Thank you for feedback however we feel $150 cleaning fee is more than reasonable as floors and bathrooms etc need to be done. But do you have to clean up after yourself, absolutely. Every place I rent I have to as well. The fees are VRBO not from the owners. Thank you for your feedback I also suggest you send feedback to VRBO as well because as an owner we are charged fees too

This is ridiculous. We provided trash service for you instead. You were told not to use the dumpster. You have to unlock the door for it to,open!!---- if there were any concerns why not call!!. Its not okay to post untrue comments

Thank you for your feedback. We continue to make updates and I strongly disagree with your comment in something to be desired. Please see all previous reviews. It's a beautiful and clean home. You do have the option to pay for cleaning but in order for prices to be kept down we do ask that you clean up after yourself. We do clean it again after folks leave so stating that we do not have it cleaned after a check out is not true. But yes we are strict with folks taking care of our home.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. The correct code was sent days in advance as it is changed after each renter. We will check the description online to ensure it is clear as we’ve not received this feedback in 16 years. The bedspreads are for decorative purposes and washed at the laundromat. Each room has a lightweight white comforter that is washed after every check outand they do fit in the washer. Renters are asked to pick up after themselves but cleaning company comes in after each checkout. We do ask if you use linens to wash them or you can pay for linen service. Either way, everything is clean. This statement is not accurate. Appreciate the feedback

Heating sources - the heating sources are more than enough to accommodate this house. We acyually receive many compliments about how warm and cozy it is. Bedrooms - each bedroom has a window. It is illegal to not have a window in the bedrooms and rent out the house. You just need to open the curtains. WiFi - this is correct. We did give the renters the wrong password because we had to change it recently due to security reasons. However, we got right back to them and did tell them the password was on the back of the modem. They were the only ones to date, not be able to locate. Trash - trash can be brought to the . There are no trash bins outside of homes on the mountain due to animals Cleaning - yes the house has to be left clean. It is not a hotel and many people that rent their homes on these sites ask that people leave it as they came into it. We want to keep our home as lovely as possible and continue receiving the positive comments. If folks do not want to pick up after themselves it probably is not the best place for them to rent and a hotel may be there best option. Rental code - this renter received the new code via email 2 days prior to arrival. They did not read emails or the rental agreement. They called us multiple times and we were very responsive. I even shared with them that we were getting concerned because they kept asking questions and I did ask if they read the check in and check out procedures. We would not want this family to rent from us again and we would caution other owners as well.

This is an unfair review of our home and property. As you can see from prior comments it is out of character. This particular family left the home and not clean and we shared that with them to which they were not happy. We also had minor damage including dings in the walls, dirty dishes in the oven and a broken spindle. This family is not allowed to rent from us again.

We now provided trash service pick up as we agree. You are not allowed to have trash barrels outside. We'd appreciate you coming back#
