Excellent property. We would stay again.

This home was perfect for our needs and conveniently located. The home was clean and filled with all the necessities. The bedrooms were large and accomodating. We had an infant so really appreciated the changing table. It was nice to have 4 full bathrooms. Our phone number was inaccurate, so it took a little to get connected but once we did, Rodney was helpful and easy to work with. Loved our stay.

Excellent stay felt like home

Rodney was awesome. My husband got a chance to meet him at check in. The house was very welcoming and felt like home. It was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again if ever in town. Communication with the host was super easy. Check in/check out was a breeze. Location is excellent close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

Great Property and just what we needed!

The Hillcrest property worked perfect for our short stay in the Provo/Orem area. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our large family. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and worked great. The kitchen set up was good, it had everything we needed but could have been more organized. Rodney was great to work with and responded quickly when we reached out for something. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Tournament House

Rodney was the perfect host and was available at all times. Perfect home for a group of 9 softball players and the need for 4 full bathrooms. The girls were indeed pleased with their stay. Also, location of home near plenty of food and shopping centers. Thank you!

Comfortable and functional

Everything we needed. Nice common areas and plenty of privacy for the bedrooms. Beautiful, new finishes inside. Could use a full-length mirror. We will stay here again!

Fantastic Home away from Home

The property was as described and Rodney was great to deal with. The house provides a lot of privacy for larger groups. The full bathroom in most bedrooms was definitely a plus for us as we were in town for my daughter's wedding and did not need to take turns with the shower. The house was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the outside deck, off-street parking and yard. It is the perfect house for large families and kids. The location is very convenient to shopping and activities in Provo canyon.

Great stay for large groups

This place is wonderful for large groups. There’s beds in closets you can use as well as beds in all the rooms. Even 2 cribs. The towels are really soft. The carpet is even really soft. The place is really clean as well and updated nicely inside. The downside is the light switch downstairs is connected to a bedroom upstairs and when someone would turn the lights on downstairs the lights in the upstairs bedroom would come on. (Not a good thing when your trying to sleep). It’s in a awesome location close to everything.

This home was recently updated on the inside; and housed our large family very well. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen was very clean and stocked well with utensils and had a few extra; such as some spices and paper goods; which was nice. Rodney was extremely responsive. This home is in a very convenient location; close to University Mall. It’s a fair value.

Great home, great location!

This home was very clean and located perfectly for our needs. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful to us even on short notice. Each room was updated and nicely decorated. Our kids loved playing the retro Nintendo games in the basement. We will definitely rent this home again in the future.

Great Stay!

The house is centrally located in a great area with quick access all Orem and Provo events. The property owner was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Our little volleyball team had a very successful team building week thanks to all the things this house and area had to offer.

Needed this accommodation, exactly!

Rodney (owner) has done a great job of turning a city house into a wonderful venue for a good sized family reunion. We had eight adults and five children using this very clean, updated and comfortable 3 story house. More than enough bedrooms and showers. Nice kitchen and dining area; making for a good place to chat and spend time together. We also used the living room with piano keyboard and TV and the arcade machine in the den. The place is safe, in a nice neighborhood, plenty of private parking, close to all kinds of shopping. Great day-trips and excursions are only a short hop away. Owner is careful to make sure your stay is perfect. Did not need any attention, once we got the keys, but felt certain he would be quick to help if we needed him. Sure beats the cost and impersonal feel of a hotel. Felt very home-like. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to pull a crew together for an event, in a very accessible location. Thanks, Rodney, for helping us make a success out of our family event.

Nicely updated, very comfortable, great location

This house fit our family’s needs perfectly! It was close to all our events at BYU, but just far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with the crowds that are always right by campus. Having three levels allowed for some of our party to go to sleep upstairs without being disturbed while the kids were still playing games in the basement. We really appreciated the property owner, Rodney, checking with us before we got there to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
