Great Visit

Location was wonderful - right on the beach. The pool was enjoyable after a day on the beach. We enjoyed the watch party for turtle hatching. Very walkable to many great restaurants. The second bathroom was very small and the sink was located in the bedroom.

Great condo

Condo was nice and clean. Great location and right on beach. Checkin/ checkout process could be more efficient. Only suggestion is to get more comfy furniture for balcony.

Property was in a good location. There needs to be more lightening on the stairs and on the parking lot. The access ramp to the beach had a big drop off and it was hard for people to get down and back up I had my 88 year old father and 81 year old mother and I had to get a step stool to help them up and down and the railing did not go all the way to the bottom step.

We haven’t been on vacation in 6 years, and we wanted a condo close to the beach due to my wife’s recent hip replacement. This one couldn’t have been any more perfect. The room was clean, and the distance to the beach was more than ideal. Highly recommend! The Holland Family

Vacation with some friends

This was our first time to stay at this property, but it won't be our last! We loved how close we was to the beach. Everything was easy access and Gulf Sands was wonderful to work with. The only complaint I have is the outdoor furniture needs to be updated, it wasn't very comfortable when we were eating our breakfast outside. I would highly recommend this condo!

Great Location

Loved the location. It was a cute place to stay. Perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. If you are wanting a place right on the beach that isn't like a hotel then this is definitely where you want to stay. My two recommendations for the owner/office: in the emails put the address to the office along with the condo especially since you have to go to the office first. The bedroom with the ocean view really needs a new mattress, the left side has a pretty big dip in it.

Great view

It had a great view. Location was good. It had a small grocery store across the street that was great. The place itself needs an all over paint job on the inside. The air conditioning didn’t work so we called the management company just to have someone at their office argue with us that we didn’t know how to run a thermostat. They finally sent someone to fix it.

PERFECT location!

We loved our time here. The only draw back was that the sofa sleeper was no good; the mattress was like a pancake. I reached out to the property manager about it before we ever went on our trip, because of another review I read that mentioned it was not as pictured, and I was told it had been replaced. That was not true; so, that was very disappointing. People had to share a bed when we had not planned on that and asked for clarification before ever going. But you can't beat the location! And the place is cute and comfortable. They do not have any beach gear available for use so bring your own, including a cooler. We hope to go back; it was great!

Property in below average condition . No clothes dresser in either bedroom . Large ceiling damage in kitchen. No tv guide info in unit . Terribly uncomfortable patio furniture

Hi Debbie, the photos don't show a clothes dresser in either of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms will have a closet for clothes/storage. There will be a TV guide located in the condo and on the TV, it is typically located in the Guest Guide binder unless another guest removed it. The balcony furniture is pictured and is made for outdoor beach weather, sorry you found it uncomfortable.

Condo is outdated location is the only good thing about this place.

Wouldn’t rent this place again until the remodeled . Sink wouldn’t drain tv didn’t work washer and dryer didn’t work properly. Washer flooded the floor had to clean my self maintenance was in no rush to get there. Counters were dusty along with tv stands and floors were dirty trash behind dresser.

Location great. A few issues: 1. No dish towel provided. 2. No dish detergent. 3. The pictures showed a really nice red leather couch……but where was it? It changed to a DIRTY ( sand all over it) VERY uncomfortable red cloth couch!!! 4. Lights in the Ceiling fan in the master BR didn’t work. 5. Refrigerator door gasket was about to fall off. 6. Large areal of plaster was missing from the kitchen ceiling. This place was really unkept! Would never ever recommend or stay here again!!!

OLD AND NOT WORKING APPLIANCES

THE APPLIANCES WERE OLDER THAN THE LISTING. WAS ADVERTISED AS NEWLEY RENOVATED. APPERANTLY A FRESH COAT OF PAINT IS NEWLEY RENOVATED. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE WASHING MACHINE HAD A TAG ON IT THE IT WAS OUT OF SERVICE. THE DRYER HAD RUST IN IT AND LOOKED LIKE IT HAS NOT WORKED IN YEARS. MY WIFE HAS SKIN PROBLEMS AND WE ONLY BOOK PLACES WITH A WORKING WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER. CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS UP AND WAS TOLD THAT LOWES WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER ONE. 2 DAYS LATER THE LOWES TRUCK SHOWED UP AND DID NOT DROP OFF BECAUSE THERE WAS NOONE THERE FROM THE CONDO. I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD BY A GUY THAT THEY WOULD TRY AND GET LOWES BACK AND HAVE SOMEONE RUN OVER AND THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO SIT IN THE ROOM AND WAIT FOR LOWES. NEXT DAY I CALLED AND THE GAL SAID I DID NOT HAVE TO RAISE MY VOICE AT HER AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO IF LOWES DID NOT DELIVER IT. I SPENT 3 DAYS AT THE LAUNDRYMAT WITH MY WIFE WHILE SHE WASHED CLOTHES. ON THURSDAY I GOT A EMAIL STATING THAT LOWES WAS ON THE WAY. SINCE I WAS NOT THERE AND THE PLACE HAS NO ONE IN CHARGE OF MAINTENCE THE ONCE AGAIN LOWES LEFT. ENDED UP JUST LEAVING. AS FAR AS THE ROOM, IT WAS NICE BUT THE APPLIANCES WERE OLD. THE STEPS GOING IN HAD CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THEM AND THERE WAS A BAG OF TRASH ON THE SAND IN FRONT LIKE SOMEONE TOSSED IT OVER THE BALCONY. CLEARLY NO ONE FROM MAINTAINENCE HAD BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE.
