Situado en Scott Beach por Compass Point a dos minutos a pie de la playa. 2 dormitorios 1 baño, dormir 4, aire acondicionado, cocina eléctrica, microondas, encimeras de granito, nevera, lavadora / secadora, lavaplatos, Dish Network TV 'Wifi. Tiene un generador de respaldo grande (House está completamente encendido 24/7). Estacionamiento fuera de la calle, completamente amueblado. Vecino muy tranquilo, seguro y amigable.

Tendrás acceso a toda la unidad. Puede lavar la ropa, ver su programa de televisión o deportes favoritos en un HDTV de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas. Puede cocinar sus propias comidas, comer afuera o sentarse después de un largo día de playa y cocinar algo a la parrilla.

La propiedad está ubicada en una calle privada alejada de la carretera principal, por lo que no hay ruido de tráfico, cada vecindario seguro y amigable, hay 4 casas en mi calle y yo tengo dos, vivo en el otro lado de la calle, así que estoy siempre disponible si mi invitado me necesita. Está cerca del agua a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa.

Moverse
Puedes tomar un taxi a cualquier lugar que necesites para ir a la isla, pero será muy caro, te recomiendo alquilar un auto para que puedas ir a donde quieras y cuando quieras. Tenemos un negocio familiar de alquiler de autos y ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes hasta un 15% de descuento en autos de alquiler. Los huéspedes también pueden tomar nuestros coches a St John en la barcaza de Red Hook para visitar y explorar las playas y parques en St John.

También tenemos un generador automático de 125KW que es necesario en las Islas Vírgenes. Si alquilas un lugar sin un generador y se corta la corriente, no tendrás agua corriente, wifi, inodoros, ventiladores, T. V, duchas, etc.

Very clean East End accommodations

Very clean East End location near Red Hook and St Thomas Yacht Club. Need to have access to a vehicle.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Thomas! The unit was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated having all the essentials—paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper—so we didn’t have to run out and buy anything. The A/C worked great, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for our stay.We loved that the unit came with beach chairs, a cooler, and beach gear—it made our beach days so easy and convenient. The location was perfect: less than a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and close to plenty of restaurants. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise port but still only about 15 minutes away, which was ideal.It was incredibly convenient to rent a Jeep directly from the host. We were able to explore the entire island at our own pace and even take the car ferry over to St. John for a day—such a great experience!Another highlight was the pool area—we had it almost entirely to ourselves every day. It was so nice to relax on the lounge chairs and unwind after exploring.Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing stay at Scott Beach Villas

Clean, convenient, roomy stay in unit 2. Our host Dexter was very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. We rented our car from Dexter which was most convenient.

Very clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed was on site and shopping, eateries, and beaches very close. Pool was nice and had lots of float options. Car rental with same company the best! Met at airport and dropped off there as well. Super easy!

We are a family of 5 traveling to the USVI for the first time. We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and tidy & had everything we needed to make it our home for 5 days including a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel equipment. We also rented a car from the owner which was much needed to get around the island though it took a little getting used to driving on the left side of the road. We enjoyed making some meals in the kitchen and hanging on the balcony watching a family of birds in a nest nearby. The pool was a nice retreat. Grills looked clean though we did not use them. Washer & dryer located outside was helpful to have. We recommend staying here & getting a car for the convenience.

Loved our stay. Having coffee on the balcony each morning with an ocean view was amazing. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Snorkel gear and beach towels and chairs were really useful. Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

We had a great time at this location with Dexter taking us in like extended family and all other residents in their apartments had like temperments and fun vibes. The apartments had wonderful views and were very close for walkimg to market and cafe. Taxis were affordable and dexter fave us the option to rent very nice vehicles. We will be returning

25th Anniversary Getaway

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the resorts, this is your place. Apartment was very clean and Dexter was available if needed. Would recommend it.

Very clean place

Overall an excellent stay here although the water heater is shared with other tenants. Water only was warm and never hot. Wife wasn’t too happy about not hot shower water. Other than the water heater issue this place is awesome! AC’s work great, generator started instantly and ran one night on a brief power outage , place was spotless and comfy!

Wonderful condo, wonderful owner! The place was spotless upon arrival. I would highly recommend this condo. The only drawback was it wasn’t within walking distance to anything. Otherwise, it was perfect for my children and I.

Stay here in st Thomas

2nd time staying here. There will be a third, 4th, etc. it is close to red hook, easy to get downtown and elsewhere. Quiet location. Food center grocery is a minute away (although they are EXPENSIVE, go to Pueblo instead).

Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view of the ocean bay from the balcony. Dexter the owner is so very accommodating and friendly. We even rented a car through him and it was probably the easiest experience renting a car I have ever had. We will 100% be returning, and will use this host indefinitely.

Great property

The unit we stayed in was a two bedroom and worked out great. There was 5 of us, so my daughter used the pull out. That was what you expect from a pull out couch, but there was an air mattress available. The hosr was very responsive. Loved that there was a cooler and beach chairs for us to use. Property was clean. Having a washer and dryer was a great help. Yhe ac worked great! Hope to visit again!

Beautiful villa, quiet neighborhood, outstanding host

This villa is up to date, and very comfortable and clean. Host Dexter has thought of everything... There are beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks to borrow, and his great advice on what beaches to visit. The villa has a nice view, and we enjoyed sitting on our 2nd floor lanai with drinks and enjoying the breeze. The bed was comfortable, a/c and WiFi worked great, and the location is convenient for the Red Hook ferry and beautiful Smith beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook family meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Great 1st visit to the VI!

We had a great stay! Our only problem was trying to find the place. We clicked on the google maps link that was provided but it didn’t take us to the condo. The link had us driving all over the place. Dexter was easy to get a hold of and he told us that we needed to actually open google maps and type in “Scott Beach Villas”. Piece of cake after that. Highly recommend renting a car and renting one through Dexter. Very easy to do and so convenient!
