Una antigua bodega granja completamente renovado tamaño de la piedra en una pequeña aldea en los viñedos. Muy tranquilo y rural. Un montón de encanto. Tasas Posibilidad de 4 personas en temporada baja.

A 20 minutos de Burdeos y Saint Emilion, una hora de Arcachon. Situado en el Entre-Deux-Mers, la "Toscana de Burdeos ',' Les Jasmins es un lugar ideal para alternar relajación y descubrimiento

En el exterior, una gran terraza rodeada de flores y arbustos con mesa de teca, Weber barbacoa, sillas, sombrilla para comer al aire libre o leer en el sol. Desde aquí se puede acceder a una piscina privada (8m x 3.6m), rodeada por una terraza de madera con hamacas, tomar el sol

En el interior, 110 m2 en dos plantas, con 4 dormitorios, salón-cocina, 2 baños, cuartos de aseo.

- Nivel 1: una habitación para 2 adultos (cama doble) que se une a una habitación infantil con literas y un bonito baño con ducha, lavabo e inodoro
.
-Nivel 2: dos adultos dormitorios dobles, un baño con bañera, lavabo e inodoro. A continuación, un salón muy grande con sala de estar, comedor y cocina americana.
La casa está totalmente equipada con el nuevo refrigerador-congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, horno de pirólisis, horno microondas, placa de 4 luces de inducción, HDTV conectado, wifi gratuito, de hierro.

En una pequeña aldea en la Provenzal ve en una ruta de senderismo en la naturaleza, muy tranquila. Las viñas son 50 metros.

A wonderful place to stay

Truly what I'd hoped for - owners Eric and Christine were wonderful - very helpful in making sure everything was as it should be, explaining all the practicalities of how things work with local recommendations for places to visit. Excellent in every way!

Stay

We had a lovely stay at this Villa. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with lots of beautiful details that made it more of a home than a rental. Eric and Christian were wonderful hosts. They met us at check-in even though it was the middle of the night, and went grocery shopping for us before we arrived so that we would have breakfast. We couldn't recommend this Villa and the hosts more highly.

Dream French country cottage

The house was perfect for our vacation. Nice heating system and there are everything we needed for our everyday living such as a washer and dryer. We’d like to come back for summer time in the future. Thank you very much!

A lovely stay near Bordeaux surrounded by sun and vines

Les Jasmins was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was private and quiet and the beds were comfortable with very nice bedding . Eric and Christine were very accommodating. They provided a lot of good suggestions. I did not want to leave. We would want to stay there again if we come back to the area!

Les Jasmins truly lives up to it's name. A truly charming house.

The hosts, Eric and Christine, are welcoming and extremely helpful. The house is well thought out, and well designed. It's a very lovely house set in a pretty garden. There was a heat wave in France when we were there, and some days it was tempting to just lie by the pool, swim, sunbathe and smell the jasmine. That, however, would have been a mistake as the countryside is amazingly beautiful, and the house is well situated to let you explore many areas in Bordeaux. We wish we were still there.

Perfect location and cottage

What a fantastic place this is! From the outset Eric and Christine made sure that everything was perfect for us. The location in a quiet hamlet was stunning. The cottage was pristine with everything we needed and more. The pool area was lovely with sun beds and towels provided. We had peace and quiet with only the local bee keeper passing by to show us his honey. We booked this cottage to attend a wedding at chateau la Gorce which was only a few minutes drive away so we did not get chance to explore the surrounding areas much and because of covid we did not go far but that was a good thing because the cottage was so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again as Eric and christine were great hosts

Charmante maison décorée avec goût, calme et reposante.Tout est prévu pour qu'on s'y sente bien. L'eau de la piscine est délicieuse. La chambre en bas est bien fraîche. Il y a plein de choses à voir dans les environs. Notre hôtesse nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et est restée disponible si nécessaire.

Un accueil chaleureux

Une maison carrément mignonne et conviviale et vraiment très bien équipée ; tout est présent... on se sent presque "chez soi" ; ) mais dans des environs de vacances. Bordeaux est tout près de l'hameau Haux. Et on peut également visiter la Dune du Pilat, le bassin d'Arcachon, Saint-Emilion, ... et toutes sortes de belles curiosités dans les environs. Et le couple - les propriétaires - de la belle maison "les Jasmins" ... ils sont tellement adorables et chaleureux et gentils... Toujours prêts à aider, à donner des réponses... et en même temps ils vous donnent tout le temps de profiter du sentiment exceptionnel des vacances !!! Une petite perle en France !!!

Tolle Lage und absolut ruhig. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge um und nach Bordeaux

Der Gastgeber Eric und Christine haben uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Das Haus hat eine ideale Aufteilung und eignet sich bestens für 6 Personen. Selbst im Stockbett kann prima ein Erwachsener schlafen. Der Pool ist klasse und die Lage ist wunderbar für Weindegustationen in den zahlreichen und nahe gelegenen Châteaus und auch für die Erkundung von Bordeaux. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Wunderbar zum Entspannen

Wir waren mit zwei Familien ,4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder im Alter von 7-8 Jahren, dort. Der Kontakt mit Christine und Eric war immer hervorragend. Sie sind sehr nette, unkomplizierte hilfsbereite Menschen. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Wasserqualität des Pools ist phantastisch. Es ist ganz leicht salzig, wirklich nur ganz leicht. Für die Kinder war das super. Keine roten Augen oder Verfärbungen an Spielsachen oder Haaren. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und den Nachbarn den wir kennenlernen durften, war auch sehr freundlich. Die untere Ebene ist hell und angenehm kühl, nur leider nicht so gut zu lüften. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub dort machen.

Séjour nouvel an

Location pour le nouvel an à la villa Jasmine. Christine nous a accueilli avec une bonne bouteille du terroir bien fraîche. Les chambres sont conformes à l’annonce et propre. La maison est coquette et chaleureuse. Tout a été pensé pour être autonome. Cote cuisine tout y était et en quantité suffisante. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Bonne année 2020 à tous

Fantastic property

We had a brilliant time! The decor was great, and everything very clean. The kids room was perfect for my 2.5 year old son, plus other items were there such as bowls and cutlery, high chair, baby bath etc. The pool was safely enclosed. Eric kept in contact and was available if needed via phone, excellent hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property!

Beautiful property in a great location

We stayed as a group of 6 adults in Gite Les Jasmins when attending a wedding at the nearby Chateau Lagorce (10/15 min walk away). The property is very modern and kept to an excellent standard. There was plenty of room for our group and the facilities, including the pool and bbq/terrace area, were fantastic. Eric & Christine were so helpful answering all my questions prior to our stay, and were kind enough to organise taxis for us both to and from the gite. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Family Holiday Location

We where made to feel incredibly welcome by both Eric and Christine from the very start, when they met us at Les Jasmin on our arrival to make sure we understood all of the features of the Gite and Pool. The standard of the fixtures and fittings in the Gite are very high, and the split level was perfect for letting the teenagers have their own space when they wanted to get away from the adults. It has all the facilities you need to either cook in doors or outside on the Webber BBQ. The Gite itself is in a quiet hamlet off up a hill nestled near to vineyards with an abundance of wild berries and figs for the picking. We found the neighbors friendly, and enjoyed exploring the local area, with 2 interesting small towns Creon and Langorian to the North and South respectively. There is an excellent cycling track from Creon where you can hire bikes, and some nice walks around Langoiran on the River Garonne. There are too many vineyards to mention, so if you like your wine tasting you don't have to go far. Its also a great base for getting to Bordeaux, which at the right time of day is less than 40 minutes away, and within an hour you can be at the Arcachon Bay and the dramatic Dunes of Pyla to see the Atlantic crashing in on the golden beaches. We really enjoyed the stay and appreciated the subtle stylish touches in the Gite. Thanks again to Eric and Christine for making it a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Beautiful little hideaway in a peaceful spot surrounded by vineyards.

Beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated old wine store. A very unique property that has been lovingly and creatively turned into a fabulous holiday home. Just minutes from the nearest town with shops and amenities. A pool that is salinated rather than heavily chlorinated is an absolute pleasure to relax and cool off in. A great dining area outside with a Weber BBQ makes evening eating a very relaxing experience. Eric and Christine are fabulous hosts. They met us, showed us round and were on call if we had any problems. They also recommended various local activities and attractions for us. We had a really enjoyable week staying here in this lovely, quiet little hamlet just outside the town of Langoiran and near to the larger town of Créon. Thank you to both Eric and Christine.

Fantastique

Gîte très grand, très propre, très bien décoré et surtout très bien équipé, les photos ne lui rendent pas justice. Très belle terrasse et piscine où nous avons pu relaxer en fin de journée. Les Jasmins sont des hôtes très charmants et chaleureux, on a beaucoup apprécié tout ce qu’ils ont fait pour rendre ce séjour encore plus inoubliable. Un gros merci à vous deux. Je recommande vivement ce logis.

Superbe gîte à découvrir

Les hôtes sont adorables. Le gîte est très agréable, très jolie décoration, tout le confort. Même une piscine. Dans un hameau au milieu des vignes et très bien situé pour de nombreuses visites. Nous y retournerons et le conseillons vivement.

Belle location

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce très joli gîte, joliment décoré, bien agencé et équipé. Les propriétaires sont charmants, à notre disposition pour que nos vacances se passent au mieux. A Noël, grâce à une cuisine bien équipée, une jolie nappe prêtée, nous avons réveillonné avec plaisir, d'autant que nous avions droit à un sapin de Noël !

Superbe et à recommander.

Belle demeure dans un village très calme entre Bordeaux et Saint Emilion. ( à environ . 30 minutes en voiture de chaque cité). Propreté impeccable. Très bon acceuil chaleureux et familial des propriétaires qui vous conseillent sur les sites à visiter dans la région. On se sent tout de suite bien et la maison est spacieuse avec une belle piscine. Cuisine bien équipée et possibilité aussi de faire un barbecue. Vraiment très bien.

This old wine warehouse was fully renovated in 2014 to create this charming gite. We added a swimming pool, interior fittings, decoration, all of which was deisgned (and partially created!) by Christine. As a former interior designer, she has a good taste for details and an attraction for simplicity and softness.
