Encantadora casa de 3 habitaciones! Reserve ahora las tarifas de otoño e invierno.

Nuestra acogedora casa fue construida en 1899 por los pioneros de Old Colorado City. Con un "rehacer" total en el otoño de 2017, esta encantadora casa es perfecta para su estadía en el "West Side". A solo unos pasos de Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, galerías de artistas locales y fabulosos bares y restaurantes.

3 habitaciones - 2 con camas queen y una con 2 camas individuales. Sofá en la sala se convierte en cama de matrimonio. Cocina totalmente equipada y lavadero con lavadora y secadora. Vista de Pikes Peak desde el porche delantero.

Great location

Cute perfect sized home very close to almost everything we wanted to do. Owners were very friendly and gave good suggestions for things to do. Would definitely stay again.

Just right

Perfect place for our family of 4 visiting Colorado Springs! Very cute and lovely outside seating area to enjoy the beautiful weather. Located close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Also very close to the cute town of Manitou Springs. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

This is a great property, clean, comfortable and perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs. We enjoyed our stay, when we had a problem with the TV Cameron came right over to fix it. There was information left for the visitors on places to eat, see and enjoy during our stay. Thank you Miriam and Cameron, we will be back!

We loved staying here

Miriam and Cameron were wonderful property owners. They are very nice and pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed our week stay and loved having a location that is so close to everything you want to see. The house was newly remodeled and had everything we needed. The outside porch area was a huge hit for our family. The neighborhood and views are outstanding! We will most definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation rental

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and laundry. The view from the from the side yard was spectactular sitting bt the fire pit. Chickens in the yard next door kept us entertained and deer walked right down the sidewalk twice while we were there. Great location to all the fun touristy stuff, a grocery store just down the road and lots of restarants. Definitely recommend to anyone heading there.

Location, location, location

This house is located within walking distance to the backside of Garden of the Gods. We visited the first weekend in July, a high tourist time, so being able to walk to places to eat, shop, and sightsee was fantastic. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. After white water rafting in Canon City, we loved having access to a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Well kept home offers nice alternative to hotel

Cozy 3-bedroom home provides clean, convenient lodging for family in Colorado Springs. Owners provide more extras than most hotels. Location extremely convenient to grocery. Would definitely stay again if in Colorado Springs in future. Note: home is well equipped including washer/dryer but does not have dishwasher

Phenomenal home

This place was exactly what we needed! It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Miriam and Cameron are wonderful and quick to respond to help accommodate us. The house is very clean and as pictured. I loved having the convenience of walking to old town Colorado and getting to explore the local attractions. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is considering visiting.

Wonderful Home

My family and I had a great stay in this home! It was very clean and true to the description. It was so nice to meet Miriam and Cameron and get their advice on what to do in Colorado Springs. We appreciated the binder of information to help us plan and we are so glad we followed their restaurant recommendations. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathroom, and comfy beds. It was conveniently located near Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs ,where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs!

Our best VRBO rental yet!!

This is lovely home is in the best location for vacationers! Close to everything. Fantastic fenced yard for dogs, easy park and entry by the side door for loading and unloading the car. The interior is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It's spacious for a family of 4 or more, plenty of room for the 2 of us and our2 small dogs. Well stocked, plenty of hot water, great linens, a comfy bed. Even better than expected. Will definitely come back next time in CO Springs. Loved it!!!

Central to Family Fun!

We found this rental to be in the perfect location! We took our family of six to the North Pole, Garden of the Gods, Green Mountain Falls, Manitou Springs, and Cave of the Winds. This location was perfect for hopping on HWY 24 and easily reaching our destination within 20 minutes or less. There is a Safeway within walking distance so we were able to cook at this home to save money. That's great when you're on a budget! The home is very clean and tidy! It was perfect for our four kids. The fenced-in side yard allowed the kids some brief outside time between our activities. The décor is as pictured: super cute and uncluttered. That's another joy to this home. You can enjoy the uncluttered atmosphere! We will definitely stay with Cameron and Miriam again! They were also great about recommending dining that was family friendly, but still had some ambiance.

Perfect Location for Seeing the Sights!

My husband and I adored this property for it's comfort, location and wonderful hosts. So close to Historic Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Downtown Colorado Springs and the Broadmoor Hotel. All of the hosts' restaurant suggestions were excellent. And we loved hanging out in the living room while chatting and gazing at the gorgeous mountain range outside. Completely would go again and stay in this charming place and HIGHLY recommend.

This house was exactly what we were looking for.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The location made it easy to get to anywhere we were going and was a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City. The house was clean, well stocked and the perfect size for our family of three. The host was attentive and provided great recommendations for the area. Highly recommend!

Cozy little house

This is a nice small house in a very good location. The neighborhood is quite walkable. It is advertised that it can host 8 people, we were 7 at some point and it felt a little crowded, especially that it has only 1 bathroom. The house has a nice patio area with a great view towards Pikes Peak and a nice side patio with a grill and a patio table. The house is located next to a 4 way stop sign, so the room close to the street can get noisy at night time from the cars revving up their engine after leaving the stop.

West Colorado Springs

Easy access to all the sights in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and the highways if you want to venture a little further. The house is very nice, only downside is the side yard is mostly all pea pebble which our dog didn't like otherwise there is a nice firepit with chairs for an evening fire and also an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside. Most importantly the one bed we used was comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

We've lived in Colorado Springs for 25 years and wouldn't live anywhere else! We love the neighborhood. Easy walk to the farmer's market each Saturday during the summer as well as all the great nearby restaurants.

This is the perfect home to sit back and just relax or work in the fully furnished office (now with wireless printer/copier/scanner). Enjoy the grill and fire pit after dinner on the side yard. Great location on the "West Side" with all the best restaurant's within walking distance. Hiking in the Garden of the Gods or Red Rocks Open Space right nearby.
