We enjoyed the stay! Thank you. You might consider upgrading the wifi. It often times out no matter where you are in the place; especially on the top and cellar areas.

Spacious home- great living room space for everyone to gather. Convenient location for skiing at Attitash and Wildcat. We contacted another VRBO owner prior to renting this property- she just rejected my rental request but the owner was helpful, we spoke on the phone, she helped me plan a great weekend which is exactly what I expect from a VRBO rental.

Perfect Holiday Shopping Spot

Great townhouse/duplex! We had a lot of room, all the spaces were cozy, and all within minutes of good food and shopping. The owners were very responsive from the time of vooking right through our stay. Definitely worth the stay!

Family time at the "Bear House!"

Our young daughter affectionately called this house "the bear house" and that stuck with us during the trip. We loved our stay! The location was perfect for hopping to various activities in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and had adequate privacy. As parents of teens, we greatly appreciated that the twin bedroom is downstairs in the finished basement while the other bedrooms are on the second floor- this meant that our teens could be loud and stay up late without annoying the rest of the family! Win-win! This was a great little getaway and we really enjoyed our stay!

SO CONVENIENT!

The location of this condo is a TEN!!! Spacious and comfortable. Has everything you need for a New Hampshire getaway. We arrived during a snowstorm and were happy to see there were plows ready to make sure we could safely get in and out of our driveway, no worries. (Have patience with the propane heater, it will get you cozy!!)

Great time in the White Mountains

This is a great spot for families. Located on a quite cul-de-sac right across the street from The Island Chef where you can get good sandwiches for lunch. 3 levels so the family can spread out. Minutes from Story Land and Attitash! Good for any season. We would definitely consider staying here again.

It's good

Its good, I felt very good, enjoying the climate, only problem I faced is , it doesn't have air conditioning, it's has been listed, I never knew that homes in us with out centerized air conditioner

Unit Not Suitable for Rental

I'll start by saying the owners of this property seem very nice, and were responsive to the issues that persisted throughout our stay there. With that being said, they were unable to assist, and after mentioning a discounted rate, never actually followed through. On the second day we stayed the house started leaking due to ice in the gutters and a buildup of snow on the roof. The significant leaks were over both sliding doors in the living room, spread throughout the living room, and even soaked the arm of the living room coach. Several buckets were filled with brown dripping water, which we had to remove repeatedly. The owners said they were trying to get their property management company to come, but admitted that they were frustrated that the company was unavailable or non responsive. So, the leaks persisted throughout our stay. The Wifi available started out as spotty, then just stopped working for the final three days of our stay. At first the owners forgot to give us their new password, but when we obtained it the problems didn't end. Per the owners and the cable company, we repeatedly tried the typical reset, unplugging, and restarting the router, but would only get 15 minutes at a time at best. We had to use our own mobile hotspots, which by the end the week resulted in some hefty extra data charges. Also, as mentioned in a previous review of this property, the lower level is damp, even with a constantly running dehumidifier. The two bathrooms are both small, and one doesn't lock. Hot water never lasted for longer than two hot and brief showers, which was an issue with five or six of us in the house all week. The lower level beds are extremely low quality. As I mentioned, the owners seem nice, but might be new to managing a rental property, and seem to have a lot to learn. For half the price, this until might be worth it, but if you want to enjoy your vacation and not stay in someone else's home improvement project, I suggest you look elsewhere for rentals.

Great rental! Clean with plenty of space! Close to everything!

We stayed here and skied at Attitash MTN. Both places far exceeded our expectations. This rental is 5 minutes from the mountain. The owners were great to communicate with. Would definately stay again! Thank you!

Perfect Ski Weekend!

This property was exactly what we had hoped to find for our ski weekend with friends! It was quiet and set away but was about 15 minutes from the outlets and a number of different shops and restaurants. It was nearby to all kinds of activities that we wanted to be able to do. We had eight adults stay on the property without any issue. It is much bigger than the pictures make it appear! The owners were friendly and offered plenty of information and all of their contact information if needed. The decor was our favorite part of the place! All of the bear decorations, the light fixture, curtains, coffee table, and more gave it even more of a wilderness and NH feel. Overall, I would recommend that anyone stay in this property and will hopefully be able to return in the future! :)

The most beautiful house in a perfect location

I have no words to describe the house: everything was perfect starting with the communication with Robert and Nancy and to the last minor detail or decoration. It was very easy to access the property, the indication were very clear. The house is huge, very clean, very well equiped with everything you would need. It was in a very quiet location, you have a lot of privacy. It was very homey and welcoming and I would definitelly come back again. Internet very fast, satellite tv in every room, two huge living room, 3 bedrooms + extra space. Kitchen- perfect There is a supermaket 2-3 minutes away from the house, as well as some restaurants and bars. 20 minutes away from the outlets. But what I really like: the bear decoration. The cutest thing ever for a cottage in the mountains. Thanks a lot for a perfect stay!

Needs some maintenance

The house had a very musty smell. There were also some maintenance/upkeep issues that needed to be addressed. Some of the windows either wouldn't open or wouldn't close. Some of the screens needed repair, as well, and with no AC and being in the woods, this meant we were unable to leave windows open at night. The pullout couch upstairs was torn up, and it was nearly impossible to see out the skylights due to the film that developed between the panes. There were other issues as well that were forwarded to the property owners after our stay.

Clean, large floor space .

Nice location to Attitash mtn and to area attractions, it was clean with plenty of space for my family to spread out and relax ! We found 3 chairs at dinning room table were not usable due to they were coming apart, but we wouldn't let the chairs stop us from renting this unit again, it was a good stay !

Perfect location

The location is perfect for taking advantage of all that the North Conway area has to offer. Close to Story Land, outlets, skiing, tubing, the Saco River - you name it. Easy to get to, clean, comfortable and cozy, great for families. Two families stayed here with plenty of room.

Great place for a family atmosphere

This house was clean, well furnished and had plenty of room for our family. Quiet area but still close to lots of shops and dining choices. Just minutes away from Storyland which is why we were vacationing.

Great property and owners

We enjoyed a long weekend in the White Mountains. The property was close to attractions so we didn't have to drive far at all. The owners were very courteous and responsive through the booking process. I would highly recommend this property.
