We truly enjoyed our stay. The house manager was very accommodating and always present. The house was extremely spacious, we were 12 and never felt crammed. The garden and pool area were well maintained and made our stay very enjoyable.

Great getaway!

The place was beautiful with the lake just steps from your backyard, a fire pit, outdoor grill, and swimming pool. Nora provided great hospitality, including fresh coconut waters from the trees as well as the option to have a cook come when we didn’t feel like going out or cooking ourselves. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience at your VRBO! Host Mina was excellent! She opened the gate for us morning and night and helped us with anything that we asked for. She and her husband helped us get our bags to the airport by following us there in the pick up truck. The yard was fabulous! What a beautiful display of flowers and the grass was an oasis of green by the beach. The pool and yard were enjoyed by our group. The house also had lots of amenities. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen space provided plenty of room as well as having 2 tables so that all of our team of 12 could eat together. One of our team members cleans houses for a job and she noted that the bathrooms could be cleaner and the dirt is hidden by the poor lighting in the bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom has very poor lighting so the women up there did our makeup using the hall mirror. The lack of hot water was a problem for our team. We had to boil water in the big pots in the kitchen and Mina brought us 2 buckets and cups so that we could pour the hot water over us. Gabby, one of our Spanish speakers told Mina about a solar powered hot water heater. Also, there is no door on the bathroom in the room with a double bed and adjoining room with two twin beds. We had different people staying in each bedroom so they put a chair in the doorway to try and get some privacy. Overall, your house is laid out beautifully for a large group and we would stay there again if you get hot water. Thank you!

Great place

This house comfortably housed 11 of us. The house was clean and located near downtown Granada. I was able to be just far away from downtown but close enough to everything. Mina and Julio were great. Mina offered cooking services at a reasonable price which was better quality than most restaurant. I highly recommend this place for cleanliness and hospitality of Mina and Julio

Gorgeous home away from home

We recently chose to rent this property out for a few days as a little end of trip relaxation stay. The location was perfect as the drive into town wasn’t long. The listing is accurate and pictures as well. There were a total of 8 of us staying here and there were more than enough room. Mina was as very accommodating, responded quickly, and always had a solution. The property is gorgeous and we felt as though we didn’t have enough time to truly enjoy all it had to offer. I highly highly highly recommend everyone to stay here. It’s perfect for families! Also bring a jacket as it gets windy at night and much cooler :). Can’t wait to be back!

First off Nora and her friend were amazing and so comforting for myself and my family. The house itself is just spectacular and literally walk right out in the water to the lake. It was truly an amazing few days with the best weather and beautiful views and amazing gorgeous sunrises/sunsets
