We had the ideal vacation at Turtle Bay Ocean Villas! We had several units to house our extended family and it was the perfect set up in a gorgeous location. Do not hesitate to book this space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Turtle Bay in condos 105, 106 and 109 with our family of 16. Condos have well equipped kitchens, comfortable beds, lots of beach toys and they are quiet. Loved being steps away from the pool and beach and resort. Definitely recommend!

Great family stay on the first level!

We rented these units while we stayed on the North Shore for our daughter's wedding. One unit was a three bedroom, with a connected room to the studio. The price of the studio was a bit steep but it worked out perfectly as that family had two adults and two children under 10. The studio gave them their own space ! The unit itself is nice and we loved the first floor unit as our group rented several units for four days while in town for our daughter's wedding. Loved the easy access to the beach and to the newly remodeled Turtle Bay! Very happy with our stay.

Great time but…

We had a wonderful time at the Villas with the exceptions that the listing said you can use the pool and gym at the Ritz Carlton. Although this is true, the fee is 350 per week per person - that “fee” should probably be disclosed in the advertisement. I have 8 people w me, all of whom wanted to use the gym. In addition, the Ritz Carlton staff who are on the beach treat the Villa guest like second class citizens and as if you are pariah.The great stuffThe property is immaculately clean, perfect distance to the beach and pool, perfect distance to various places to eat off the resort complex, and a beautiful resort setting. We were here before this was the Ritz Carlton resort and boy did we like it much better than. A bit stuffy!

Wonderful weekend

Very beautiful weather this weekend made our stay so enjoyable. Did a lot of fishing, swimming and eating. Had to rent two units adjoining because of the number of our family. On the last day, wish we could have only rented one unit on the last night since our family left and one 3 bedroom was empty. Because we had two units we could compensate for one dryer not working in one unit. Also refrigerator and freezer in one unit not working well so used only one side. Had a good stay regardless.

Great location. If you are spending a lot of time at the beach, bottom unit is a must. Unit is somewhat dated. Not all of the appliances worked. Micro and 1 washer did not work. Because we had 2 units we got by. Staff made a good effort trying to fix. 6 trips to Hawaii, this was the best value and location, especially for a family with kids. I would stay again and would recommend. You can book directly without using vbro and save their ridiculous fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villas are very old. They are not even very clean. The Villas are not part of the hotel, so you can not use hotel amenities. Yes you can use the hotel restaurants and you can rent chairs in the beach. Villas do not have daily housekeeping service.The beach is beatifull and only a few steps fron the Villas

The villa(s) worked out perfectly for our family of 2. We had 2 units. I couldn't give a 5 rating since we arrived towards the end of the storms, had heavy rains, were without power for 2 days, the water was contaminated and not drinkable, and the ocean was brown and not safe. None of these were the fault of the villa owner (obviously), but it would have been nice to have had some communication from them with information about what was going on. But we loved our view of the garden and oceans. We'll have to go back one day when Hawaii is not going through a once in 20 years storm.

I fell in love with Hawaii on a family trip when I was seven years old. I got married at Kualoa Ranch just a short drive from the Turtle Bay Resort and bought my 3-bedroom villa in the Ocean Villas a few years later. My parents loved it there so much that they bought a 4-bedroom for our whole family to enjoy together for family vacations! We started managing the Ocean Villas for other owners in 2005 and we now manage 18 of the very small community of villas. Almost my whole family is involved now. My sister Kimberly Perales is our reservations manager, marketing and advertising lead and accounts receivable. My sister Jennifer Liotta manages routine maintenance. We also have a few non-family members: Hagen, our on-island maintenance coordinator; Lea, reservations and social media marketing, and Joanna, our on-site cleaning supervisor. The villas are a special place for us all. My parents have traveled to lots of other resorts and islands but haven't found one that compares to the magical island feel of Turtle Bay. My sister Kim and her husband have two daughters who both love the heated villa pool and the sandy beach in front of the villas. I have a 16-year-old son who has grown up surfing, paddle boarding, and playing in the waters of Turtle Bay, and I have a 7-year-old daughter who just loves the pool and sandy beach too! We take family trips out there every couple of months. Our whole family travels there together at least once a year and we have countless special memories from each trip. Our villas are home to us, and I hope they feel like home to your family and friends too!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I picked the Ocean Villas at the Turtle Bay Resort because they have the best of everything that Hawaii has to offer. The location is remote, tropical and beautiful. There are tons of fun things to do there, I leave every trip wishing I had more time. There are great restaurants and shopping on site and close-by. It has a surfing and body boarding beach on the other side of the hotel, and a calm sandy swimming and snorkeling beach right in front of the villas that is great for babies all the way to seniors. We frequently get sea lions that rest of the shore and just a short hike past the horse stables you come to a bay where I almost always see sea turtles! There are two golf courses on site, horseback riding for adults, kids and even my baby went on a fun pony ride along the beach! There is 15 miles of hiking and biking trails, 5 miles of beach, Segway rentals kayak, paddle board and surfboard rentals and lessons, multiple tennis courts, a fitness center, we are close to Haleiwa with jet skiing, fishing tours, whale, turtle and dolphin tours, close to Kualoa Ranch, location for about 50 different movies, a historical WWII site with bunkers you can walk through, and an ancient historical burial site for the kings. You can go on challenging or easy mountain bike rides, ATV rides, horseback rides and jeep tours there. There is a cute macadamia nut farm close by and Dole pineapple plantation not too far away with the largest maze that you can walk/run through! Waterfall hikes and more! Outside of the location and amenities, I loved the villas themselves. They are five-star accommodations, meticulously designed with attention to detail.

Our villas are a second home to us, and we added all the comforts of home to them. We have a large storage room on site with extras of just about everything in the villa, from silverware, dishes, and coffee makers to a spare washer and dryer, so that if anything happens during your stay, we can get it fixed or replaced right away for you. Everything we use is high quality from the soft sheets to the silverware. Your comfort is important to us! You can have cleanings, towel service, or pre-stock of the villa before arrival for a fee. Our villas are located on the Turtle Bay Resort, so you have the added benefit of being in walking distance to restaurants, a couple shops, and tons of activities, but you don’t have to pay a resort fee!
