¿Buscas clima cálido y bellas aguas caribeñas? ¡No busque más! Down Island Dream es una villa de un dormitorio recién remodelada ubicada en Point Pleasant en la hermosa St. Thomas.
La villa ha sido recientemente amueblada y remodelada con todas las comodidades para unas vacaciones increíbles. La villa tiene un gran balcón privado con vistas a Coki Point, Lindquist Beach, St John, Tortola y Jost Van Dyke, de ahí el nombre de Down Island Dream. Disfrute de la brisa tropical mientras contempla los múltiples tonos de azul brillante del mar Caribe.

En su camino hacia la cima de su villa, verá la más bella vegetación y flores tropicales que le dan la bienvenida al complejo. La villa se encuentra a pocos pasos de su automóvil y a pocos pasos de la puerta de entrada. Luego, cuando ingrese por primera vez a su hogar en la isla, será recibido con brisas de comercio refrescantes y las vistas más increíbles desde todos los ángulos. The place was incredible! There was nothing better than waking up every morning to the ocean views. The hosts were always available if anything came up. The location was perfect to explore this side of St Thomas or take a quick ferry ride to St John's. Would highly recommend

Very nice

It is very private for a resort setting. The view is stunning and we really enjoyed the stay. We travel often and this one has more helpful items than we usually see. Like coolers,chairs,extra beach towels,snorkel gear and beach carriers.

We had a great stay at Down Island Dream. Beautiful views and great condo overall. We didn’t get to spend time on the beautiful deck due to the gale force winds This week but the sunrises were beautiful. Communication was great and the restaurant on site was nice to have.

Amazing views!

The condo at Point Pleasant was perfect for our week away in St Thomas. The views were amazing and the condo has everything you need...a fully equipped kitchen, electric grill, snorkel gear, beach towels & chairs and a cooler to take with you to the beach. The property also has several pools and two restaurants when you don't feel like cooking. A rental car is necessary if you want to go off-property, and walking the property is a workout due to the steep hills. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax.

Perfect getaway and that view!

We could not have asked for a better view while on our vacation. We had everything we needed and the welcome goodies were perfect after a long day of traveling. Sugar beach was amazing we had it to ourselves for about 3 hours. We ate at both restaurants on property and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to just relax and watch the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend. You are up on the hill so will have to walk up and down a few flights of stairs but the shuttle was always around to help and we enjoyed getting in a little exercise.

Perfect Honeymoon!

This place was beautiful! Lisa was the absolute best host. She gave us more than enough helpful information about where to go, what to eat, and what to do. The apartment was nice and clean and the view was absolutely amazing! The area was lovely. We liked being so close to Red Hook, Coki Beach, and Coral world. The only downfall is that there is a big loud generator on 24/7 next door because the property there is still recovering from the hurricanes. But other than that, I really would recommend this place. We loved the restaurants. We loved the pools. We loved the place. Perfect little getaway for our honeymoon!

Down Island Dream

We've enjoyed coming to STT for 13 years. After the hurricane(s) we did not know what to expect. Down Island Dream was as advertised. Great location, well equipped and simply very enjoyable. Though there was still construction and clean up activity going on, it really was business (and vacation) as usual. Do not hesitate to visit the island nor should you hesitate in staying at Down Island Dream. The islands need you more than ever. We will be back soon. Thank you for a great week!

Paradise- it’s in the name!

We had a wonderful week at this resort. Clean, spacious, and those views! The two sided porch was fantastic. It was nice to arrive to some goodies in the fridge. We also ordered with a local provisioning co. and the condo manager worked with them so everything was there & put away upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the unit amenities were great. The resort shuttles were a Godsend. This unit it high up on a hill -so you have outstanding views but you may have a workout getting around if not for the shuttles. We got around just fine! The on site restaurants are great too!

Great trip

The property was clean and the view was amazing. Showing up after a day travel and finding the goodies that were in the fridge was a nice surprise. The host and manager were very quick to answer questions and very accommodating. All the beaches we visited were beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing. We also did a few hikes. We didn’t have a car and found that the taxi drivers didnt want to take us directly to our room and would drop us at the lobby. If you don’t like climbing steps this could be tiring as the trip up from the lobby had lots of stairs but we didn’t mind the exercise. It was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect spot to honeymoon. Lots of privacy , sunrise and sunset views over nearby islands from the bed , lots of amenities that make day tripping to nearby beaches easy! Our week in St. Thomas

The property is located near Red Hook which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed going there to catch the ferry to St. John, to the grocery story when we needed supplies, and for dinner since there's a variety of restaurants to pick from. We feel that the location of the condo was ideal because even when we went to Water Island and to Megan's Bay, we were no more than 20-25 minutes away from our desired location. A few things that I thought were included and wish were included were a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an oven. All of the other places we've stayed at through VRBO had these items included. Given how warm it could get in the condo, I can see now why there wasn't an oven, but it would have been convenient for cooking breakfast and some dinner items if there had been one included. I had also asked prior to checking in if there was a beach umbrella included with the beach items that were available to use and was told there was one, but there was not. When I reached out to the property manager about this she was very responsive and brought her personal umbrella over for us to use at the beach. I thought this was very kind of her and appreciated that they tried to make things right.

Nice apartment

Very nice and spacious apartment. We enjoyed it as it is only a few minutes driving to both Coki beach and Smith bay. It has a large balcony with amazing ocean view and the amenities in the resort is decent. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions and problems. The only drawback is you can hear large noise sitting at the balcony, but it is bearable when all doors are closed.

Perfect place to call home for a week

We loved our stay at the point pleasant resort. This unit is at the top of the hill with an amazing view of St John and the BVIs. There are several pools but the hilltop pool was very convenient and clean. Location was great. Felt very safe. A quick drive to red hook and 20 Min drive to Megan’s bay. Our host was very responsive. Strong winds ripped one of the screen doors and they fixed it within hours. I definitely recommend this place.
