southwark. Could use updating and grab bars in bathrooms.

Great location and place!

Loved our flat! It was walkable to most anything (20 min from Parliament/Big Ben, for example). It was on a quiet street but just off The Cut, which had tons of great restaurants. Walkable to the Tube, too. With a Sainsbury on the corner and Tesco Express just a few blocks away. The flat itself was very nice, with huge windows and a nice view of the London Eye. The beds were comfy, and it was terrific to have two bathrooms. Kitchen had what we needed. And, gloriously, it was air conditioned--which was critical during our stay. Communication with the property manager was easy, and we were able to stay until we had to leave for our flight at 1pm rather than have to check out with all our luggage. She was also very accommodating about our arrival time, as we were a little later than planned. Highly recommend!

Great stay, location, and view

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Hannah was responsive and available whenever I had questions leading up to our stay. We had an incredible view of the London Eye, as listed in the description. The location is close to a market and many excellent restaurants. Also, there was everything we could possibly need in the home, which included adapters for the plugs. That came in handy as we forgot ours! We would stay at this place and location again.

Fantastic accommodation with beautiful view

The apartment was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The floor plan was very open, and it was easy to cook or just hang out. The area around is pretty quiet but full of things to do (like the theatres), and we overall had a great stay. if anything, the balcony door may need to be oiled a bit—it required one person’s body weight to open or two people at times.

A Gem with a View

We’ve been tracking this flat for over a year and finally had a chance to stay in it for 12 days. Upon entering you’re greeted by a lot of natural lighting, and a clean and beautiful flat. There was plenty of room for two adults and two young adult children. Compliments to the owner for providing a stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery, dishes, glasses, utensils, and etc. There’s a pair of umbrellas, lots of shopping bags, electric adapters, and power strips. The building is quiet and we only encountered two other people in the building during our stay. The washer and dryer saved us from traveling with too many clothes. The surrounding Waterloo neighborhood was safe day and night with a large selection of dining within a five to ten minute walk (Meson Don Felipe, Rosa’s Thai, Spice of India, Crust Bros Pizza, Maries Thai Café, Roti King, and Masters Superfish). The small local Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s are fine for last minute items, but we enjoyed shopping at the large Sainsbury’s near the Elephant & Castle tube. Consider getting an e-SIMs for your phone and downloading WhatsApp before arriving. Add the Citymapper App with the London map and you’ll be navigating like a local. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 3 of us in this apartment. The location was great. Walking distance to several historic locations, fun local restaurants, and both train & tube locations. Plenty of space & having a live person welcome us was a great touch!

Wonderful property and great location!

We had a great stay. The property is so comfortable and accommodated our family of four adults perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a wonderful corner market just a half a block away.-very convenient. The flat is walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner as well as walkable to the London eye and everything on the Thames. Also about a 30 minute walk along the river to Borough market. we felt very safe in the neighborhood and the surrounding area.The property management is very accommodating and prompt with emails. And super kind! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Penthouse near the Thames

This top floor apartment with a beautiful view of the London Eye is extraordinary. Well equipped and beautifully furnished. Hannah, the host, is extremely responsive and accommodating. The location is ideal - walk to all attractions on both sides of the Thames. We had a wonderful stay.

Fabulous experience

We absolutely loved our experience. Hannah was amazing to work with. She was incredibly accommodating to our needs upon arriving early. Our return flight got delayed and she quickly worked with us to accommodate our luggage prior to heading to the airport. The location was perfect... we got the feel of being in a local setting, close to the undergroundand walking distance of many of our plans. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in London!

Perfect place!

Two grandparents with our grandson loved this apartment AND it’s location! Air conditioning, washer and dryer, full kitchen with two full bedrooms and baths. Enjoyed my soak in the tub and mornings looking out with our coffee and tea at the London Eye. Plenty of great restaurants and half a block from the Old Vic and the New! Loved it!

Great location and Property

This two BR two BA flat in Southbank area was perfect for our needs. There was a full kitchen including stovetop, microwave and oven which we used for breakfast and couple of dinners. The separate washer and dryer units made our packing lighter as we were able to do several loads. Wi-Fi was fast. She has plenty of British adapters in case you need for outlets. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants. Transportation to rest of London was easy through connections at Waterloo or Southwark stations at the tube. Would love to stay here again! Thanks, Hannah.

London Eye views

Great property to stay at, penthouse 2 bed 2 bath with views of Southwark and the London Eye. Love the location, 5 min to Waterloo, 2 min to Southwark tube, 10-15 min walk to Tate Modern, London Eye or Borough Market. Host is easy to work with and property is well equipped. Have stayed on multiple occasions.

Loved the Location

The flat was a 6-minute walk to Waterloo Station and there were numerous, excellent, neighborhood restaurants to eat at. The flat was very nice, with a beautiful view of the rooftops, London Eye, and sunset. It was perfect for our needs: My husband, daughter and I shared two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we rarely used it because we were out during the day and tried so many local restaurants at night. My only issues with the flat were that there were no instructions available and the master bedroom mattress was exceptionally firm. I ended up sleeping on the living-room couch, which was much more comfortable. That said, I would stay in the same flat if we returned to London.

Awesome!

This was an awesome rental on all levels. Hannah has made this a home away from home. The flat itself has everything you would want including comfortable beds. The location is in a great area. It is close to two tube lines and many things are easy to walk to. There are lot of good restaurants in the area.

Great location in modern flat

The flat was as pictured and we enjoyed the location. Some minor maintenance would be helpful, but the flat was clean and the appliances all worked.
