Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler en abril de 2018, nuestro condominio está listo para sus vacaciones en el paraíso. Traiga a la familia o algunas parejas y disfrute de la vida de resort en el corazón del Waikoloa Beach Resort. Ubicado en el cuarto hoyo del campo de Waikoloa Beach, puedes jugar una ronda o puedes sentarte en el lanai y mirar.
Puedes caminar hasta The King's Shops y Queen's Marketplace, que ofrecen una amplia variedad de tiendas, restaurantes y actividades para mantenerte tan ocupado como quieras. A principios de este año se inauguró una sala de cine "de lujo". Traiga su protector solar ya que el condominio está a una corta distancia a pie de la hermosa playa de Anaeho'omalu, donde puede descansar, hacer snorkel, practicar paddle board o simplemente observar a la gente. Justo afuera de la entrada del complejo se encuentra el sendero de petroglifos de King, ¡una increíble historia!

Spring Break Trip

The property was beautiful. We had plenty of space for six people which met all of our needs and was as exactly as advertised. We had a great time visiting the beaches and waterfalls around the island. Our personal favorite was Beach 49, a beautiful black sand area that we lucked out on because it was empty. Paul and Trenae were amazing hosts giving us recommendations and advice for several parts of our trip.

All that you need!

As a family of 5, we often have to squeeze into spaces meant for 4. This condo was great - no squeezing! Table seats 6 and there were 4 beds. Great for our family, including two teens who like their space. We loved the abundance of towels, including neach towels.

Fairway villas

Trenae and Paul’s place was great. This is our third stay in this complex and this is by far the best. Loved all the room to spread out and they had everything we needed for our 5 week stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Terrific condo with pride of ownership throughout. Clean, well stocked and in great condition. Trenae was so thorough in her communications and was very accommodating throughout the process. Great trip to the big island!

We loved our stay in this Big Island unit. The condo was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having so many chairs and umbrellas available and there was even a full supply of sunscreen. The grounds were great with an amazing pool and wonderful golf course views.

Quiet condo in Waikola

The condo was clean, quiet and well appointed. The grounds are well kept and the pool is a nice place to cool off. The condo is within easy walking distance of the King shops and the Queen’s marketplace. We enjoyed the condo very much.

Great Location!

Our family had a great time staying here. The teenagers loved that they could walk to shops and I felt completely safe with them doing so. My husband and I got to walk down the restaurants and both enjoy some drinks because we didn't have to drive, that was really nice! The pool is very close to the condo and the kids enjoyed their time there. The location was great and lots of beaches in driving distance. We even walked to the one closest to the condo and it was a nice beach (too far to walk and lug all of our stuff though, so we ended up driving to a few different beaches during our stay). Overall, we had a great time!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Wonderful stay in Waikoloa

This was our 2nd time to the Big Island and to Trenae and Paul’s condo. They are very responsive hosts and have stocked their condo with everything you need - from kitchen and bath items to everything you need for the beach. Their condo is clean and homey, is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and A-Bay, and only a few driving minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island. Having breakfast on the lanai is one of our favourite things. We definitely their condo and give it a 5 stars.

Excellent property!

Our stay at this property was everything we wanted and expected it to be based on the listing. The check in/check out process was seamless. In fact, Trenae went out of her way to accommodate me when I texted her after checking out that I had forgotten my charging cords! She allowed us to return back to the property almost 4 hours later and retrieve them…so grateful!! They have everything you need—from a fully stocked kitchen, to shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms, to all the beach gear we needed for our week stay. The only thing missing was a pizza pan and cutter! :) The Vrbo was very clean and well maintained. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if the opportunity allows. We have stayed at several properties in the Waikoloa Resort area and if you are on the fence about this one look no further!

Outstanding Location and Superb Condo

Our family had an outstanding stay in Trenae and Paul’s unit at Fairway Villas. The exceptionally clean condo is convenient to all Waikoloa amenities including A Bay Beach and King’s and Queen’s Markets. Everyone in the complex was very welcoming and they even invited us to their New Year’s Eve event. The pool and gym are convenient to the condo. Trenae and Paul are extremely responsive hosts and committed to ensuring the best stay possible for their guests. Five stars in all respects!

I highly recommend this condo. The location is great. The owners are easy to work with. This had everything we needed. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Relaxing Getaway

This place was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, well furnished. We loved sitting out on the lanai watching the golfers and enjoying the sunshine. Nice to be able to access the garage and all the beach gear. The loft/view made the bit of teleworking i had to do while on vacation very enjoyable. Hosts friendly and easy to work with.

Wonderful stay, beautiful condo

This condo is the perfect home base for visiting the big island. The owners have taken every effort to make your stay enjoyable- from the toiletries they leave in the shower to the beach towels and paper goods that make your stay less stressful, knowing you don’t have to run to the store immediately. The property manager came out asap to fix a broken toilet seat. The condo is immaculate and the view from fhe lanai is gorgeous. I’m missing this place already….thank you Trenae and Paul

Great stay in Waikoloa

We had such an amazing time staying at the condo for our week in the Big Island. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I plus our three college age kids. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and the selection of beach gear made our trips to the water a breeze. We definitely hope to be back again!

When looking for the ideal location for our family to visit Waikoloa Beach Resort had it all. We love to golf and can walk to the beach with a snorkel, or take a break at the shops. The fact that the Big Island has such a variety of things to do was attractive to our teens and hopefully keeps them traveling with us to our home in paradise!
