No elevator, Very Noisy

We stayed on 3rd floor, elevator broken down the entire stay! Had to carry our luggage from very small parking stall garage around alley to street to just access the side gate that did not lock. Then up 3 flights of stairs. My friend has Afib and it affected her in a bad way! When we checked out we had to take the garbage out around the street to alley or they would charge us $50 extra. Even with doors and windows closed, it was still very noisy.

good place to stay for a couple of nights near the lake

at the time we stayed here the carpet is very old and dirty also the window didn't work opening/closing and the blinds were basically non- functional other than that a nice clean property close to the lake

Pleasant stay with a few inconveniences

Overall, the unit was a good place for our family stay. Check-in was easy and went as detailed in the instructions. The unit was clean and things were in good working order. The location is good with just a short drive to downtown Chelan and a short walk to Lakeside Park. There were quite a few people at the park but it was big enough that you can find a good spot in the shade away from others. Issues we had: - A grill is listed in the amenities section under "Kitchen" but the unit does NOT have its own grill. There are two community grills on the first floor behind the indoor pool area, which makes it less convenient to grill something. - The elevator stopped working on our first day there and didn't work again for the rest of the week. This was a significant inconvenience in terms of having to take the stairs with lots of gear every time and having to walk around the building to go in a separate entrance for the parking garage. It also made check-out more of a hassle and tiring. - Our entrance codes for the parking garage stopped working part way through our stay. I called the property manager who then called the building manager, but I had to keep following up with the property manager for status instead of them proactively communicating with me. This was also an inconvenience for getting in and out of the parking garage for a few days.

Great stay!

Perfect vacation spot for a family with little ones. Easy walk out to beach access and close to downtown restaurants and shops. We will look for this condo again on our next Chelan getaway.

We just had a hard time with the door to the elevator and to the garage. I think the one to the elevator worked half the time. Other than that was great.

Perfect condo for our family getaway

We decided pretty last minute to book a getaway for Spring Break. This property had an indoor pool which I knew would be a game changer for my kids (3 and 6). The condo was the perfect size. The kitchen has the basics but bring your own salt and pepper. The king bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. The back door was a little tough to open and the blinds are a little difficult to maneuver but other than that we were totally satisfied. The kids had a blast in the pool and we were close to town where we went to the big park/beach each day and then a winery in the afternoon. We loved it and will be back!

Great Place

Amazing apartment! Kitchen was well equipped, all bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and organized. View was amazing! Pool availability was great even through COVID! Great place.

Nice and clean but needs slight updates

It was very clean, with the exception of a used band-aid (!!!!!) under the master bed! Also it was beautifully decorated, but some things require maintenance or maybe updating, such as the wood blinds. They are old, the vertical panels in the bedroom broke off easily and it was hard to get the horizontal ones over the patio door to stay up. Also, the patio door is a bit difficult to manage and hard to open. Also, when we first got to the room, the window in the master bedroom was open and my husband had a tough time getting it to shut properly, again just small maintenance updates needed. Other than that, great stay, thank you!

Maintenance required

Light bulb in master bath needs to be replaced, wall mounted hair dryer did not work, and bulbs in lamps in master bedroom need higher wattage. Master bedroom was never comfortably cooled as we were not allowed to turn AC below 70 degrees. If we did it might freeze and take hours to cool. If repairman was called we would be charged one hundred and fifty dollars. I do not expect to be charged in order to have a cool master bedroom.

adequate...not great

The condo was spacious and well equipped for the four of us. However there were enough problems that we will probably not stay there again. It's too close to a busy highway so the road noise was obnoxious and continuous. The unit was barely lighted. We like to read and could not do so after dark. One measly lamp in the living room. One bulb in the 3 bulb fixture over the bar and the light over the table was an uplight...it lit the ceiling...and was full of bugs. It was like cooking and reading by candlelight. The frying pan is worn out and the sheets didn't fit the King bed. The blinds are almost impossible to operate and once the bedroom window was opened we couldn't get it closed again. Nice partial view of the lake.

Great place, but a little hard to find

I loved the property. It was clean, neat, and well appointed. The only issue I had was finding it, which is not the fault of the owner or management. There is a larger hotel that surrounds the property on two sides and the entrance is a bit hard to find. I would gladly stay here again if I'm at Lake Chelan, WA again. Great kitchen and living area, nice bathrooms, and a good selection of movies for hanging out at night.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do to the thermostat not going below 70 degrees it was very unpleasant in master bedroom. You shouldn’t have to sleep on top of the blankets. Some of the light fixtures were full of dead bugs which was pretty gross. Other than that I would say the suite was average at best.

The balcony door was difficult and the blinds in the master were hard to open but that was really the only issue we had other than the last night when the upstairs neighbors were jumping around all night!!!
