¡Esta ubicación lo tiene todo! Nuestro condominio se encuentra en Frisco, Co., una ciudad turística única con un ambiente amigable y realista. Rodeado de montañas y estaciones de esquí, nuestro condominio está a 1 cuadra de Main St. ya pocos pasos de la Marina. Puedes comprar y experimentar excelentes restaurantes y vida nocturna, o practicar kayak, paddle, o ir en bote.

Nuestro condominio remodelado parece un país de las maravillas de invierno con encimeras de cuarzo brillante y piedra brillante alrededor de la chimenea. Casi todo es nuevo, incluidos los muebles modernos.

Hemos creado un lugar acogedor, divertido y caprichoso para alojarse en las montañas con el viajero en mente. Tenemos una fuerte conexión WIFI y hemos agregado enchufes eléctricos adicionales y puertos USB para facilitar la recarga de sus laptops, tabletas y teléfonos celulares. Juegos, libros, DVD, un reproductor de Blu-Ray y televisores inteligentes se proporcionan para su disfrute.

El condominio tiene capacidad para un máximo de 9 personas entre 3 dormitorios y un sofá cama queen con colchón de espuma de memoria en la sala de estar. Pero para mayor comodidad, recomendamos un límite de 7 personas.

El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama queen size, baño privado y Smart TV de pantalla plana.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo, amplio armario y TV de pantalla plana.

¿Trayendo a los niños? Estarán ansiosos por probar nuestro tercer dormitorio con tema de bicicleta con dos camas individuales en una litera completa y otra cama individual. Esta habitación tiene un escritorio y un televisor que se puede usar para un sistema de juegos.

La cocina tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar, incluida una cafetera Kuerig (café, tés especiales y chocolate caliente), licuadora, olla eléctrica, platos, microondas, ollas, sartenes y utensilios. Ofrecemos pequeños extras como nuestras palomitas de maíz exclusivas para que los huéspedes disfruten. Una barbacoa de gas propano se proporciona en el balcón si el clima lo permite.

We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament and had a great experience. The location was perfect—an easy walk to downtown Frisco and the Dillon Lake dock area, plus a quick drive to the northern Breck fields and grocery stores. We loved relaxing by the pool and hot tub after games and grilling on the patio in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked for simple family meals, and the sleeping setup was just right for us. One night got a bit loud with guests next door returning from the bars, but the hosts had thoughtfully provided ear plugs and sleep masks—great touch! All in all, a fantastic stay. We’d happily return!

Perfect Condo for Family Trip

The condo was clean, updated, and well stocked with paper goods, towels, bedding, etc. It's walking distance to Main Street. We loved the heated pool and hot tub right across from the unit. The Frisco location allowed us to visit three different ski resorts. We can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic Family Rental in Frisco!

I was looking for a place near the mountains where we could do a family vacation with my two adult kids and my wife. Had always used AirBnB to book in the past, but a friend of mine had a great experience with HomeAway so I thought I would give it a try. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Carrie and Chuck's condo! The entire place looked like it had been recently remodeled, had every amenity we needed for a vacation, was within walking distance to both downtown restaurants and the marina, and exceeded our expectations! We spent our days kayaking, hiking, going out to eat, driving to Breckenridge to take the free gondola ride up to the ski resorts, just no limit to what we could do here besides time. Our intent was to get some biking in as well, but we just ran out of time. Carrie and Chuck were quick to answer any questions we had and left a very thorough "Welcome" binder that made it easy to get a quick idea of what our responsibilities and limitations were as renters. As for cleanliness, the place was spotless (which has not always been the case with some other rentals we've stayed at). For example, we always wash the dishes or glassware that are in a unit before we use them, but everything we pulled out to use was either brand new or perfectly clean! The cleaning fee was a little high, but I like that they are paying someone a living wage to work and whoever does the cleaning certainly makes it worthwhile. We really had to do nothing to clean up from the previous renters and it seriously looked like we were the first to rent the place, though there were renters there the week prior. I could go on and on about what a great stay we had, but I think you get the gist of our experience. Would highly recommend staying here to any of my family or friends and, actually, already have! Tip for future renters, don't bother going to WalMart for food. They have a very limited selection and no fresh produce in comparison to the Safeway that has everything you would want or need. Highly recommend renting kayaks for a couple hours on the lake and the one really big hike we did was up McCullough Gulch Trail which had an amazing waterfall at the top and a lake if you are able to make it up a little further. Thanks again Carrie and Chuck for making our family vacation unique and pleasant! Tom from Ohio

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was smooth, from the booking, to check-in and check-out. The condo is in a great location (2 short blocks to main street) and is fully stocked with anything you might need. Carrie (the host) made sure we had everything we needed to know prior to our stay.

Ski vacation

Very nice location, centrally located for access to Copper mountain and Vail. Great place to stay, close to downtown Frisco, easy walk! The pool is a nice plus!! I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!!! Clean, great location, all the extra touches, attentive and responsive owners!

Probably the best rental experience we have had from VRBO and Chuck and Cindy are simply great people! Leading up to our stay they were very responsive to questions on local restaurants, things to do, etc. we spent Christmas here and they even had holiday decor, a poinsettia, and a tree up when we arrived. Bottled waters chilled in the fridge, snacks waiting, and a welcome bottle of champagne. It was simply perfect! We wanted to stay in the town of Frisco and with this location everything was within walking distance. Ski rental was a block away, shuttle to Copper Mountain was easy walking access and numerous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and shopping. Visitors center is one block away as well. You simply can’t get a better location or value in Frisco. Cindy even texted me during the week to let me know where additional blankets and space heaters were if needed but none were needed as condo was comfortable. New updates and very comfortable. I tend to be a very tough critic on properties I rent but this place is our new favorite. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you again Chuck and Cindy for providing such an awesome place!

Great location in Frisco, excellent amenities, very responsive owner.

Unit was clean and very functional. Worked well for us and our two grown children and their spouses. Recently remodeled, very well appointed unit, beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen well equipped. Nice quiet neighborhood, corner unit. Property includes an indoor pool and hot tub. Location is excellent in Frisco just one block off Main Street. Love the access to restaurants as well and the bike path and Lake Dillon. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful in working with us and the reservation. Appreciated the complimentary snacks provided as well as the coffee machine. They thought of almost everything extra chairs including outdoor camp chairs to take to the park, beach towels, games, videos everything you might need to enjoy a summer stay in the mountains. Would highly recommend the unit, will certainly look into using the same unit again on future trips to the area.

I live in Colorado and this Unit is where I would want to stay for a get-away. The kitchen was awesome with so many cooking options. Very comfortable from board games to movies to books. Location is very easy to get to and is right in the heart of Colorado fun.

Loved this cute place to stay!!!

Loved walking to downtown, the hot tub is awesome, every accommodation we needed was in this home from sleeping arrangements to kitchen utensils to first aid kit to the quick fireplace!! My only suggestions would be to add a coat rack by the front door and another gray chair in the living room. We took an info card so we can stay here when we come visit Frisco again!! Lovely!!

The place was great; comfortable rooms, very clean, kitchen equipment was in very good condition, nothing flimsy, and good knives (much better than other rentals). Only minor thing we would have liked was a 4 slice toaster, 8 people with a 2 slice toaster was just a bit cumbersome. The fold out couch with memory foam was comfortable (1st fold out that was good based on other rentals). We ran out of some supplies and Carrie got us taken care of within a few hours. Carrie was great and very quick responding to texts along the process, we got questions answered, adjustments made. My grandkids greatly enjoyed the indoor pool, practically out our door, there were great memories made and the 4 year old is paddling around now. Oh and being soooo close to Main St and awesome hiking/biking trails couldn't have been better. Mt Royal was a special treat But, We'll be back..

Wonderful visit to Frisco, CO

This is a very nice, clean condo with a lot of thoughtful amenities. While the living area and kitchen were a little "cozy" for the nine people in our party, the rooms all had nice TVs for entertainment and the pool and hot tub located directly below this condo were a great option. But, more importantly, everyone slept comfortably. The goal was to have a nice condo to eat, relax, and sleep in and spend the majority of our time outdoors, enjoying Frisco, Copper Mtn, and Breckenridge. As promised, it's in a great location with downtown shops and restaurants, the marina, bike paths, mountain or hiking trails, etc. within a few minutes walk or bike ride. The condo served all our needs and the owners were accessible and accommodating. We had a very nice stay.

Wonderful & Immaculate Retreat for Family Getaway

We just stayed three nights here and absolutely loved it. We will definitely plan to come back and are already looking at dates! What stood out: SCENIC DRIVE - The drive up/over from Colorado Springs/Denver is gorgeous and relatively short. You feel like you are much further away than you really are, which makes for an easy weekend getaway for locals or easy addition to your trip to the Denver area. GREAT LOCATION - Frisco is an awesome central location to a lot of half- or full-day activities - even outside of skiing or mountain biking - including great options that are friendly for small children (like our 1.5 and 3.5 year olds.) We spent time in Frisco, Breckenridge and Dillon, which were all extremely close to each other and, among other, had great parks and playgrounds. MODERN & COZY - The condo itself was immaculate and very well appointed. Though the complex is older, you walk into this modern, oh-so-cozy unit that instantly feels like home. We can admittedly be picky, but the cleanliness and obvious newness of everything was off the charts… zero complaints. ADULT & KID FRIENDLY - The furniture and decor are modern and very appealing for adults, but it didn’t at all make for a kid-unfriendly space. (Yay! You never know, and we were so pleased.) We just pushed the coffee table to the side of the living room and put a few things up from the hallway shelves (e.g., my kids loved the flashlight and first aid kit!), and we were good to go while there. The lower bunk made for a great toddler bed, and there was plenty of room for our pack-and-play. GREAT AMENITIES - The owners have thought of everything, with helpful information and notes around the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking anything imaginable (not to mention there's a nice grill on the balcony), there are great entertainment options (e.g., TV in every room, DVD options, a few books, etc.), and there is an awesome notebook of local information and maps. And the pool house literally at the bottom of this unit’s stairs made it great for running down and back up, even in cooler temps and with wet kiddos. PEACEFUL - The condo itself is tucked away close to the base of a big (I assume) granite mountain. You are right off Main Street, but literally also right next to some amazing nature. While we were there, even with windows open, we never heard other residents and barely heard any traffic. We really felt we were in a mountain retreat, a home away from home!

Great mountain getaway that is a grea location, comfortable, and clean!

We loved the unit. It is a slow season so it was quiet! Love the location. Close to Main Street and able to stroll the stores and multiple restaurants. The hosts provided great information via email, the app and in the unit. Near to the lake and fishing. We really loved the cleanliness and every need was anticipated. Perfect getaway for our family!

This place is a treasure! Here are the top 5 reasons we will be visiting the McGinty’s mountain condo again: 1. It is spotless with beautiful style/decor— everything in it feels new, fresh and inviting. I especially loved the sparkling countertops and modern, cozy fireplace! 2. It is well-equipped— kitchen appliances/utensils, games, movies, and smart TVs in every room. Everything was supplied. 3. It has fantastic amenities— my kids especially loved the indoor pool! 4. The location was perfect— just a few minutes walk from great restaurants, playgrounds, museums and gorgeous hikes. 5. Excellent communication from the hosts— we had no trouble at all with check in or check out. All interactions were warm and timely. Loved this place!

Amazing Property!!!!

Top 10 Reasons why this property is one you can't pass up: 1. Location: The location is amazing! It's located one block from Main Street in Frisco so you can walk to restaurants, shops, ski rental, etc. The location is also very close to several ski resorts (A-Basin, Keystone, Breck, etc.). 2. Owners are thoughtful: The day we arrived at the property, I received a text from Carrie just checking in. I've never had an owner who cared enough to check in with me! 3. Condo is furnished like home: Everything we could ever want or need was located at the condo and easy to find! For example, extra toilet paper, kcups, popcorn, movies, additional blankets, extra towels. I have never rented a place before that provided all these amenities. I'm usually out shopping for toilet paper before the trip is over because the owners didn't leave enough for the trip. 4. Cozy, but plenty of space: All three bedrooms are perfect size and you have plenty of room to move around. When I first saw the sq footage, I thought it may be tight, but not at all. There is plenty of space. 5. Tips from the Owners: There is a binder on the coffee table with step by step instructions for how to operate the remote controls, reviews on restaurants and skiing. This was extremely helpful and thoughtful! 6. Reasonable Price: Prior to booking, I did a lot of research and the price was very affordable and I would say inexpensive for the amenities and location! 7. Easy parking: There is open parking and we never had trouble finding a space close to the condo. The condo is an end unit on the second floor and there is not a lot of walking involved from the parking spot to the condo. This is great when you are lugging suitcases and winter gear. 8. Extremely clean: The condo was very clean when we arrived and had a clean feel throughout the stay. There's nothing worse than booking a place only to find that it hasn't been properly cleaned. 9. Close to pool, hot tub and sauna: As I mentioned, the condo is the end unit on the second floor. When you walk down the stairs to the main floor, you are at the pool, hot tub and sauna. Did I mention that they are all indoors so you can swim all year long? 10. Felt like home: We loved this place so much and felt so at home that I would absolutely book it again!!! I would suggest you book it as well!
