This was the perfect place for us. My wife and I brought our 3 year old and 10 month old AND we brought both her 70 year old parents and my 75 year old parents. Tons of space for everyone, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great location. The pool was fantastic and where we spent a lot of our timeIt was close enough to some fun places and restaurants, but far enough away to feel like we weren't in a crazy busy tourist spot. Highly recommend!

Perfect Grand Cayman Getaway

This was our second stay with this VRBO home and we will never stray! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could’ve hoped for—fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, fast WiFi, and even beach gear ready to go.The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet close enough to restaurants, grocery stores, and some of the island’s most stunning beaches and snorkeling spots.The hosts were also amazing—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great location and accommodating host

Armando’s place is very nice. It is huge and very quiet. The private pool was great. We did have a situation beyond the owner’s control that was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend Armando’s place. Thank you, Armando!

Exceptional Property

We spent a delightful week in this spectacular house. The place is HUGE. We had 10 people in our party and never felt cramped. The property is clean, well-maintained, and extremely well outfitted. The kitchen had everything you could want, the beds were comfortable, and there were bath and beach towels for all. Entertainment options included an enormous game room, lots of snorkeling gear, and a pleasant pool and surrounding patio. The West Bay location was away from the crowds of Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach, but still convenient to the Turtle and Dolphin attractions, Cemetary Beach for snorkeling, and several good restaurants. Georgetown is only about 20 minutes away by car if you are looking for more dining/entertainment options. The only thing missing is an ocean view (the ocean is about 100 yards from the front door), but everything positive about this amazing house far outweighs that one drawback.

Wonderful home for sharing with friends. Bdrms are noise free, plenty of bathrooms.

Fantastic home for sharing with a large group. Plenty to do both in the home and outside. Restaurants and beach closeby. Westbay is quieter than Georgetown so we enjoyed the location.

Perfect Home

We were a large group with two families and this home was amazing. The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was within a 20 minute drive. Plenty of flyers and brochures in the home to help navigate your stay. Within walking distance to a few restaurants and the turtle canter and dolphin discovery. We suggest both. The best beaches were 7 Mile and smiths cove. The kiddos enjoyed the pool and yard on our “down” days. The house had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to go back

Large home for a group

We had a lovely stay while vacationing with three families. The pool was clean, the kitchen is large with a walk in pantry. If you planning to travel with kids this is a great home! Armando was wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating for our group. The house had some brand new beach chairs, a small amount of snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas, and a cooler. We had a great stay here!

Great house for large families

A person can almost get lost in this house! It is very large and comfortable. There are plenty of areas to just relax within the house. The pool area is very well done and was warm when we were there. It's not heated but doesn't need to be since the evening temps barely drop. Grocery stores and most of Seven Mile beach is just a short drive away. We met with the owner Armando on our last day. He is a very kind man. His communication with us was excellent.

The house was beautiful and very private for a large group which was the most awesome part. The pool wasn’t heated and the water was too cold for a 1 and 3 year old to swim. That was very disappointing as the kids love to swim. It is my fault in a way for not asking about the pool temp but I assumed given it was a luxury type home.

Family new year trip

Fantastic trip visiting family in cayman. The house was lovely, lots of space and filled with everything one could need to entertain 4year olds to 60 year olds. Location is west bay so a ‘changing’ neighborhood of friendly people. Would recommend for any large group doing cayman without the crazy sticker price! Thankyou

Five stars all the way

This place is everything and more! Very comfortable with 5 great bedrooms, a lovely pool, a super nice game room, and lots of room to spread out. Armando was awesome with communication and check-in. The location was perfect, 20 minutes from the airport, within walking distance to swimming with turtles, great food, and 15 minutes driving to Georgetown with top notch dining shopping and awesome beaches. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Family Vacation House

This house was exactly what I was looking for. My dad had never been out of the country, and I wanted him to feel like he was at a home away from home. This house is HUGE and comfy. We had our own private spots when needed, although we spent most of our time socializing in the kitchen, the family room downstairs, and by the pool. The third-floor entertainment room was fantastic and would be great for a family with more kids, but we had more adults in our group. This house had everything, pool/beach towels, sun block, bug spray, variety of bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool toys, fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils), and more. The grocery store (Foster's) is 5 minutes down the street. Note that this grocery store does not sell wine or spirits, but there is a wine and spirit store in the shopping center directly beside it. Our beach of choice was Governor's Beach, which was a 12 minute ride from the house (located directly behind the Governor's house). It was absolutely beautiful. Clear water and soft sand (no broken-up seashells to stick in your feet). There were a few water sport activities as well. My son (10) really enjoyed using his snorkel gear here, since the water was so clear and calm, he could see the onsie and twosie fish that were swimming around. Most of our activities were near the house. The furthest we drove was 50 mins to Crystal Caves, to the eastside of the island. Pictures are true to life, and great hosts. Thank you, Armando and Dawn!

Perfect for our nine member group

Well furnished and appointed. Third floor game area was loved by the kids, as was the pool. Huge well equipped kitchen. Very clean and well maintained. Enormous grassy yard for outdoor activities (very hard to find on the island). Met with owner who was gracious an hospitable.

Wonderful family stay in West Bay!

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. We knew from a previous visit to the island that we wanted to be close to 7 mile beach and Armando's home was ideal! We rented a car to be able to move freely about the island and to get to the beach. We preferred Governor's Beach, it was an easy 10 minute drive. We also went to Cemetery Beach a couple of times which was about 5 minutes. The house was well appointed for cooking meals for the family and had so much space for spreading out! There were 9 of us plus our 18 month old grandson. The pool was a nice size, a wonderful temperature and extremely clean. The house was also very clean upon our arrival. We met Armando for an easy check in and also briefly at checkout. He is an attentive and very thoughtful host. We enjoyed being able to walk to Macabuca for drinks and food, not to mention the glorious sunset! This is a property we would return to when we have a group this size! Amazing location, fantastic host and everything we needed! Thank you Armando!

Home was awesome. Pool was perfect for younger kids 7 and up because of shallow end! Whole experienece was beyond words. We are beach people only draw back was distance to beach otherwise you could not ask for more!
