Hermosa propiedad de lujo frente al mar directamente en la playa del lago Hurón

Esta hermosa casa frente al mar Oscoda está ubicada en la playa de arenas azucaradas del lago Huron con 60 pies de frente. La hermosa playa del lago Hurón y los hermosos amaneceres brindan a las familias una escapada tranquila. ¡Relájate a la sombra bajo nuestra terraza cubierta o toma el sol en la playa!

La casa de playa incluye una cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, sala familiar con chimenea de gas, lavadero con lavadora y secadora, 2 baños y 3 dormitorios (# 1 master with queen; # 2 bedroom con 2 gemelos; # 3 bedroom con full / litera doble; más un sofá-cama).

Salga por una de las tres grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio hacia una amplia cubierta de material compuesto parcialmente cubierta. Desde allí, se ingresa a la playa de arena de azúcar y luego se adentra en las hermosas aguas poco profundas del Lago Huron. La cubierta también está equipada con una ducha al aire libre.

El lado de la calle de la casa tiene una gran área cubierta de hierba, por lo que hay un montón de espacio para juegos de patio y hay un aro de baloncesto adyacente a la calzada.

La ubicación está a 2 millas al sur de Oscoda, que tiene su propio parque público (que incluye área de juegos y playa), restaurantes, heladerías, bolos, putt-putt, tiendas y un cine. Aproximadamente a 9 millas al sur se encuentra East Tawas con una gran arena, multitud de restaurantes, tiendas y mucho más. La casa también se encuentra a minutos de canotaje, golf, compras, ciclismo, recolección de bayas y numerosas atracciones turísticas (Monumento de Lumberman, Vistas del Nido del Águila, Iargo Springs, Memorial de Canoer, Faro de Tawas Point, y otros).

The house is beautiful. Love the deck and steps to the beach. Kitchen is well appointed. We had a fabulous time there. Beth’s responses to questions were very timely and even asked if we needed anything during our stay.

The house was clean and host was amazing to work with! Don’t let the contract scare you, they had bad renters and have to be detailed in the contract due to people who rented and did not take care of the property. The house is serene and beautiful and the views are incredible so if you’re looking for rest and relaxation, this is the house for you. It was everything we needed

Outstanding property!! Kitchen has everything you need. Layout and size of house is perfect. The covered deck and size of deck make this property worth the money!! My only complaint is the cleanliness. That is why I gave it a 4 star. I don’t know if the cleaning crew was having a bad day or forgot but it looked like they did not vacuum. The floors had debris on it. Bedrooms kitchen. Spider webs in the ceiling corners. For the money I spent I did expect a lot more cleanliness after reading reviews before booking this property. Would rent again though.

Perfect for us

This was our first trip to eastern Michigan, and so glad we found this place. The perfect size for me and my wife, her mom, and our 6 yr old daughter who was thrilled to sleep on the top level of the bunk beds. The living, dining, and kitchen area are totally open and comfortable, and the lake access couldn’t be better. We used the covered patio for most of our meals. From first contact Beth was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The view is absolutely amazing. The area is not touristy which was very nice. East Tawas Bay has a lot to offer. Pros. Location, tupperware in the kitchen, sand toys, neighbor was very nice, gas grill is hooked up to a propane line.Cons. Beds are hard. Pillows are flat. Welcome books needs updated (ie didnt need a propane tank). Whirlpool tub didnt work. Lengthy, extensive contract to sign at booking. Bottom line.. youre paying for the view.

Another wonderful week!

It is a lovely 3 bedroom ranch home right on the beach , a few steps to Lake Huron. Beautiful deck covered! We had many of our meals there. Well equipped kitchen ! We were lucky as far as sun! One rainstorm and that was it!

July 2025 Oscoda stay

We recently stayed at this property for a family get a way. The home was beautiful, well-stocked and as listed. We enjoyed many dinners on the outdoor covered deck! The grill offered a convenient gas line so we did not have to mess around with propane filling. There was plenty of beach this year and the views from the windows/doors were amazing. There is lots of natural lighting. If you are not used to this, a simple sleep mask should do the trick! There’s no need for water shoes. The water access is very sandy and shallow for adults to wade in. We contacted the owners once during the stay and they were very responsive. The home is in a great location and close to Oscoda and a quick drive to Tawas. My only suggestions that would help with comfort or convenience would be replacing the master mattress, consider removing the doors to the closet in the bunk bed room so that they can be more easily accessed (the beds are in the way to fully open) and possibly consider a larger dining table. The table in the home is beautiful but only seats 4. While bar stools are available ant both counters, our family played a lot of games in the evenings and there were not enough seats or big enough table. Overall, a GREAT rental and now a favorite. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Perfect beach location

This property is just as beautiful in actuality as it is in the listing photos. A beautiful white, sandy private beach front, and everything a family would need inside. Property owner was great with communication and details of the listing were accurate. We have stayed on Lake Huron multiple times and this location is absolutely perfect. Be sure to bring a kite for flying on the beach! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

We LOVED this house and the beautiful beachfront property. Our kids had the best time - meals and games on the beautiful back deck, swimming and playing in the sand, fun trips to putt putt and downtown Tawas, s’mores at night. I could go on and on. I’d be remiss not to mention the AMAZING neighbors next door who were so kind in offering suggestions on where to go and what to do and my kids adored their kids/grandkids. We really hope to be back next year!

Beautiful Lake Huron

Property is beautiful. Lake Huron is clear as glass. Home was clean, secure and had a new kitchen which was really nice. Living room and common areas were spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately when we arrived there was no wifi, and Verizon service was very spotty, so we had to drive north into town to call the Property manager who responded right away. I had to spend the next afternoon waiting for the internet service provider to arrive then fix the problem. This was a major inconvenience and cut into our vacation time significantly. All 5 beds are uncomfortable. They are clearly old, loud and very firm from overuse. There was a thin mattress pad on the master it made no difference. None of us were able to sleep. We ended our trip 2 days early because of this. A listing that states luxury should have sufficient beds.

Six of our family enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful home right on Lake Huron. The first time in 2022. The deck is wonderful ! We had all our dinners there! The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared all meals . It was hard to leave such a beautiful setting. We enjoyed lots of beach time, kayaking, swimming. Weather was mostly sunny which allowed us to be outside most of the time. The only con was lack of drawer space in the bedrooms! That won’t keep us from booking though. A great enjoyable and restful week! We hope to return next year!

Great family stay!

Beautiful home amd fantastic location. Clean as a whistle! We enjoyed walking on the beach and easy access to town. Kitchen and home are fully stocked. Lake Huron is beautiful and sparkling clear, we had our own polar plunge!! Great stay and we would rent again.

What a wonderful place!

The house was so clean and decorated so beautifully, but then you saw the gorgeous deck and view of Lake Huron. It was so relaxing. We struggled with operation of the TV/remote, but managed to have an absolutely wonderful time. The kitchen was spectacular. Did I mention the beautiful lake? We felt like we had the entire lake to ourselves. Make sure to go out after midnight and look at the stars. AMAZING! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Oscoda 2023

It's a very nicely located property that has been arranged in a well thought out plan to make maximum use of the available room. We had five adults for three nights and three adults for two. We enjoyed both the kitchen and living areas but the best part is the outside area and the access to the water. One thing we found in the master bedroom was a large window over the bed itself that was either letting in the neighbor's outdoor light at night or the sunlight during the day. A way to cover this window and a thicker mattress would have made the stay a definite 5 stars as it is maybe 4.75:) Would definitely stay here again. Thanks much!

Friends weekend

Four old friends got together here for a long weekend. I love to cook so we spent most of the time in the house cooking, eating, and laughing. :). We did try to go out for dinner one night and the selection of restaurants here is quite limited. The home is beautiful and the waterfront view and outdoor space is spectacular! We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful peaceful lake house

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful home on Lake Huron. Views are as advertised. It is very well kept and check in was smooth. It’s a quiet little town, at least in September. We hiked in the state forest and went to Tawas which had several cute stores and the best pizza and fudge ever. This was immensely relaxing. New kitchen is beautiful. Neighbors very quiet. Highly recommend.

Super Location

Nice, comfortable home, but the thrill is the location. A true beach house with plenty of sand right off the deck and leading to the lake. Don't miss the sunrise. Set your alarm if you have to! North of the house is perfect for beach walking, but you need to maneuver around 2 erosion control barriers at the start. Easier to do if the waves are low.

Our family of five lives in mid-Michigan, and we thoroughly enjoy living and playing in this great State throughout each of its four seasons. We ski in the winter, and in the hot summer months, relaxing at a beach and playing in the beautiful waters is a must. We had always wanted to rent or stay at a place where you can open the door and walk right onto the beach. It still seems like a dream that we now are owners of such a beautiful place! It is simply our favorite getaway, and we are so happy to share it with others! Also, in the autumn, the nearby attractions are sensational. The colors are in abundance and our favorite place to view them is along the River Road Scenic Byway by the Au Sable River. Simply breathtaking!

We fell in love with this beach house when we first saw it and are absolutely thrilled to be its owners. As soon as you step foot within, the outside is calling your name. The multiple large sliding glass doors beckon you outside onto the expansive composite deck. From there, you walk onto the beautiful sugar sand beach, with the clear and sparkling Lake Huron waters just steps away. The beach house itself was remodeled in 2014-2015, and is fresh, clean, and beautifully decorated. The composite deck is partially covered so you can still enjoy the beautiful outdoors while taking a break from the sun's rays. Listen to the waves, relax, or play in this piece of Pure Michigan paradise! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The beach house is located directly on Lake Huron and has phenomenal sunrise views. Enjoy the serenity of this gorgeous home and beach from inside, on the expansive partially covered deck, or directly on the sand itself. You can dine outside under the covered deck and clean off the day in our outside shower. While the inside of the home is absolutely beautiful, truly the outside living area is the gem of this property.
