2 habitaciones y 2 baños completos. Este condominio está justo enfrente del acceso a la playa, ubicado en la hermosa zona de Indian Shores en el canal intercostero. ¡Bienvenido a las hermosas playas de arena del Golfo de México! Esta unidad se ha actualizado con una hermosa cocina con gabinetes de madera y encimeras de granito. Excelente plano de planta se presta para el entretenimiento con la enorme barra de desayuno / isla y dos controles deslizantes que se abren al gran balcón para disfrutar de las puestas de sol y el aire de la playa!
Los jardines tienen una piscina privada, una pequeña parrilla de carbón al lado de la piscina, mesas y sillas y un baño. Ven y disfruta de este pedacito de paraíso.

Very clean. I really appreciated the amount of towels! Most places I’ve stayed do not have enough or poor quality. Directions to beach access would have been helpful but I found somebody else staying there to direct me. Turn right and go to the crosswalk and access is right there! Some shade in the pool area would have been great no overall. 10/10

The perfect family stay!

The location was right across the street from the beach, the kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the dining options nearby. The house had everything we needed and it was so convenient having the laundry to wash our wet swimsuits and towels. We had a mishap with the door and the PM responded right away and had a locksmith out quickly to assist. It was a great vacation and we would definitely stay there again!

Needs updated

The mattresses were very noisy and uncomfortable. The location was good with close beach access. The building is old and needs some maintenance, plug ins don’t work or wont hold the cord in place. The people above us were very noisy all times of the night. The door was very hard to close to get it to latch. We liked the location and the communication with the owner. It was an ok stay just needs a few updates.

A lot to do here. They had a nice pool and the beach was very close.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay the whole 6 nights. Someone in our family got ill. But we could go back, we missed Treasure Island which was right down the road.

Intercoastal Beach Suite

Overall, this property was satisfactory for our purposes, which was a weekend stay to attend a college graduation. I rated this property as a 3 out of 5 overall due primarily to the amount of deferred maintenance needed. This is an older property, and needs a fair bit of TLC. For example, the electrical outlets are all old and worn, and in many cases a plug will not stay in the outlet. I had to try three different kitchen outlets to get the toaster to work. Also, the electrics are not in compliance with code - no GFCI outlets in the kitchen or bathrooms. The water pressure in the master bathroom was just a trickle and the bathroom sink drained very slowly (I cleaned out the sink trap and years of accumulation of hair, etc to allow the sink drain properly). The bedrooms had no dressers for storage of clothes, and there were only a few hangers in the closets. The front door of the unit has a very good electronic lock, but the door does not close properly on its own, you have to push it hard to close it. The kitchen has been updated, and was well-equipped, and the in-unit clothes washer and dryer worked very well. Overall, this could be a very nice property with better attention to maintenance issues.

Nice little getaway!

This is a nice little property! Our unit, while a little dated, was clean and served its function perfectly! We couldn't ask for a better location directly across the street from beach access. While it would have been nice to have intercoastal access, we put our paddleboard in the gulf with no issues. Having all the beach accessories available (not having to bring everything) was a nice touch as well. Parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle like we do but its doable if you only bring one vehicle to the unit.

Functional and great location

Functional and located 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Needs a few upgrades like electrical plugs many dont work or used with alarm sensors that you cannot remove. Twin beds comfortable but very squeaky.

Great place to stay

We loved the location and the apartment. Everything was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The beautiful beach was just a few steps away. We recommend this place and will return for our next vacation. Thank you very much for a great time we had!

Short walk to the very quiet beach

Rental was conveniently located and we always love this area of Florida. Note: The rental is up a flight of stairs so be aware if you have someone with mobility issues. We had an issue with being locked out on the key pad to enter the rental midway through our stay for some reason. Bruce was very responsive and had the issue fixed very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

Conveniently Located to Beach

Located right next to the intercoastal and 3 buildings away from beach access to the gulf. Covered parking and spacious. Had a pool (although water temps were pretty warm because of the weather. Conveniently located midway between St. Pete and Clearwater. Very family oriented area away from the hustle and bustle of party life. Beach was much cleaner and easier to access than that of Clearwater. Property supplied wagon, beach chairs and some sand toys for kids. Management Quick to answer via VRBO app. If you have issues with stairs, this is not going to work for you as you have to go up two flights of stairs for entry to the 1st floor condo. Day 1 was quiet, However Day 3 had a family staying in the condo above and you could here every pounding footstep they made all day and night when they were inside. Recommendations: *Keyless entry directions need to be clearer on use. A little tricky at first to get the numbers to appear. *Counter tops full of sand on arrival. *Only (3) supplied beach towels for (4) guests *Only (4) supplied Bath towels. Required us to share a wet towel as we had (2) females. *Bedroom lights should be on a switch no just lamps *Supply a guest book indicating Restaurants, shopping, Perhaps happy hour ideas, or coupons for everything in the area. *Supply a reusable cooler as well for the pool or beach.

it was good over all. need new mattress in twin room so old they make noise any movement sleeping on them. we understand about mangrove trees because of storms. your website said you can see coastal waterway and boats that is so not true very disappointed in this. lots of noise in stairway even though you have signs up.

Great location, highly recommended!

This is a great location in Indian Shores! It is a short walk to the beach, within walking distance of a few restaurants or just a short drive to many options. A nice size for up to your family of 5, with a nice open floor plan in the kitchen/living room. Spent many mornings walking on the beach, and then relaxing on the deck. Don’t overlook this one!
