Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas de Napatree Point y el histórico puerto de Watch Hill desde este elegante condominio en el tercer piso. Opción económica para asistir a bodas en la zona. Dentro
 corta distancia a pie de lugares para bodas. Tres playas vírgenes están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes con solo una corta caminata. La unidad incluye aire central, pisos de madera, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora y porche con vista al mar. Además de un amplio plan de piso abierto, las áreas de cocina y comedor ofrecen espectaculares vistas abiertas al océano del punto de Napa Tree desde el gran ventanal. El infame Watch Hill Carousel está cerca, junto con pintorescas tiendas para todos los intereses. Varios restaurantes / restaurantes están a poca distancia. Si comer es más de su agrado, tiene dos opciones. La primera es la cocina gourmet y la segunda una cocina de verano con parrilla de gas ubicada en su terraza privada de 1000 pies cuadrados en la azotea. Beach vacation

Property is beautiful! Great location right across from the beach. Easy walking to ice cream, cute shops, good delis, etc. we had a lovely time and would definitely return!

Great Place

We loved the property and its location. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The rooftop was the real winner. We travelled with little ones and were able to put them to bed and then enjoy the rooftop. Thanks!

Best location in Watch Hill

Such a great spot! I've been going to Watch Hill for years, Erich's location is by far the best we've ever stayed at. You not only get great views and amenities but also quick and easy access to all of the shops. Erich was very easy to get in touch with and made sure we had a great stay. Even though we had some poor weather we had a blast. I will definitely be looking to book Erich's beach pad again!

Perfect location!

We had the best stay in Watch Hill! The location of this condo is unbeatable. Walk to the beaches, carousel, lighthouse, restaurants/shops and much more! The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck is perfection and Erich was so helpful and reachable if we needed him. Can’t say enough good things!! Rent this condo if you’re visiting Watch Hill!

Wonderful stay in Watch Hill.

Really enjoyed the Condo. Loved the location and the views. The terrace is amazing and wish we had more time to enjoy it. There is a fire pit and a large grill that we didn't get to use. The condo is very clean and decorated very nicely. The little town is charming and it is such a bonus to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. It is a short walk to the beach also. Thanks Eric.

Stunning -A Slice of Heaven!

This property and Host, Erich were outstanding! The kitchen felt like home and the entire property was on point! My family and I had a wonderful time and the rooftop was beyond exceptional! The Owner thought of absolutely everything and we could not be more pleased. This stay was a great memorable experience and we can't wait to return! A very special place with breathtakingly gorgeous views!

Our family just returned from the most lovely and special vacation to Watch Hill. This unit is beyond wonderful and the views from the rooftop deck simply cannot be matched! Not only is the unit fully equipped with all the essentials and beautifully decorated, but working with the owner couldn't have been more pleasant. He is a true gentleman and goes out of his way to make sure all is as it should be. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to return. The location on the main street is perfect for walking to beaches, dining, and shopping. The parking space alone might just be worth the price -especially during a busy holiday weekend when Watch Hill is bursting at the seams and parking is difficult to come by. This splurge is worth every penny...you won't be disappointed!

Relaxing Birthday getaway

My husband and I enjoyed the solitude of early Fall in Watch Hill. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We walked miles and miles on the empty beaches.

Wonderful condo with beautiful views

The condo was vary clean and well organized with everything we needed! We were especially comfortable with the COVID situation as we could take the stairs and never really ran into other guests. The condo includes entrance to the beach by the Carousel which is a nice option instead of walking to East Beach. The rooftop terrace was very special. Only issue is that one had to go up a flight of stairs outside the condo door to get there and use a key to get in which was a little cumbersome. Also, there is no elevator so those with disabilities would not have access.

The perfect getaway!

What an amazing location and well appointed condo! You really cannot beat the views from the roof deck of this property. Being able to so easily take advantage of the shops and restaurants in town as well as being a short walk from the beach was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Spectacular

This was one of the best rental properties I've stayed in. The furnishings are high-end and beautiful. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well kept the condo is. Everything was just as described. The view from the smaller deck on the main level is magnificent. We could see the carousel, the beach, and the harbor. It was a special nook for our morning coffee. But for an even more incredible experience, we headed up to the rooftop deck. It was one of the highlights. It's a huge space with a 300-degree view of Watch Hill and all it's beauty. There's a fire table, a fridge, a grill, and a sink. And there's a huge umbrella to keep you in the shade if you prefer. Comfy lounge and padded chairs added to the comfort. What a spectacular addition to this wonderful rental. We could not have asked for more. The owner was helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had before and during our stay. Central to everything. This peaceful retreat is a respite from all the craziness of 2020, and I would definitely rent this unit again.

A beautiful , immaculate and comfortable condo. Roof top deck a big plus. Location close to 2 beaches plus downtown. Most people wore masks and kept respectful distance on beaches.

Family Vacation in Watch Hill

My wife, teenage son and I had the pleasure of staying in Erich's condo in early July. Everything about the experience was "5+ stars". The condo is beautiful, the location convenient and as an owner, Erich was responsive and very easy to work with. Given the situation with Covid we decided to cook most of our meals in the condo; my wife's comment being that it was beautifully stocked and felt like cooking at home. The rooftop deck was outstanding; we enjoyed cooking and eating there, as well as playing cards in the evening. The view from the roof is gorgeous. Proximity to the beach was perfect, Watch Hill beaches are some of our favorites. Everything about our stay was a first class experience, we would return without hesitation! Thank you Erich for your hospitality.

Terrific stay, can't beat the location!

My family had a wonderful stay here over a long holiday weekend. Clean and modern property w/ all the amenities we needed. Very clear and quick communication with the owner, who was quite helpful during our stay. Watch Hill is a wonderful spot. The location is ideal, and the beach was beautiful.

The condos was exceptional in every way. Every detail was perfect and the owner even provides beach chairs and umbrella. The entire condo was immaculate and spacious and the views from the roof-top deck were amayzing. We will definitely rent again..

We stayed at this fabulous condo for 3 nights in mid June. Honestly I hesitate writing the review it deserves as I’d like to keep it a secret for future availability and cost! The location is perfect for enjoying all that the charming beach village of Watch Hill has to offer: beautiful beaches, spectacular sunsets, a unique and historically recognized carousel ( open only weekends in mid June), a wonderful walks to Watch Hill Light and out to Napatree point. Each of these experiences are right at your door with this condo. The furnishings and decor are lovely, inviting and comfortable with seating for 6 at the dining room table; two good sized bedrooms (queen and king in master) and two spacious bath rooms. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating for the limited time you’d spend inside . The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need including a Keurig with K cups available , blender and toaster along with plenty of dinnerware and glassware if entertaining. The small deck is welcome especially if you get a rainy day during your stay as it’s covered and great for people watching on Bay Street , watching the sail boats or yachts on the ocea, and enjoying one of those spectacular Watch Hill bay sunsets. The best perk to this condo however in addition to its spectacular location, is the massive private rooftop deck. Yes it abuts another but partition offers complete privacy. There is a huge umbrella if you’re not a sun lover , a great Firepit for cool evenings and a grill,mini fridge and sink if entertaining. Plenty of comfy seating along with two loungers. We really enjoyed this spot after spending time n the beach when our kids and grandson visited for the day. Two parking spots are available. There is an elevator to the condo level from parking though stairs are required to reach the roofdeck ( which is a separate entrance, not accessible from inside the condo). Beach chairs and umbrella available. The owner is wonderfully communicative both before and during your stay and was very flexible regarding parking before and after checking in. I’ve come to Watch Hill for over 60 years and my parents before. This was a special trip celebrating our 40th anniversary but also introducing our grandson to my favorite beach ever. Staying at this spectacular and well situated condo made this stay even more memorable. I highly recommend.

Most Memorable Place I Ever Stayed At!!

I have stayed in many high-end rentals in New England but this was clearly the most amazing. The pictures posted do not do the property justice. When we arrived we were impressed by the how new and tastefully appointed the unit was. The open floor plan made it easy for us to enjoy time together. There were breath taking views from the unit deck and rooftop deck. The rooftop deck has everything you need, granite counter top, Wolf gas grill, sink, refrigerator, canopy umbrella and fire table. You are within walking distance to three beaches, Lighthouse Park, Ocean House Restaurant, downtown shopping/dining and famous Watch Hill Carousel. Watch Hill is the quintessential New England coastal town. The owner was always available to answer questions and great to work with. We will certainly be back.
