Perfect for a girls trip!

We stayed at this property in mid-March for a girl's trip and it was perfect! It slept 12 of us comfortably, we had all of the amenities we needed and the hosts were very communicative. The location is also great - a little quieter, but still very close to everything in Scottsdale. The pool was so lovely and the hosts made sure the grill was ready for us to use without issue. 10/10 recommend!

A wonderful girls trip

A great property with a great location close to old town! Pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms were spacious. Hosts were super responsive to our questions and concerns! Would definitely recommend to any larger group looking to stay all together or multiple families with small kids

Wonderful VRBO in the heart of Scottsdale

We booked this VRBO for a guys' golf trip and it was perfect! The location was the best part being so close to Old Town while also being in close proximity to some of the best courses Phoenix has to offer. The house is in a neighborhood, but the backyard made us feel like we were in our own little oasis. We spent the majority of our time listening to music, swimming, and putting on the small putting green. Inside, the house had everything we could have possibly needed. Plenty of bed space, room to congregate, and they had all of the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts were also very accommodating with us working through arrangements to extend our trip. We'll definitely book here again if we do another trip out this way.

Guy’s get away

This property was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and rooms for our individual sleeping needs. We enjoyed lots of time in the hot tub and pool. Check in was easy and our host was amazing! Inquiries were answered quickly and accurately.

Great vacation home!

Blaine, Alan, and Evan have a wonderful property and did everything to make our experience stress free and enjoyable! The home was clean and had everything our group needed. Will definitely be re-booking next time we are in Scottsdale!

Amazing Scottsdale Getaway

We threw a bachelorette party for my sister in Scottsdale and stayed at this property for 16 girls and it was an amazing experience. The house was squeaky clean and spacious. It was in the middle of summer so having a pool was really nice and the pool was not too warm. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a spacious place stay!

Incredible property for a large group

Recently I stayed here with a group of 14 middle school age kids and 6 adults. It was the PERFECT space for our group. The pool and ping pong tables were big hits with everyone. Plenty of space for sleeping, hanging out, and dining. A perfect location for your large group! Owner is friendly and communicates well. Highly recommend!

Great For Golf Trips

A short Uber or Lyft from the main stretch of Scottsdale, and really close to Talking Stick casino and resort. With plenty of beds, showers, and backyard for everyone to relax in, this is a great space for golf groups. The garage makes it easy to store clubs, and the second garage with a ping pong table was great for games. The hot tub and pool are both very large and well kept.

Our trip to Scottsdale was incredible!! This home was in the perfect location. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our requests. The house was clean, had plenty of linens, dishes, and pool inflatables, and the neighborhood was very nice as well. We can’t wait until next time. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful house, sleeps a lot of people, great amenities

Rented this house for a bachelorette party and it could not have worked out more perfectly! We had a group of 18 girls and with 4 showers, never had to fight over the bathroom to get ready. The house was about a 10 minute ride down to the bars in Old Town. The house has recently been renovated and had everything we needed for our stay! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Such a fun place to stay!

This was the perfect home-away-from-home for our long weekend. The property has everything you could want for an adults-only vacation but it also worked great for our more family-oriented stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were nice and big, four bathrooms was a bonus and the ping-pong table was a hit! The location is fantastic and central to anything you could want. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need. Being an Arizona native I knew a backyard swimming pool could feel too warm to enjoy in August but we made the most of the early morning and evening time when it was perfect. I looked at several housing options before deciding on this one and I’m very happy with my choice. I would definitely do it again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Family Vacation

Pros: decorations were modern, hosts were responsive, good size for our family, the neighborhood was nice and in close proximity to grocery/convenient stores, house manual was helpful, and additional essentials were provided: pool towels, laundry detergent, and soap Cons: We had to clean the pool daily, 100s of black beetles were in it one day(it took about 1 1/2 hour to clean in the hot sun), pool inflatables were stained, pool cleaner came after we cleaned the pool, furniture was scratched up, chipped in Master Bedroom, crack on the door next to the laundry room, carpet/rugs did not appear clean-they looked run down and stained, water pressure was low in the big room, vents looked rusted in some of the bathrooms, dish rack had hair and stains when we arrived.

Comfort, Fun, Space for All

Our family of 18 (Grandparents + 3 sibling/family units) met in Scottsdale for the Christmas break. The home is not overly large, but it is laid out exceptionally well for multiple families. Each couple had their own bedroom and the biggest master suite has been converted into a bunk/playroom with it’s own enormous bathroom and two separate walk-in closets. We put all the older cousins in here and utilized the closets as his/her changing rooms. It was a total kid fun zone for them: foosball, games, toys, tv, and shared sleeping space. The kitchen has a large pantry and is well stocked. The dining room table had extra leaves for expanded seating and an adjacent bar. Great big sectional in the living room and several side chairs made the communal space comfortable for the entire family to be together. The interior is well appointed, but could use some general handyman love and refreshing—baseboards in rough shape, paint touchups needed, doors with broken locks or don’t close well, slow drains, some furniture on its last legs. The citrus tree lined pool area was definitely a highlight—when the pool heat was working. Initially, we missed three days of pool heat due to incorrect instructions posted in the house and then being at the mercy of the pool guy working through a backlog of holiday service calls. Upon his arrival and after a simple mechanical adjustment, the pool guy said that they have been out several times to the property for this reoccurring reason. We communicated this to the owners who informed us that the system was recently updated. If the house manual instructions are updated in a timely manner, then this avoidable inconvenience should not be a problem for future guests. Communication with the (three) owners/property managers during this time was not uber responsive, but it was accommodated and they very fairly refunded the pool heat cost for the lost days. Lovely, quiet neighborhood which is easily accessible to the surrounding area, activities, and stores. Our family especially enjoyed the Chapparal park (~1 mile away).

Great place to stay would definitely book again. Host was accommodating and communication was quick and easy which makes the process so much easier. 10/10 recommend for big groups. Great location.

Great Property and Great Host!

We had to book last minute because of a cancellation at another property and the host was very accommodating on the short notice. Great communication! Property was clean and spacious, great location, and had anything and everything that you could possibly need in the house. Would highly recommend.

AMAZING HOUSE

I was part of a bachelorette party and couldn’t have picked a better home. The bunk room was so perfect with a huge bathroom attached. Bunk beds were big and sturdy. The backyard was perfect with games and an amazing pool. The host was so great and very responsive. I would recommend this house 100%!

Great time

We stayed here for our wedding with our friends and wedding party. It was a wonderful time. Only down fall was the oven wasn’t working but we didn’t really need to use it. The hot tub was amazing as well as the pool!

Great house, great location!

My friends and I just stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house is perfect for a large group and very nice and updated! The house has everything you could ever need and is in a great location, about a 10 min ride to Old Town Scottsdale. The hosts are very responsive and we would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible 5 Star Home

Came to Scottsdale for a Bachelorette Party with 18 girls. We could not have gotten luckier to book with Blaine, Allan, and Evan. A quick 20-minute ride from the airport. A very accomodating spot for a large party of any kind. Close to all of the bars and restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale. We had no trouble getting Ubers to and from anywhere. To start off, the check-in process was seamless. Our flight got in early and they were so accomodating about dropping off luggage or checking in early. Allan even left us with a case of water and some alcohol which was a godsend as we all got off long flights and were waiting for our food and drink delivery to arrive. The home accommodated our large group perfectly. Everything was incredibly clean with lots of bedroom and bathroom space for girls to get ready. Additionally, there was a large supply of both bath and beach towels as well as shower needs. The outdoor pool area was amazing, a great space to socialize and hang out. We loved all of the pool floats and outdoor table area. The backyard was an adorable spot for pictures and to hang up any decorations for our celebration, which my maid of honor did. The host was very responsive and helped us with recommendations or anything we needed. We would recommend this home to anyone coming to Scottsdale. Could be a perfect home for any occasion or group. Overall, loved it. But had no help from property manager with resolving issues.

The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, great location, and very comfortable. But there were a few things that just didn’t work out for us, and was not impressed with the responses from the property manager when we brought some issues to his attention: 1. When we arrived to the house, the tap water AND refrigerator water was HOT. There was also no ice in the freezer. It was 110 degrees outside and was going to be consistently be in that temperate range for the 3 days we were there. When I messaged the property manager, the reply was “I’m not sure why it’s coming out hot. Let us know if you have any other issues” 2. We had 18 girls staying in the house for a bachelorette party. (The description says the house sleeps 24.) The big room with all the bunk beds and pull out couches didn’t turn out to be as great as it looked in the photos and description. All the bunk beds were so wobbly and too unsafe to sleep on. We actually pulled the mattresses off the bunk bed frames and slept on them on the floor, which made much less space for our luggage. The pull out couch in the same room is caved in and unusable. When I messaged the property manager, the reply was “thanks for letting us know, 2 of the bunk beds are more sturdy than the others. Let us know if you have any other issues.” No offer for a discount for not having the sleeping arrangements we booked. The house was truly fantastic. The rating reflects our experience with the handling of issues we had upon arrival.
