Cloud 9 Tree Haus es una casa en el árbol única de 1 habitación. Las citas en esta casa del árbol son demasiado únicas para describirlas en palabras, por lo que dejamos que las fotos cuenten la historia. Duerme 2 en el desván en una cama queen, para los 2 invitados adicionales que traes tenemos un doble desplegable completo y un doble desplegable en el espacio de estilo de vida / comedor / cocina tipo galería. La cocina tiene ollas y sartenes para cocinar en un quemador doble, platos, tazas, cubiertos. Otros electrodomésticos incluyen mini refrigerador, microondas, tostadora y cafetera normal. Tome su café de la mañana, desayuno, almuerzo, cena o vea la puesta de sol desde el patio cubierto. El baño tiene una ducha, lavabo e inodoro. Hay muebles de exterior, parrilla de carbón de leña y pozo de fuego debajo de la casa del árbol.

Cloud 9 Tree Haus es una de las cuatro casas en los árboles alrededor de la piscina compartida. Además de las casas en los árboles tenemos el Lodge y dos suites.

Tendrá acceso a la gran piscina compartida de agua salada, cabaña, mini parque infantil y bañera de hidromasaje. Hay muchos asientos afuera y cada una de nuestras propiedades tiene sus propias parrillas para barbacoa. Cuando entras en la piscina, comienza poco profunda y se vuelve más profunda para que todas las edades puedan disfrutar. La piscina tiene 17 taburetes de bar, lo siento, no hay barman! Trae tus propias bebidas y refréscate. El río Guadalupe en el lago Dunlap está a un corto paseo cuesta abajo, donde solo se puede pescar o practicar kayak. El lago Dunlap tiene agua corriendo en el centro, pero tuvo una falla en la compuerta del derrame (mayo de 2019) que causó que el nivel del lago bajara, puede tomar algunos años para solucionarlo. Los tubos están aguas arriba de esta propiedad aproximadamente a 3 a 4 millas y los ríos no se ven afectados por la falla de la compuerta.


¡Hay de 2 a 4 millas a la mayoría de las atracciones que incluyen el parque acuático Schlitterbahn, Gruene & Gruene Hall, Floating the Rivers, tiendas, restaurantes, bodegas y mucho más!

Has a wonderful time at this unique getaway. Host was great and very proactive. It is rustic, but overall very comfortable with a kitchenette and small balcony porch. Pro is that it is close to the river, downtown and historic Gruene district. Con is that it is also close to what appears to be an industrial machinery/boat dumping site. Pro is that it is unique and cozy with great indoor climate control. Con is that the upstairs bed sleeps more like a futon than a "real" mattress. That said, we would definitely stay here again - hopefully when it is warm enough to get in the pool that looks lovely!

The maintenance shop located to the North of these units is being moved this year. We park some of our equipment and building materials there. It is not a junk yard for boats or equipment. The place was dirty... The AC filter was disgusting, the clean filter light was on. Cob webs everywhere and the small blue couch was dirty. I would not stay there again especially for the price.

Cute treehouse

House itself was Very fun and cute. Pool was great. Other treehouses around were fun to see. Was too small for the 4 people. A/c didn’t cool enough upstairs. While the houses were fun, it’s basically surrounded by a junkyard. Didn’t feel comfortable walking around

We thank our guest again for spending New Years eve with us in our Cloud 9 Tree Haus. This 1/1 unit has a queen in the upstairs loft bedroom plus 2 futon doubles in the living room / kitchen area. There is 2 ac/ heat window units in this tree house. All units here have shared access to our large pool with swim up bar and hot-tub and the Guadalupe River. This 50 acre compound has our Grand Lodge sleeps up to 25, plus 4 tree houses & 2 Bungalows that may be rented individually or in any combination. Our units are not located in a junk yard, we are in the process of adding a new units e and do have some building materials & equipment stored in a fenced area located behind the units which are not visible from the deck or patio of this unit which faces towards the pool and play ground. We are on call 24/7 for any issues regarding our properties, but can not address things if we are not notified during a guests stay.

Overall, nice stay.

Cute, unique cabin. The futon in the living room was pretty dirty. (Dirt and dog hair maybe…) and the bed was far from the most comfortable but overall the stay was nice. It was close to everything and the pool area was so nice.

Cute tree house

It was clean & cute little tree house with a nice pool. Loved that the tree house was dog friendly. It was close to many restaurants & shopping. However the property the tree house in had alot of things that made it look like a junk yard. But the tree house itself was great.

Cool vibe, but has pests

I really wanted to leave this place a five star review because the experience and location is really unique: nice, big pool, interesting and fun tree house, cute little playground for the kids, and it’s close to the river and downtown for exploring . However, the tree house has an active termite infestation. Upon telling the owner, he told us that “this isn’t a traditional structure” and that termites aren’t “technically a hazard”. He offered to move us to another unit IF it was available, but we were only staying the weekend, so we declined. He denied us any refund or cost compensation and just told us he’d “check into the situation” and “let the pest treatment guy know”. Additionally, one week after returning from this property, my dog (who never goes outside or travels as she is 12 years old and arthritic) was infested with fleas. Since we never travel with her and only brought her due to necessity, the fleas could not have come from anywhere else. I have nothing against this property or its owner, hence I’m still giving 3 stars because of the unique, interesting, and fun grounds. But they really need to ramp up their pest treatment services because they’re either nonexistent or extremely ineffective. Everything else about the stay was pretty good - I’m just not interested in a property with termites and fleas.

It was fantastic!

Great property by the river. Treehouse was clean and cozy. Playground kept our kids entertained for hours. Fire pits. Place was fantastic for our family of 5 (plus dog). Would highly recommend!
