El estudio de lujo de Kona Clark se encuentra en el corazón de Kailua Kona, en un barrio tranquilo a solo media milla del famoso Honl's Ocean Beach Park en Alii Drive. El estudio en la residencia del Clark tiene vistas panorámicas del océano y vistas a los volcanes Hualalai y Mauna Loa. Las numerosas ventanas proporcionan una gran brisa tropical junto con varios ventiladores de techo. Great stay, awesome hosts!

We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more at Lee and Tony`s place in Kona. The decor is first rate, the bed so comfortable, every kitchen and bathroom accessory available, the location close to everything, and the view...gorgeous. Let us not forget their generous hospitality of giving us the use of the their car during our stay, complete with boogie boards, umbrella, collar, beach chairs and snorkel gear for our long days at the beach ! We only wish we would have booked an offshore fishing trip with Tony, something to do when we return and stay here again. Mahola Tony and Lee!

Great Place!

This is a great apartment - the owners have done a first-rate job of building it with quality materials and workmanship. Plenty of room for two, all the amenities, and a wonderful sunset view over the ocean from the deck. Tony and Victoria are terrific people and great hosts, providing extras that other hosts have not. It's easy to get to the town center from here. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. A huge bonus is that they provide a car - by itself, it made the rental worth it. We would recommend this place highly for two people.

Gracious hospitality and cozy comfort.

This beautiful and private self contained suite is situated just minutes from the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. Our hosts Lee and Tony were the epitome of Hawaiian hospitality and the Aloha spirit. Our time on the Big Island was made more memorable because of this stay.

Lee and Tony are wonderful resources for Kona and very gracious hosts

The unit was clean, updated with a beautiful sunset view. There were many amenities such as cookware, grill, towels and other little things that made our stay enjoyable. The property is a short walk to town and just down the hill is a wonderd restaurant you can walk for a nice meal. I highly suggest this property if you’re considering it.

We felt at home the moment we arrived. Our rental was clean, beautifully decorated and had so many extras, a car, snorkeling gear, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for the beach and more! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals there! Victoria and Tony were super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend! Amazing!

Absolutely loved it! Victoria and Tony's studio was amazing. Brand new, spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed. The view was wonderful. It really was a home away from home. Victoria and Tony were great hosts. We would certainly stay there again. Only wish we had booked in for longer.

Comfortable Studio Apartment

This is a lovely up-to-date studio apartment. It has a ton of amenities which we loved! You can ask for beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and coolers. Tony and Victoria are very friendly and happy to help if you have any questions or if anything is wrong. The deck had absolutely beautiful views of the sunset every night. The neighborhood is quite busy though, and can be very noisy at night. Lots of neighborhood cats fighting, dogs barking, and roosters crowing, not a big deal if you keep the windows closed.

Very friendly owners, nice and huge flat, very comfortable bed, kitchen with all things you need,

We had all day a very nice breakfast on the balcony with view to the ocean. Wonderful bathroom with shower, complete kitchen, laundry. In 5 minutes you are in Kona by car.

ALOHA!!!

Our vacation was amazing!!! The accommodations were absolutely beautiful, spotless, spacey and homey. Our home for 6 days included but not limited to a full size stainless refridgerator, comfortable bed, marble counter tops, teak dining table, beautiful hand crafted vaulted ceilings, ceramic tiled shower, cozy couch, full stock of appliances and utencils, mini condiments, combination door entry lock (in case you are one who has a hard time keeping up with a key like me...haha) an outside grill and an awesome lanai to relax in the evening to watch a breathtaking Big Island sunset. To top it all off, our hosts, Tony and Victoria Clark, were the BEST OF THE BEST!!! They greeted us with the ALOHA SPIRIT and made us feel right at home.We HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. Aloha Nui Loa....until we meet again:)

Loved the newness of this Spacious Studio with well thought amenities provided by the gracious hosts. Didn't need to call hosts about anything. Everything we needed was there including appreciated things not always provided other places like plastic bags, spices, condiments, bags of ice, ample bottles of water, even two little bottles of wine.... I left one.

This is a very nice studio apt. That has nice kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment with spices. It remind me the old village. That has very nice out side out side view. If i visit kona again i will stay here.Land lady Victoria live next door and she take care us very good.

Great space, beautiful view.

We were some of the first guests in this studio, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. It's brand new and it's very, very nice. More in line with a mid-level luxury hotel than a typical vacation rental. Equipped kitchen (full sized fridge, hot plate, grill on the deck). It's tucked back in a typical Hawaii neighborhood. You'll get some typical neighborhood noises (pups, chickens, household noises -- open windows in neighborhoods are just part of the feel in Hawaii), but it quieted down nicely at night. The view is really nice. We caught the sunrise from the deck on the last day of our Hawaii visit.

Fantastic!

We were very impressed with the new furnishings. The place is immaculate. Ocean views from all the windows,even from the bed! We enjoyed watching the Beautiful Hawaiian sunsets from the lanai. Great location! I definitely recommend this rental!

Capt. Tony Clark has called Kailua Kona his Home since 1990 and has been a charter boat Captain ever since. His lovely wife, Victoria, originally from Florida has called Kona her home since 1990. She is a professional waitress at a high end resort in North Kona. They both share a love of the ocean, outdoors, gourmet cooking and of course, deep sea fishing!
