Cabina recién remodelada en el bosque

Hermosa cabaña de retiro en Duck Creek Village. Esta joya tiene todas las comodidades del hogar con la tranquilidad de suspirar pinos, avistamientos de ciervos y la hospitalidad de un pequeño pueblo. Remodelada en el último año, la cabina cuenta con los más nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina, pisos, muebles, camas y televisores inteligentes (no hay servicio de cable, pero Netflix está disponible en todos los televisores). La cocina está llena de ollas, sartenes, utensilios para hornear, vajillas, utensilios, muchos electrodomésticos pequeños, especias, aceites, harina, azúcar, café, refrigerador lleno de condimentos, casi todo lo que necesita para preparar excelentes comidas durante su estadía. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. Lavadora, secadora y detergente provistos. Esta es realmente una "base" perfecta para todas las excursiones de un día en toda el área. A solo 45 minutos de los grandes parques nacionales. Disfrute de mañanas y tardes tranquilas en la cubierta delantera abierta o cubierta trasera cubierta. This cabin was cozy and awesome. It was cutely decorated for the holidays, which we appreciated. It had the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen with everything you could possibly need. It also had a lot of nice touches for kids like indoor snowballs, sleds, games, bubbles, and fun. We are hoping to stay here again next time we are in Duck Creek.

It feels like home away from home. You want for nothing when you are there because they have everything. It is warm, cozy, and an amazing place to stay. The peaceful quietness in the trees, the fireplace, everything about it is awesome!

Was a beautiful cabin. Would suggest a couple of cheap throws for the living room. Beautiful veiw! Be sure to mention that the last mile or so is gravel uphill.

We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was! There were games for young kids and little stuffed animals that made for a comforting touch in an unfamiliar place. The cabin was very spacious and cozy.

We enjoyed this cozy, comfortable, rustic cabin in the woods. It was well-stocked with most everything we needed. Some suggestions: Make it easier to maneuver the lock, which was a little touchy when trying to open. Replace upstairs blow dryer, which wasn’t working. Adjust upstairs toilet, which tended to run unless we jiggled the handle after the tank filled.

Best view of the stars I’ve seen in a while

We had a blast. It was nice to get out of the heat. We live in 120 weather. It’s a super charming little town and this is the charming is place to say I want to come back in the snow.

Absolutely stunning of a cabin and we really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location if you plan to going to Bryce Canyon and or Zion. Very spacious, quiet and relaxing! Didn’t expect it to be out in the middle of nowhere but it was great! First time to ever be in Utah and thrilled we picked this cabin. Loved the porch and loved it was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were nice and comfy, easy to check in and out! Thank you so much!

Cabin has great picture windows in the living area and a large, well furnished deck in the front. Kitchen was very well supplied with plenty of counter space. Large dining table plus counter seating. Lower level bathroom was very convenient. Comfortable bedding in both bedrooms.

The weather was nice with some afternoon rain. We utilized the fire pit outside in the evening and the fireplace inside at night to watch a movie.

Booked this cabin for its great location midway between Bryce and Zion. Scenic location, and the downstairs living space was lovely -- kitchen, living, dining areas, and deck all comfortable and beautiful. Things to know before you book that aren't evident from the listing: the two bedrooms are upstairs, but one of the two bathrooms is downstairs, and neither bathroom is en suite. We were two couples traveling together, and one of us was using the downstairs bathroom -- not so convenient! All the streets in the area are rutted dirt roads with lots of hills and curves. Even in good weather, four-wheel drive is probably a good idea. Duck Creek Village is at an altitude of over 8500 feet. If you're sensitive to high altitude, this isn't the place for you! One of the bedrooms is quite small and has a slanted wall on one side with protruding beams on which one could easily bump one's head. When we arrived, one of the two beds was unmade, with a pile of rumpled sheets at the foot of the bed and pillows piled on the floor. The owner apologized on the phone and told us her husband had done the house prep himself instead of hiring a cleaning service. We also found the kitchen counters sticky. Hopefully this was a one-time anomaly and the owner will go back to having the house professionally prepared for guests!

Beautiful Cabin with EVERYTHING you need!

Barb and Randy are wonderful hosts. Like others have said, make sure you have 4WD and use the alternative directions in inclement weather. The pellet stove requires a bit of patience to start… use the full direction in the mud room if you need more guidance. Kitchen is well stocked! We used the grill twice in spite of the weather! Wish we could have enjoyed the front deck more but the weather was not on our side. But the view from the couch was amazing as well haha. Took a walk around the block and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We really felt so at home and loved everything about our stay. Definitely hope to return! The hot chocolate bar was a very cute surprise! My teenager loved it!

Cozy getaway !

Loved this beautiful cabin . It was very clean , open inviting , cozy and just right for a family of 6 . Lots of space. Beautiful inside and out . Patio was a plus and the view was amazing. Kitchen was nicely stocked , with useful items throughout our stay .Will definitely be returning for future stays .

Wonderful Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities plus more. It was cozy and warm, everything you want in an autumn stay.

We have another cabin just 2 blocks away from this one. Duck Creek Village is a great area to spend quality time with friends and family. We purchased this cabin in December 2017. It took one look and we were sold. It's a beautiful property that we thoroughly enjoy ourselves. We'd live here if we could!

We try to provide all of the comforts as this is our second home. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice quality dinnerware, silverware, cookware, coffee, creamers, spices, condiments, oils, foils, tupperware etc. We're happy to share and we're delighted if you leave items behind for others. The bathrooms also have a few things in case they were left at home (shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, toothbrushes, paste, etc). We just ask that you're respectful and use what you need but leave what you don't for others coming in next.
