Splash Resort! Este alquiler de Panama City Beach en el nuevo resort frente al mar de Panama City Beach ofrece diversión para toda la familia. Con un parque acuático, que incluye un parque de piscinas para niños con toboganes, juguetes acuáticos interactivos, un paseo lento por el río y una sala de cine "de inmersión", así como una sala de juegos, los niños nunca querrán volver a casa. Los padres también pueden disfrutar en nuestra piscina para adultos, jacuzzi y un gimnasio de última generación o relajarse en el bar y parrilla junto a la piscina.

Nuestro alquiler de condominios Splash tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. El alquiler de vacaciones frente al mar viene equipado con una cocina de tamaño completo, lavadora y secadora, televisores, TV por cable, reproductores de DVD y / o VCR, ropa de cama y toallas, café, detergente en polvo, detergente para la ropa y artículos de tocador. El condominio también cuenta con acceso a Internet de alta velocidad (cable de ethernet) en la unidad (ambos dormitorios y la cocina) y acceso inalámbrico en las áreas de descanso.

The A/C is controlled by the owner. So Hot

Thermostat is programmed to turn off when you leave the room. Room was always so hot when I got back to it. It took forever too cool down. If you run quick to the thermostat when door is opened you can see the settings the owner has it set at. 78. It will then detect you in the room (door sensors) and read whatever temp you put on it. I didn't have to use a blanket to sleep the entire week. You have no control over the Ac. I stayed hot for a week. Would not stay there again.

Great condo for the price!

We enjoyed the condo for the price! Barbara was very helpful and the description was spot on! My kids loved the splash area (14, 11, 8, 5). Elevators were slow, but to be expected when it’s super busy. Check in process has limited hours of operation, but security said it would be fine until they opened. Bar and grill on site. Very clean beach area, beautiful water, watched sea life from balcony, and the pool area was very clean. Family friendly!

Great location

We absolutely love staying on the west end. The kids love splash as a whole. This unit was very clean and tidy. There is an awesome view from the 18th floor, you can see all the sea life from the balcony. Everything here was as described in the listing. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this unit again!

Pleasant Experience

The host emailed me a few days prior with instructions that were very detailed and helpful. My kids who range from ages 3-13 loved the pool area. I would definitely book again!

Nice stay comfortable

Had a pretty good time my only complaints would be when we first arrived the Elevators broke so we sat with our stuff for an hour before we decided to take 6 suit cases food and more up 18 flights of steps , the pool was closed due to the storm so the first day we paid for was a waste , and check out was a mess we waited 45 min to take our stuff down the elevator ended up giving up around 10:30 and just went back in the room then tried again 30 min later . So make sure you try to leave early when you check out . I think it's a little over priced for 5 nights and the master bedroom has a tv from 1950's 😬but the room was nice and we had everything we needed which was nice because we had 7 people .

Great vacation

We loved our vacation to PCB! This condo was great for my husband, 2 boys (5 and 2) and myself. The owner rented us a set of chairs to be able to relax on the beach, we also brought our own things. The water park area and pools were great for the kids to have fun and shaded after all day in the sun each day. We will definitely stay here again!

Happy with the condo. We felt at home. Great area and amenities. The only negative is the elevators. Too few elevators for the number of condos.

Clean stay at the beach-

Overall this was an excellent place for a small family—I would recommend it for a family of four with two small kids. Here are some of my take-aways. Good: Very clean, master bed was extremely comfortable, linens felt clean, beautiful large bathtub, nice ocean view from the balcony, couches and chair in living area felt clean (no stains), working washer and dryer, plenty of utensils and dishes for a meal, and a nice living room TV with streaming potential. Not so good: No closet space (only one)— so family bags are just sitting out, bunk beds were not super comfortable for teens— more for small children, fire detectors were ALL disassembled (scary), balcony door is beyond just heavy— it’s a nuisance, parking and paper bands were $25 for the week (splash should invest in plastic bracelets), faucets didn’t give a great deal of hot water (not enough to fill the tub), elevators were always packed and slow so grab one going either direction just to get on one, pools and hot tub were packed (small children in the hot tub was the worst), long walk to the car which wasn’t awful but no fun to use the carts bringing stuff in and reloading with the crowded elevators, the beach is cram-packed with chairs to rent and people sitting in front of you… Overall, it’s just SO crowded. As a single mom with three older children, I felt crowded in the condo, crowded on the beach, crowded in the elevator, and crowded at the pool… wowzers. We actually left a night early not because the place was awful— we just were tired of the oceans of people.

Confirm vacation

I don't want to give a rating because we were not able to stay at the property. The lady double booked us with someone else. She did PayPal the money back to us a day before we were supposed to be there, but just beware.

Really enjoyed Splash! Walk out and on the beach which is nice with small kids. 2 beach chairs reserved and one less thing to carry or worry about. Owner was great and checked on us , which is a first in all our vacations.

Easy process from start to finish. The owner, Barbara was so nice and welcoming!! The condo was clean and great access to the beach. Amazing view and private. Would love to stay again!!

VRBO doubled booked

Didn't find out until after a four hour drive that the property was double booked. The property owner has been nothing but nice throughout the whole mess but VRBO is taking no responsibility for their mess up. Today is my "check out" day and I still haven't received my refund for a trip I was unable to take. Unless VRBO makes this right by me they will never have my business again.

First time at Splash

Our first time at Splash was great. It didn’t seem real crowded never had a issue with parking. Very close to beach. Love the lazy river and that it’s kid friendly. Definitely will stay again. Barbara was super nice and we super fast in responding. Will definitely try to book with her again.

Amazing time

This is the best beach trip we have had to date. The condo was clean and spacious. There were plenty of extra towels and linens. The kids had a blast at the splash pad and the pools. The beach was just a few steps away. The owner was amazing with tips on where to eat and made sure we had everything we needed to get settled in. We will be back to stay again.

CARE FREE VACATION!!

Condo owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was stocked with everything you will need and extras! Movies for the kids, CD player, games,cleaning supplies and a well stocked kitchen! Beds were comfy and everything was great! We had kids ages 2-13 with us and everyone was pleased with the activities that the complex offered. Great views of the sunset from the west tower! Hope to be back again very soon!!!!
