Spacious, clean, extremely well equipped and centrally located. All gems of the Algarve are reachable by car within less than 1 hour of easy drive. Our local point of contact Dina was reachable and very accommodating! A perfect two weeks stay and highly recommend it for adults travelling together but want space, or family.
Perfect outdoor setting.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Both the host, Felisberto, and the housekeeper, Dina, were absolutely brilliant—friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also in a great location, with Ubers making it easy to get around. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Fatastic villa, great outdoor and indoor space, we were 2 families 8 people in total, kids are older teenagers. Space worked for us all really well, 2 large bedrooms with en-suite upstairs, a further large room with en-suite downstairs and a twin room. Big living space, kitchen was well equipped. Property was lovely and clean when we got there and Dina was kind enough to let us in early. Location is easy to get around by uber or cat, but not really walking distance to anywhere the closest shop is a technically a walk away but when we tried this it was far to hot and road is quite narrow, stick to Ubers they come quickly. Easily accessible to Marina, New Town and Old Town. Great communication from owner and Dina through

Couldn't fault this property.

Nice quiet location and only a 10 minute drive to town centre. The villa was well furnished and very comfortable, 1st class and i will be back 👍

Great stay

The house has everything you need and can ask for. I had a group of 7 people and it was perfect for us. Close to Albufeira and the beach, and the house itself is of the highest quality you will be able to find.

Wonderful Stay

After initially having trouble finding the place (Google maps more to blame than anything else) we then had 7 wonderful days and nights here. The villa is huge, more than enough space for 5 people to lose themselves in, and is situated in a very quiet peaceful location. A brilliant place to use as a base camp for a family adventure - you can even fit 2 families if you like. Altogether absolutely brilliant!!

Great stay at a lovely Villa!

Great location. We used taxis to get around. €3/4 to the old/new town/marina €55-60 to get to and from airport. Decent size pool. Aldi/Lidl approx 5 min away. 3 big spacious bedrooms. Lovely big kitchen. Overall a great stay!

Lovely villa in a great location

We liked this villa so much that we returned for a second time. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool is great; it's heated to a nice temperature and the children spent most of the holiday in it! The villa itself is in a nice private residential area, but is just a short drive from lots of lovely beaches and restaurants.

Lovely week in April

Lovely property some great restaurants / shops within a short drive. A car is a must. Any questions were answered promptly. We paid extra for the pool to be heated which I would advise that time of year. Would definitely visit again.

Great villa, lovely pool, terrific onsite representation by Dina. The surroundings are quiet because the villa is situated on the outskirts of Albufeira, but that's also a positive thing. Only small point for improvement are the beds. They're on the small side and could me more comfortable. We had a great stay and I would recommend this villa to everyone.

A perfect Vacation Home

Our stay here could not have been better. There were 8 friends sharing the home and it met our expectations and then some. The housekeeper, Dina, was a real gem. She responded immediately to any questions and came by to make sure we understood how to work everything. She gave us great suggestions and even helped me pay my parking ticket! We would all definitely recommend this property.

Spacious villa in a quiet location

The villa is a fantastic spot for a family vacation. Located in a quiet hillside but within very easy reach of local restaurants, bars and beaches, this is an ideal place to relax and unwind. The housekeeper, Dina, made us extremely welcome and was responsive to all our needs. The only problem we encountered was a faulty pump in the pool which was quickly rectified. Thank you!

Lovely family villa

Really nice villa with easy access ( 6-8 euro taxi) to Albufiera. The host was excellent and the arrival / check in was super simple. The villa was really well equipped , large pool, plenty of sun beds and two sheltered eating areas . 4 large bedrooms 3 en-suite. Overall really good .. only issue was that hot water was a little limited and evening showers were cold as hot water had run out.

Lovely home

It is a clean, bright home, Very secure. The property couldn’t have been nicer. We did have a bit of trouble finding where to dump our garbage. There was no trash bin within the walls of the villa and there were no instructions as to what we were to do with the used bed linen and towels. The pool was lovely. We recommend it as a loavely place to stay.

Portugal Fun

We all had a wonderful stay in Portugal... There was much more to see and do than was possible to accomplish in a single week. We very much enjoyed the beach and the restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The heated pool was a true blessing, particularly for the children, who swam and played in the water every day. Zoomarine was an exceptional experience for all ages; we'd definitely return. Dina, the resort manager, was wonderful - she made certain that all was to our liking in the villa throughout our stay; the rolls, jams, meats, cheeses, and fruit that we found at the villa upon arrival were a special treat and very welcome. Felisberto was a first-rate communicator in the months prior to our stay, during, and even after our departure. There was not a question or concern to which he did not respond. We were totally impressed throughout the entire experience and would love to return.We're extremely grateful for the fun and great time we experienced in Portugal, and for the kindness and care received throughout the entire week.

The property itself is quite decent. The outside area is very nice. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed All of the bathroom ceilings had visible mold. Food scraps including chicken bones were found underneath the sofa cushions. A few small roaches were spotted. If pest control handles the problem immediately, there won’t be a bigger problem later. The property is in a very nice neighborhood and overall has excellent potential with a a little TLC.

Excellent property

The villa met all our needs. It was very spacious and well equipped in every respect, plenty of kitchen cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery glasses. Rooms were excellent with plenty of storage space and hangers in all wardrobes. The outside area was delightful, the pool was an excellent size for us and there were plenty of shaded areas to shelter from the sun when needed. The provision of towels to use around the pool was such a welcome addition for us. Dina was extremely helpful, answering all our enquiries quickly and efficiently. She offered to come mid week to change the towels, which we didn’t require, but was very much appreciated. We agree with other reviews that a car is a necessity as there are no shooed of restaurants within walking distance. However we also used cabs from time to time and found them cheap and speedy. Thank you, we had a lovely stay

Really lovely villa in a really good location.

Really good size villa with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Lots of supermarkets close by for easy self catering. Really good pool and a mostly quiet neighbourhood (right at the end a few loader groups had moved in around us). Easy communication with the villa manager and host. We had a real mix of ages including grandparents and a toddler and felt the local area had loads to offer all of us. It's a short drive to the old town, a marina, a really good shopping centre, a park with playground equipment and waterpark/sea zoo. Would recommend renting a car, but there are loads of ubers available too (a trip into town is less than 5 euros). If I am being super critical there were quite a few bulbs that needed changing and some basic repairs that needed doing (windows that didn't open, and dented plasterboard). But maybe they hadn't got round to sorting them after a busy main season. Would happily stay again.

PERFECT IN A LOVELY LOCATION

Having had time to reflect, I can honestly not find any fault and all the good reviews are well deserved. loved our time at the villa. The villa was spotlessly clean and amenities were perfect, there was nothing left wanting from the kitchen utensils or machine. On arrival we were greeted by Dina, who was really nice and gave us a full tour and was available on the one time we had a question (which was nothing to do with any issues of the villa.) There was also a nice welcome pack of wine, bread, water, fruit and biscuits which was most welcoming after a long day of travelling. The pool area was great and plenty of sunbeds and the pool a lovely temperature at all times, bedrooms were comfy with plenty of storage and airconditioned throughout. The Villa is in a very nice quiet location which is a great compromise to the busy Old Town. There are a good number of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive and closer and a car is necessary although Uber were very cheap €4-6 to Old Town and Marina and available within minutes of booking. I am so happy that we chose this villa and would without return there again (hopefully one day)

The villa was not luxurious, but comfortable enough. Website photos look better. No seaview. Nice pool area. The living room, three out of the four bedrooms were air-conditioned. Wish the twin room and the kitchen had air-conditioning as well. Dina, the caretaker/hostess was very pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. Dina was the saving grace. A vehicle (or Uber) was definitely needed as there were no stores, or restaurants within walking distance. The bathroom on the main floor was piled with cleaning supplies. Some air conditioner remote controls had run out of power. There was a moderate ant infestation in the kitchen. The shower in the master suite did not drain. When Dina tried to plunger it, sewage started to backup (yuck!). One of plastic pool chairs collapsed when someone sat on it. Luckily he was not injured. The biggest problem was that there was no hot water after 7 pm for the first three days. On the fourth day, there was no hot water at all, not even in the morning. Dina came over right away and started making calls to find an electrician to fix the hot water solar/electric tank. A part, not available, was required to fix the tank. An immediate and interim fix was made, by switching the hot water system from solar to electric. Water then started dripping non-stop from the roof onto the ground in two places. Dina responded and dealt with all these issues promptly. However, it would have been nice if there had been no issues at all.
