Al ingresar a esta casa recientemente remodelada de 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños, encontrará nuevos muebles y decoración en una gran sala espaciosa y luminosa con techos abovedados de 20 pies y acceso a la parte posterior a través de puertas corredizas de vidrio. La sala de estar cuenta con un lujoso sofá con un sofá cama tamaño queen, un sofá de dos plazas y una silla de gran tamaño con otomana, donde puedes relajarte mientras miras Netflix en el televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas. Este es un gran lugar para escapar después de un largo día. La cocina está equipada con nuevos electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina, platos y utensilios para sus necesidades de cocina y comedor, y cuenta con una barra de desayuno que está abierta al comedor adyacente. Justo al lado de la cocina hay un área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes.

El dormitorio 3 tiene una cama queen, una cómoda de seis cajones y otro televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 43 pulgadas (un total de 4 televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana).

En la parte trasera hay un patio cubierto con una hoguera perfecta para relajarse o divertirse al aire libre. Toneladas de naranjas y limones de gran sabor en la parte posterior están pidiendo ser comidos. Hay 2 lugares de estacionamiento en el garaje y 2 más en la entrada si es necesario.

Perfect VRBO for Family

The house was just as described and perfect for us, our daughters and new Grandbaby. Very clean and kept up. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very close to a lot of things to do and restaurants. Highly recommend and will stay here again on our next trip!

Great Glendale Location with Dogs

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property to warm up from the erratic Colorado weather. Host Dave was on top of any problems that we had and checked in frequently. We had room to spread out, loved being able to pull into the garage, and felt secure leaving our dogs with the high fence.

Great and constant communication

We had such a great time ! The house was exactly what we needed and more ! Great and constant communication between the host and us . This helped so very much ! Felt so stress free , especially having all the essentials in the house . We stayed about a week and of not because of work responsibilities would have extended our stay . Definitely recommend staying here . Great family home , we were 3 adults and two teenagers. 5 star rating was earned !

Great long term stay

Brian was by far one of the most communicative hosts we’ve ever had. If we even hinted at an issue (which really weren’t issues) he was ready to remedy. His goal was to assure we were pleased with our stay and we certainly were! The place was good space. Plenty of room, 3 bedrooms with TVs in all the rooms. Overall, just a comfortable place in a great location. Thanks for hosting us!

Absolute Perfection

My family were so spoiled by this property! Fenced in backyard, all the extras you could think of and personalized service! We were welcomed by the sweetest care taker. She stocked the refrigerator with water, had a bottle of wine, glasses, chips and a thank you note ready for us! All the amenities you need in the kitchen plus laundry detergent with the washer and dryer. It was so nice to be able to park in the garage, easy access to everything! The house is designed for long term rentals and it worked perfectly for our family! The mattresses were comfortable and everything was so clean! We loved the games that were available in the house, the lemon and orange trees out back were an added bonus! My girls made some great fresh lemonade and orange juice most days! When we have family come into town, we will definitely be contacting Dave for future rentals. He definitely sets the standards on how run a successful rental property! Thank you for such a warm and welcoming home! We felt safe and secure. The 3D video tour is what sealed the deal for us when we were deciding to book!

The best stay I've ever had

Upon arriving David was there to greet me with a smile, and a warm welcome after I entered the home I was completely amazed at how clean and perfect the home was I can't remember in all my travels have I ever felt so comfortable and safe and from the fruit trees to the home theater in the family room to the spacious master bath and coffee waiting for me in the morning, what impressed me the most was David checking on my needs through the duration of my stay and all this when the whole world was in a panic , actually to be quite honest it was so comforting I extended my stay that's you David for your outstanding hospitality I will recommend this as the best it gets.

Great location

The home was perfect for my family and dog. The location is great. Close to everything but far enough away that your not in the hustle and bustle. The ac unit went out and Dave was instantly on it to get it fixed so we wouldn’t melt in the AZ sun. Thanks Dave for your lovely home!

This rental property was everything it advertised plus more! I stayed here for a week and between the location and the luxurious property, I will never stay anywhere else when in the Phoenix area. Comfort and convenience

Quiet neighborhood near shopping, restaurants and freeway access to all parts of Phoenix area. Great place to come back to and relax after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

This house was amazing. We stayed here for a month and it had everything we needed. If something wasn’t there or we needed help, David (the owner) was very awesome/quick to work with. Loved our stay and would highly recommend for others to stay here.
