A poca distancia del aeropuerto, el complejo ofrece estacionamiento, seguridad las 24 horas, espectaculares jardines y piscinas, área de barbacoa, área para niños y cinco minutos a pie de Eagle Beach. El apartamento está en el quinto piso y mira hacia el oeste hacia la playa. Dos habitaciones con baños privados, decoración ultra moderna y techos de diez pies. Los grandes almacenes Super Foods, los restaurantes y el distrito hotelero están cerca. Un gran destino para unas vacaciones fantásticas.

It was our first time in Aruba and definitely it will not be the last. The condo was just perfect. It had a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. It had all the amenities for cooking and all the items needed to spend hours at the beach. The grounds were well kept. We personally enjoyed a visit from a green parakeet twice a day. We felt like home in the condo and my kids felt safe. That means a lot to us. Joe was easy to contact and always answered my questions. We can't wait for our next time!

Our stay was delightful and restful. Besides a lovely condo, the balcony with its perfect view of Aruban sunsets was a highlight. We also enjoyed the well landscaped and uncrowded pool.

Great Place! Beautiful View!

The condo was really nice and had all of the amenities! The view of the pool and beach was beautiful. The owner was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay

We stayed here for 12 days and loved it! The view from the balcony is beautiful. Beds are super comfortable, as were the chairs. Location is great close to the beach and some restaurants. Pool is great vey clean and well maintained. All the staff at the condo were outstanding. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Great Property and Location.

What a Great Vacation, from the weather to the Le Vent property. The unit was spotless, roomy and had very comfortable beds. Sunset views were amazing every evening over Eagle Beach. Thank You Joe, you have a great place. John & Diane.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay at LaVent Condos! The building is so well managed and the pool is great! Joe and Daniella were so accessible and easy to work with. Views of Eagle Beach and the sunsets from our balcony were gorgeous!!! The proximity to Eagle Beach, other beaches, restaurants and anything else made getting around so easy making this condo the perfect place to stay. Thank you!!

Beautiful condo

Everything was perfect, beautiful condo. Our only regret was the roof top balcony was unfurnished rendering it unuseable. No fault of the condo owner as that isnt part of the condo, but rather the building operators. Otherwise Everything was excellent.

Family Beach Trip to Eagle Beach

Delightful experience at Condo with wife and 2 adult children. Spectacular sunset views from deck. Enjoyed views with morning coffee and evening wine. Condo well stocked and comfortable. Location great with close access to beach and nearby restaurants. Pool and surrounding grounds very nice. Hope to return in future.

First visit to Aruba

The condo was beautiful, even better than the photos! It was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of space and fully equipped with kitchen utensils & everything required for our stay. The location was perfect with the breath taking eagle beach just steps away. Daniela was fantastic, she welcomed us & showed us around. Nothing was too much trouble, she was so accommodating. It was our first holiday in Aruba, we travelled from Ireland. It totally lived up to our expectations. It’s a real paradise island. We would love to return some day!

Excellent Eagle Beach Condo

This condo was fabulous. Clean and spacious, with 2 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Great views of Eagle Beach from the fifth floor. The condo appears to be very new with all new furnishings and appliances. Has a nice common little gym area with new equipment. Pool area was great. Lots of loungers and umbrellas. Good location to walk to Super Food, restaurants and the beach. Security was very helpful in getting us taxis when needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Aruba Vacation Spot

Things could not have been better. Beautiful brand new condo with first class European appliances and furnishings (loved the 3' x 5' B&W photo of Grace Kelly). Amazing view looking directly west over the pool area for daily sunsets. Marvelous pool. Five minute walk to Eagle beach. It was situated mid-way between the city and the "hotel area" but we never had more than a short walk to numerous hotels and restaurants for dinner. Beach bus (to snorkeling) and $2 could get you anywhere else if you didn't want to jump an affordable taxi. We had a great time.

Great Place!

Our stay here was amazing. Everyone was super helpful, the apartment was very clean. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The washer and dryer were important if you are staying more than a few days. We used the drying rack as it was faster and more eco friendly than the dryer. The kitchen had coffee and sugar but that was it. There was laundry detergent but no dishwasher soap and we had to ask for trash bags but they dropped them off super fast! Overall it was a lovely home with a beautiful view and it was exactly what we were hoping for!

Paradise

This property is amazing in all aspects regarding location, facilities, cleanliness, & ocean views. The balcony access was so nice for having breakfast in the morning & enjoying a glass of wine during sunset . Joe was attentive with appliance issues with washer & stove. I needed assistance working European appliances. Eagle beach is beautiful & a quick 5 minute walk. Each morning, I would claim a public beach hut for free & Joe had 4 beach chairs for us to use. The pool was a nice retreat after a long beach day. It was absolute paradise for my family & we miss Aruba so much. We hope to return again.

Great Place, Some Small Issues

The condo was new and updated and located in a great area of Eagle Beach. Some things we felt could have been improved on were: 1) Very few utensils, some were broken 2) The TV/Cable did not work and there were no instructions 3) The oven should have instructions because it was a foreign brand and the symbols were not familiar 4) There were small ants in the living room, we had to spray. 5) The guest bedroom had so much light coming in, that Towels were placed in the window to block out light.

The Levent condo was perfect for our family.

Joe the owner was very easy to work with. Very responsive through the whole process. Once at the condo Daniella met us and got us into our condo and was our contact for the rest of the stay. She was very responsive as well and answered any questions. The condo has a nicely stocked kitchen for basic dinners. The appliances are all fairly new. We did need some help with the cooktop and stove that are European style. Daniella was quick to show us how they work. The unit has four beach chairs and 3 sets of snorkels. The view from balcony was fantastic and sunsets were the best part of the day for us. The beach is just a few minutes walk and was never really crowded. The pool area was well maintained and clean. Kids spent a lot of time there and where quick to make friends. We spent a total of 10 days and loved every minute! We would definitely rent from Joe again next time we go to Aruba!

Nice apartment with some flaws

We were traveling with four adults and a baby. The apartment has two bedrooms. One is great and the other one is almost like a storage room. Very small and the cabinet is also very small. It has a window that faces the hallway and the lights in the hallway are on till seven in the morning. The blinds don’t keep the light off the room and you hear everything that is happening in the hallway. For instance drunk people banging doors and screaming at 2:30 am. The bed in this room is extremely uncomfortable and for two adults really small. There is only one nightstand. I would suggest for one adult the room would be ok, but for two it is way too small. The air conditioning is extremely loud. And you can’t turn the fan down which makes horrible noises. Without air conditioning it is too hot. The kitchen is equipped with necessary tools. We only had four knifes but Daniela provided more for us. Daniela did an outstanding job for us. The bed in the master bedroom was so loud you could not even turn in your sleep and not wake up your partner or in our case even the baby in the crib. But Daniela brought the maintenance guy and he fixed it. From the apartment you have a wonderful view at the ocean and sunset. The location is great. Right at eagle beach and a great pool area. The apartment was spotless clean and well kept. I would suggest with two adults and one or two kids it is ok, when you are not sensitive to noise.
