Jana was an outstanding host. The cottage was very well appointed. It was clean and Jana thought of just about everything we could possibly want including a platter of cookies.We don’t come to this area often but the cottage was so nice, we might come just to stay here and enjoy the peaceful quiet and comfort of the cottage.

We stayed in the cottage while our extended family stayed in a beach condo. The cottage was better than the pictures and worked great for my wife and I. The cottage was well stocked and helped us enjoy our stay. Check in was easy and the host was very communicative. We could not have asked for more. We also say plenty of wildlife from birds to turkey, deer, and armadillos

This is our 2nd time staying here. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. The wildlife was amazing, we saw deer and turkeys. It was a quick drive to the beach. The hosts left cookies out for us - so yummy! We would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Perfect cottage

We needed a place to stay while traveling from Edisto SC to Orlando. This cottage was the perfect spot! We felt just like we were at home. The cottage was extremely clean and comfy! We will be back.

Tucked away gem

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the cottage being along the edge of the forest to watch the wildlife. Convenient for our family visit. Close to the beach. Cottage had all the comforts of home, especially grateful for the chocolate chip cookies waiting for us on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little cottage in St. Augustine, Florida. It was the perfect retreat – tucked away from the hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful and private experience. Cozy Cottage

This property is very well manicured, the inside is very clean and nicely decorated, it has a home-like atmosphere. Everything you need is right at your finger tip. The cookies were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be going back. I give this property 10 stars!!!

Pine Breeze Cottage

This is a very nice place to stay. I didn’t want the busy condo or hotel experience you get from a work trip so this was perfect. Very private along with the location. It’s 10 min from the beach and you can pretty much do whatever around the area without traveling a great distance. It’s very clean and although I only met the owner once she was very nice and welcoming. I would recommend this to any couple for a getaway. And thank you for the wine and cookies.

Nice Quiet Getaway

It's a beautiful place! Clean and cozily decorated-just lovely. Fresh-baked cookies were waiting with a bottle of wine. Jana and Garth were so gracious and warm, terrific hosts. The property is serene and is perfect for wildlife watching and being outside. We hope to return next year.

A Wonderful Stay

The property was well-kept, cozy, and in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to the beach and downtown St. Augustine to feel like we weren’t totally secluded. The hostess was extremely kind and helpful, which helped make our trip to St. Augustine enjoyable and memorable.

Little cabin in the woods

The beautiful cabin was very quiet and well outfitted. We would love to stay again. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The main bed was very comfortable and the kids didn’t complain about the pull out bed. Highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet and out of the way. It is a little drive to the beach, restaurants, and Tesla charger, but not terrible at all.

Get away from snow

Needed a place to stay for couple of nights on our way south from the snow. This place was so nice. Very clean and decorated so cute. The area was very peaceful but close to beaches and St. Augustine. And the cookies Jana left were delicious. Would definitely recommend especially for a couples getaway! Thanks again for letting us stay!
