Pase sus vacaciones en una cabaña absolutamente impecable, prístina, lujosa y romántica rodeada de jardines y directamente en un estanque de agua dulce.

Con una ubicación céntrica, el Breeze está a poca distancia a pie del restaurante Arnold, el mini golf y el Museo y Centro de Visitantes de Salt Pond. Tome una de las bicicletas proporcionadas y súbase a la ruta de tren de Cape Cod (el sendero para bicicletas) que está justo bajando la calle. Coastal Getaway

We had a lovely time at the Breeze for a few days away from NYC. Tara was a great host and provided us with everything we needed so we had more time to relax and enjoy the area. Will definitely be back to explore the area more!

Great place for 2!

The Breeze is a comfortable place for two! It is close to several great hikes. The extra touches included by the host were a welcome addition for our trip. We utilized the included e-bikes for a ride on the nearby bike trail. Overall a nice place to stay.

It was a breeze to stay at the “Breeze”

Loved this cottage and its amenities. Very cute and homey, beautiful location on the pond. We used the e-bikes on close paved paths through a park. Had everything we needed and more. We would have loved to stay more than one night.

Everything You Need

I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, but never one that's so well prepped and planned for its guests. Tara is an amazing host and this property is definitely one to consider.

Ministers pond property

A charming property with plenty of amenities~ dock to the water, canoe, fire pit and bikes. Inside the aesthetics were soothing and calm. A full size kitchen completed our wonderful stay in Eastham. The host was gracious and welcoming.

December getaway

We spend a long weekend at the Breeze for my wife's 40th birthday. The cottage is lovely, clean, and well-stocked with some extra treats for spa lovers. We loved the location of the house and took a long hike through the salt pond to the Coast Guard Beach and Nauset lighthouse. It was also great that many nearby towns are within 30-minute driving distance. The weather was cold and stormy to enjoy the chairs on the pond, but we loved sitting by the window and reading overlooking the water. Yara was a great host and was very communicative and shared many helpful tips counting down to the trip and checking in after we arrived. We would definitely come back to this little gem to enjoy some time away from the kids :)

Wonderful cottage!

Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. We only did breakfasts at the cottage, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part of the cottage for us were the E bikes!! We did so many bike trails with them, and even took them on the ferry over to Nantucket and biked there as well! Tara was so easy to communicate with and Chip was friendly and helpful as well. Though they literally live feet away, we never heard them and hardly saw them, just waved to them now and then as we were coming or going. I recommend this place highly! It was definitely one of our top rentals ever!

Quaint cottage

The Breeze was a quaint place to spend our anniversary. The cottage was clean, well decorated and the perfect place for a romantic getaway. It was stocked with everything we needed and the town has many great places to eat. The pond and deck was a nice setting to relax.

Wonderful Stay at The Breeze

The Breeze was a perfect location for a weekend getaway on the Cape. The cottage itself is small but adequate for two people, and very well stocked with snacks and household supplies. The floating dock on the pond was a great place to relax and read. Coast Guard Beach is easily within biking distance. Situated roughly equidistant between Chatham and Provincetown, we were able to take advantage of both in the same day. Tara is a very well-organized and accommodating host, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great getaway for two adults

If there could be 10 stars I would rate it that. The owner goes above and beyond. It was the cleanest accommodation I HAVE EVER STAYED IN! There were so many wonderful extras included in the property rental...and many intuitive extras in terms of supplies in the house. The location is great. For a 4pm check in before the season is over, Arnold's is a great place to go eat and get your bearings in the area. I can't recommend a stay at the Breeze on Minister's Pond more highly. Fantastic, hands down!!!!

Nothing Short of Amazing

This property was everything that the listing said it was. It looked exactly like the pictures and had absolutely everything that we would need to stay there, including shampoo, body wash, lotions, cleansing wipes, toilet paper really the list goes on. It was absolutely beautiful and cozy. My husband and I really enjoyed our time and would absolutely rent again. To walk into a rental and smell just how clean it is, makes you want to re-book immediately.

Quaint Cottage Stay Minutes from Cape Cod National Seashore

The Breeze is a quaint cottage for two conveniently located minutes away from the national seashore. Tara is a lovely host who aims to make your stay comfortable and stress-free, and is extremely responsive to your requests. The outdoor deck is a key-selling point overlooking Minister's Pond, the only drawback are the mosquitoes!

Perfect gateway

This place was a perfect get away for my wife and I. Quiet, beautiful, everything you would need. Located in perfect spot close to route 6 and very easy to get to everything along the cape. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful!

We spent 3 nights in late November at this lovely cottage on Minister’s Pond. The cottage is nicely decorated and immaculate. The kitchen is well appointed. We absolutely loved the view of the pond through the sliding glass doors in the living room. The deck with a fire pit, large table, grill and seating area is wonderfully set up to take advantage of the view of the lake. This is a great find in Eastham and we look forward to renting again.

Anniversary Getaway

Tara & Chip were amazing hosts, there were so many nice little touches at the house that show they go above and beyond for their guests. There was a helpful book with great recommendations and any time we needed anything they were extremely responsive and helpful. The location of the house is convenient and coast guard beach is a short bike ride/drive away. It's also very easy to access the CC rail trail bike path from nearby. The patio has a great view of the pond, and has lots of space to relax outside. We enjoyed some cozy nights at our fire pit and took advantage of the grill when weather permitted. One thing to note is there is another rental on the property with access to the dock, so you might end up competing with who gets to sit there with their morning coffees! We had a great time and would definitely come back again. It was a great place to spend a week away to celebrate our anniversary.

A place where memories are made

The house was conveniently located off route 6 (Ministers Pond provides a nice buffer from this well traveled path) and is just down the road from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Salt Pond visitors center and many must-visit restaurants including our favorite C-Shore. When we stepped inside we were greeted by a large, clean and airy space. The full-size kitchen, sitting and dining areas made us feel right at home, the bedroom was cozy and comfortable and the lovely decor evoked that classic Cape Cod feeling. The house is surrounded by an expansive deck with sitting area, fire pit and outdoor shower and we made use of all of these amenities! We enjoyed a fire one night, and stargazing on another (we counted seven shooting stars and were able to see the beam of the nearby Nauset light sweeping across the sky). In the mornings we had our coffee out on the dock on the pond below and when our mugs were empty we enjoyed paddling the canoe through the calm waters. Eastham is a great location on the Cape, from which it is easy to get to attractions like the Rock Harbor fishing pier (sunsets here are NOT to be missed), Nauset light and Wellfleet Drive-in. This place guarantees a memorable stay, a relaxing escape and insures that you will want to return!

Perfectly quaint cottage

Our stay at this quaint cottage matched exactly what we were looking for -- great location, not only that it's a mere hop skip & a jump to the pond, but close to all North Eastham (and beyond) has to offer. The cottage is well maintained, nicely decorated, and well stocked with amenities including laundry, outdoor shower, large deck, and grill. Owner Tara has also provided assorted and miscellaneous sundries to cover anything you may have forgotten to pack. A great stay for a couple -- highly recommended.
