We didn’t get to stay the whole week as my spouse had a medical emergency and we had to leave to go to a trauma center hospital. The owner was very pleasant and compassionate but it would have been nice to have received a refund of more than 58.I think that was for the extra we paid to heat the pool. I understand it is a business but I would have been happier if he could have extended the kindness of giving us a refund for the two days that we weren’t there.

Vacation in the Sun

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay. We enjoyed the pool every day. We appreciated the nearby walking trails utilizing the trails for daily walks with our German Short-hair and fun bird watching. Everything in the house is comfortable.

Clean property with great amenities. Nice pool and hot tub. Excellent host!Our only negative was the listing saying bedroom number two is a queen bed. It is actually a full bed so we would have chosen another property had we known that.

In Tucson to visit our Arizona student and enjoyed our stay! The listing is accurate and the home excellent. It is a distance to campus, but never took more than 30 minutes. The bonus was a quiet neighborhood that was no more than 3 miles to everything else you need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

U of A Graduation Trip

Overall we had a very nice experience at this property. The inside of the property was clean and very attractive. The third bedroom with the bunk beds did not work well for adults. Not sturdy enough, so we were forced to improvise. The television and receiver was complicated with too many remotes and steps to take that were not included in the written instructions provided. However, the owner was excellent about responding and helped us correct that problem quickly. The pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but yet provided a very nice place to relax each day. The water was warmer than I would have preferred, but most might like it that way. The outdoor chair cushions all seemed to be covered in a film of dust that we needed to brush off before using. The landscaping seemed a little over grown, so it kind of felt like the whole outside should have been given some attention before we arrived. We went to the store and bought some burgers to cook on the grill, but unfortunately we needed to go inside and fry them because the gas bottle was empty in the grill. That was a little frustrating to experience after paying what we paid. We ended up buying a bag of ice for drinks because the auto ice maker in the frig just didn't last very long. All in all, we had a very nice time, and we would stay at this location again, but there is certainly a little room for small improvements.

Fun in the Sun

The property was as described in the listing. The pool & hot tub were great; clean, everything operational & private. We spent most of our time in the hot tub or the bike/hike trail that was right at the rear of the property! Bikes and pool toys were available for our use and plenty of room in the garage for our car. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Perfection

Everything in this property has been thought over to make life of renters easy. Kitchen utensil's location is labeled, nothing is missing. Everything else is easy to find. The pool was wonderfully warm, the hot tub heats up very fast. The small preserve is within walking distance to enjoy in the morning before breakfast. Along the preserve is a walking and bicycle track that a ranger told us is 60 mile long. The two saguaro N.P are within 30 minutes drive, plus a lot of other exciting places to visit. Definitely the best place we have rented--and my wife and I have seen many since we are in our 80s.

Great location next to El Rio reserve

Have stayed in this area before but the location of this house was superb - directly across from the El Rio reserve that is a birder's delight in the Spring. House was immaculate, quite neighborhood with no traffic noise yet fairly close to the freeway, contact with the manager very good. Only minor complaint was we had to pay for pool heating even though we didn't use it and it wasn't very clean anyway. Will definitely stay here again.

I wish our stay would have been longer than 2 nights! It is in a nice neighborhood and the home is well equipped with Kitchen necessities. It was also very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub! We would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying here. Nice to have added a king size bed. Love the pool and spa, great for walking the dog, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. Only negative was the backyard security camera pointed at the pool and spa. Understand the need for security cameras but seems like it should be turned off when house is occupied. Was hard to truly relax in the back yard when it felt like we were being spied upon. Did not know about the cameras until documents were sent for signature.

Another great stay

This was our second time at this wonderfully located property. It is quiet, close to everything and very comfortable. The new bed in the primary bedroom is divine. The guest shower has the best water pressure. The hot tub works great and we liked having a fireplace. The owner Dan is very responsive. Truly recommend.
